Tried to call three times on 9/11/2020 starting at 8:45 A.M. Only got recording stating they opened at 8:00 A.M. great way to run a business and pick up a potential new customer!!!!!

Very knowledgeable parts department! Even with being curbside pick up only due to COVID-19. I called when I pulled in and the parts department took my order over the phone with no problems and brought them right outside for me to grab.

I bought a John Deere lawn tractor from Midstate. What a mistake. After less than 6 hours of use caught the blade on a root. The deck on the x304 bent like a toy. When I brought it in for repair they laughed at me. They offered no assistance. I would have to pay full retail for a new deck, they would not even offer a discount on parts.If In had bought a far less expensive mower from a big box I would have gotten better service, and they would not have treated it like a joke. Save your money, find a better dealer, manufacturer.neither Midstate nor John Deere stood behind their product. I tried to post a review on the John Deere site, but apparently they only post good reviews.

I don’t often (if ever) take to Google to public express my opinion on a business however, for this I will. I was told not to bother going here before I even called but, wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have to say based on my first encounter with this business I would steer clear! Plenty of Kubota dealers in the area that provide far better service. Called to price out some parts for an older tractor and the guy helping....didn’t really help. I would hate to see what it’s like for after purchase service on an expensive machine. Everyone’s entitled to their bad days but, don’t take it out on potential customers. We all know ever guy behind the parts counter has a holier-than-though persona (I think that’s a prerequisite as a being a parts guy) but, maybe tomorrow it down a hair from time to time.

I bought my first tractor here and they take great care of this tractor newbie. Ive since purchased and serviced my other equipment here. Great service. Good prices.

Needed a new snow blower. No Big Box salesman BS. Knowledgeable help. Top of the line equipment. Family has an old JD lawn tractor from the 80s still running strong, sold and serviced by Mid State..

Bought a snowthrower there around 2006 and they were helpful, patient and honest. I was prepared to purchase a more expensive unit but they gave me advice which saved a few hundred bucks - and turned out to be exactly right. Years later the thrower is still working perfectly and was the right size.

The service sold you one key but you paid for two keys because they come in a 2 pack from the manufacturer they separate the keys to make more money

Worst dealer ever, especially the parts and service department. I made an appointment and there is a no show. When calling to find out why the delay am told that there wasnt service appointment. I called them twice to confirm and on the day the service supposed to take place was told there was no appointment even though I confirmed and asked for a call before coming for servicing my tractor and was told the repair person does the rounds and ends work near his home. Didnt apologize, didnt try to rectify the problem or reschedule at a convenient time for me since they were the ones that screwed up. Better off buying from Home Depot or another dealer. They wont have my business again. Dominic and the rest of the crew dont know what they are doing...totally incompetent.

Its nice to know that Im not the only one out there that can do business on a handshake. From the very beginning with just a phone call I had help and pricing on my new tractor. I wasnt sure between a 2025 of a 2032 and without pressure either way Jim helped me decide. Then to top it off, my snowblower wasnt going to make it before a storm and they delivered a loaner to my house. I dont know if it was the lowest price around (I checked one other place online out of state) but they were more than fair. Every time Ive gone there Ive had a good experience and today was no exception when I brought in a tractor tire that had come off its rim. I needed it bad because we are about to get a serious snow storm. An hour later I was heading home with the fixed tire. Thanks for the responsive service!

Works hard for initial sale but poor follow up with problems.

Friendly staff, had the chainsaw parts I needed. Plus, They sent me a 5$ off anything than you coupon for supporting a small local business a few weeks later.
