You know how they have the weekly sales. And you go in expecting the items your looking for to be there. Well! Check this out. Its not even in the store on top of that its not even in stock. So how could it be on sale. When you dont even have it.

Great store, well stocked and nice and clean. Odd story however, when I went shopping there late the other night, I needed assistance. The cashier called the night manager over and he wasn’t wearing a shirt. I know it’s summer it just seemed a little weird.

Amazing night manager, extremely good looking, and cool guy! Funniest person I have ever met. Gives me so much hope and inspiration in my life. I want to be just like him! It’s a real wonder why he doesn’t have his own TV show or voted as President but hopefully one day!

Open late and easy to navigate the store. Very organized. I work late, so Im often forced to shop late. The night manager dropped what he was doing to help me find obscure shopping list items 2 or 3 different times!

I shop at this store routinely. The cashiers are friendly whenever I engage them in conversation (but they dont slow me down to talk when Im in a rush). The checkout lines move quickly. Aisles are more spacious than at some other supermarkets. Unlike at some stores, Ive never had to dodge a shopping cart! Their produce is fresh. Variety is good. Prices are fairly affordable. Special shout out to the person who works at the sushi counter; so nice!

I came in contact today with one of your managers at your store. I was absolutely appalled by how disrespectful and blatantly rude he was! Im in your store every day, i eat lunch there, by my groceries and really support your local business. Customer service is key and due to how horrible this man is I will never give this Price Chopper a penny of mine ever again. I was so in shock over his distate if I had access to yours corporate office I would file a complaint. I will absolutely pass word on about this manager!

Dan at the pharmacy is a great pharmacist. He cares about people and is a genuinely nice guy. He helped my mother a whole lot until she passed in 2019 with her complicated meds and insurance. I still go to the pharmacy regularly and havent switched just because of him.

My husband and I are in this store almost everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Money cannot buy you hapiness or food in this Price Chopper. This store reminds me Soviet Union stores before collapse - you can visit store with money and leave with money because shelves are empty and there is nothing to buy except for very expensive items. I left multiple negative feedbacks using website indicated on receipts but nothing has changed since then. Do you want to buy cool cut salami or cheese? - out of stock. Do you want to buy 2.5 gallon poland springs water? - out of stock. Do you want to buy items that are on sale? - out of stock. Moreover self checkup registers were closed.

Service is average. Prices used to be fairly cheap years ago, but now is higher than average, but sales can be interesting. Many BOGO sales.Store used to be a lot cleaner looking, and even had an artificle tree in its produce section. Its been removed, and the floor is just plain painted concrete. Bakery is poor. There are times I find bugs flying around in its case of doughnuts.Store manager presence is absent. Dont think Ive ever seen him.Sales seems to be mostly the same thing.Best positive of the place is the seafood department, the deli, and its great selection of prepared foods.

Price chopper is my favorite grocery shopping place to go. Great deals all the time.

Every time I come into the store it is immaculate. Their produce is always incredibly fresh and this is the best place to purchase meat at a good price. Also the restrooms are well maintained. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help.

Price Chopper? So my better half and i decided to finally check out this place, and boy, what a JOKE! lets just say itd be better off being called Price GOUGER!!! Amazing this place stays in business with the exorbitant prices they charge. Im talking $2-3 more for the same products that their competitors charge. NEVER AGAIN

I went to return my bottles and cans today. Due to Covid, only 1 person is allowed in at a time. Luckily I chose a quiet time of the week. I was really impressed with the attendant. He was friendly and was fastidiously cleaning the bottle return machines. Keep up the good work!

Normally good here. Today was there 2 young men walked in. One with a mask below his chin yapping on his phone. His buddy walking around like a village idiot. The deli counter served them. Apparently no mask no service isnt a store policy. Itll be some time before I return.

Shop at your own risk. This place does not require you to wear a mask. You lost my business for life to simply satisfy the minority. You can contact the Middletown Health Department. They are out of line.

I was keeping my distance but went to unload my things onto the belt this morning but was told I had to wait until the woman in front of me was completely gone. Okay, fine. Then while Im loading all my things the cashier let everything pile up and then didnt help me bag after I watched her help the woman in front of me bag. It was very rude and Im a very accommodating person normally but I dont like how I was treated and wont be returning there again.

Well laid out store with good produce, fish, and deli departments. Always plenty of registers open. They are taking all possible precautions against covid-19. Prices on most items are pretty good.

Love the seafood department here! Liz is the best! She makes my food perfect every time! I usually get steamed Cajun salmon with steamed mixed veggies! Sometimes I add shrimp too...oh and her fried shrimp is the best too!! Try it!

Our go to grocery store. Great butcher / meat department. BUT hard to get their attention. No bell or way to get attention. But the wait is worth it.

They were sold out of alot of items I went into to purchase. Their cashier was too focused on getting customers into her line while am waiting for her to finish ringing in the rest of my items, so I could finish my purchase. I must say poor service!

Some very unhelpful employees on sales floor. Seafood and butcher shop clerks especially. One didnt know what I was asking for (a kind of salmon) and the other just said its over there in the case without any further assistance despite me saying I checked and couldnt find it (well its there)

I was not asked if I needed help bagging my order. I am 86 years old with arthritic hands. Additionally, the check out girl started ringing the next customer up, crouding my order which I was still bagging. Using my own bags.

Always have items in stock. produce is better priced and quality(imo) than S&S, and prices are overall better. plus. 24 hours!

They had everything we needed. The bread is decent and fresh everyday because of their bakery. The help is scarce and seemingly only partially available when needed. Prices are typical but their sales prices are great.

I Usually have a good shopping experience here. I have always been very happy with the burger department and the cuts of meat that are offered. My last two visits, however, have been different. I don’t expect a person behind the counter to be overly cheerful but I do expect a professional attitude. This was far from what I experienced. The last time was an eye roll, and a person acting annoyed to help. The time before that....actually had the butcher swearing at the meat. Yes, he did just plastic wrap the meat, but if this was an inconvenience just say they are closed for the night. Do not make a scene and yell f*#k and start slamming everything around. Very unprofessional. I understand this is only one employee and will not deter me from shopping there. This is something Price Chopper should be aware of.

Good location. Produce, seafood & meats are fresh & packaged to order if needed. Bakery & coffee shop have seating for approximately 30 people to sit & enjoy a bite to eat before or after shopping. The staff are friendly & courteous and lines are minimal. Variety of some items are lacking but otherwise a nice, clean place to shop

They had a 24 hour sign lit but they close at 11. They only have self checkouts open and every 3 mins its malfunction. Then the employees act like youre annoying them by asking them to do their job.

This is an interesting store. It actually has a small restaurant inside so you can grab a bite before shopping. As they say, never go shopping hungry.

Everything you need and want in a super market and then some! As always I am finding great deals on things I normally buy but here the selection is amazing! Even better than Stop &Shop!; This store is clean and the cashier s are always on point and friendly. The pharmacist (2) are very professional and friendly and service is fast. Over all I can say that this store gets 5 stars!

Nice clean shoo for all your grocery needs. Easily accessible off Washington St rte 66. Friendly staff although its hard to find clerks on the floor at times. They are sometimes a bit more expensive than competitors.

Went for quick supper items. Prices good. Rotisserie chicken is always the best. Falls off the bone. Had a good sale on air freshners.

I go to Price Chopper every Friday close to noon and pick up donations from the produce department and the bakery. Its so incredible the food they give for people who cant afford. My wife and I shop there all the time. To the employees, THANK YOU so much ❤️❤️❤️

Mostly a clean store..Always well stocked..Most employees know where to send you if you ask where an item is located in the store.Honest employees I once left my cell phone in the dairy case and the employee who was working that area brought it up to customer service where I was able to retrieve it...

Their meat, vegetables and seafood are quite good. As prices are concerned, they are very reasonable. I recommend to everyone to shop in Price Chopper.
