The best experience I have had in purchasing an appliance! When my refrigerator died overnight, I ventured into National Warehouse Appliance and was pleasantly greeted by Luke. He was knowledgeable, informative, and ever so patient during the 2 hours that I spent at the store. He effortlessly explained the specifics of each refrigerator and was upfront with the delays in shipment due to COVID that would occur. Zach helped us, was very informative, friendly, and not pushy at all.Prior to our second visit, Zach answered questions we had, and drew up different quote options, keeping us informed of discounts and rebates.We arranged for a second visit, when we finalized our choices.Two of the items were on back order, which we knew prior to ordering.
