They went above and beyond with an excellent product and customer service. We were in need of a marble pastry board at the last minute on a Saturday. We called them without expecting it to be possible. They had a piece of marble on hand, asked my my preference and had it ready for us in within a short time. Frank and Joel really saved my back this holiday season. I will definitely be using them for larger projects in the future.

I am very sorry to write this review. We had looked at 3 local granite companies (one of whom was the Readers Choice many years in a row). We decided to work with Lesher, primarily because it was a local and family owned business. We started working with Nicole during our first visit. We returned twice more, once on a Saturday where we met with someone else and a second visit with Nicole. There were a couple of occasions when she didnt respond to emails. On this last visit, Nicole offered and we then planned to visit their Virginia granite wholesaler to make a final decision. We asked for a price estimate for two of the high-end granite pieces on the Virginia companys website. We never got a response. My husband called and was told that they acknowledged they didnt provide a response and promised to do so. I dont know why we were dropped like a hot potato. I dont think we were anything but pleasant and positive. Our project is stalled and Im frustrated and have to pick up with another company.

I called to ask some advice about a stain in some marble countertops I had. I had mistakenly thought that they sold a product for cleaning marble, from an article I had read in which their name was featured prominently. Nonetheless, even though they didn’t sell such a product and, more remarkably, that I do not live in the area serviced by them, they couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave me a couple (three actually) of suggestions to help me out and pointed me in the right direction. I can only imagine that if I had purchased a stone product from them, they would be very helpful through that process. If I were to ever move to that area they cover and require stonework of any kind, they would be the obvious first folks I would contact. The young lady who helped me so much was Alexia I believe.

We have had Lesher do our kitchen and both bathrooms. They are amazing. The quality of the work that they do is second to none. The selection of stone that they have in stock is amazing and they did a great job of explaining the process and helping us create some beautiful spaces in our home.

I loved working with Lesher’s! From the start to the finish of my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room projects they were very helpful. Had lots of options to choose from. The installers were great did a wonderful job. Nicole was so helpful and patient when I was making all my tile and granite selections. I love my kitchen granite so much. The guys installed a granite countertop on base cabinets in my laundry room. They did a great job and I am very happy with the look and quality of the work.

They installed our granite countertop, and when I had to replace the cooktop, they came and did a masterful, subtle cut in order to fit a new cooktop. Workmen we’re professional, thoughtful and neat as possible when cutting stone. Can’t recommend more highly.

When a West Shore Granite wrecked my house by cutting granite inside the house (hours upon hours of cleaning) and screwed up my granite I took my business to Lesher. The other place I dealt with cut my granite wrong (twice!) and tried to charge me for their mis-measurements and repairs of things they damaged in my home. They even cut my back splashes wrong and refused to repair them without charging extra.When Frank saw my damaged granite he was courteous and kind. He addressed all of my concerns. They quickly repaired the damage the other folks screwed up. I will certainly go to the professionals at Lesher from now on.

Waiting since August for a price for a small job. They did our entire remodel but we went back for our fireplace and they were great in person and for one email and then nothing . . . I even emailed the generic email on the website and still nothing . . . no customer loyalty or follow through unless you are doing another big job it seems. A simple answer, we are not interested would have been helpful especially since we spent nearly 2 hours there and brought samples home.

Absolutely the best experience, selections, and staff you will ever come across. You may catch the owner from time to time on your visits and he is an truly amazing person. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dru on selecting the perfect granite for our kitchen. You wont find a better salesman/Project Manager elsewhere. His expertise, knowledge, communication, and friendliness made us feel very comfortable in working with him.Throughout the whole process, you are treated like family. We love the atmosphere and the many selections to choose from. The installers did an amazing job and so friendly to talk to. I couldnt be any happier. We love our granite (Atlas) and very thankful we chose Lesher. We cant wait to start round two with Dru and begin finding the perfect kitchen backsplash.
