Large and safe shopping corner store for my weekly vegetable list! The South Asian lady clerk is so hospitable to myself and others curious about Indian cuisine and culture. I will definitely be coming back.The smells are amazing!

This is a fantastic store! Dont be shy about the appearance of a home. It is a store run by some wonderful people! The food is amazing and there are many things to check out! Please be sure to check the cooler in the back for genuine indina dishes and wonderful mango lassie!

Way to go for nice Indian food and groceries.

There was cooked and uncooked food. The owner patiently answered all of my questions and I had a lot, my son and myself. We asked how to cook certain things of to explain what was in the dishes that were cooked. The best thing, no Pork. Good for vegans vegetarians and ppl that just want to eat a bit healthier

I have been shopping at Aaojee for over a decade. This store has everything needed for the Indian food pantry as well as other staples.. Try some of their prepared foods too! They make the most delicious, fresh samosas. Aaojee is also the only store around for many many miles with fresh curry leaves.If you are unfamiliar with the ethnic foods that they sell, try some of the pre packaged spice mixes to put on meat or vegetables. Pita, roti, teas, spices, ...its all here!

This is Indian Store I visited most of the time. Their prices are always cheaper than other stores around Hudson Valley.They have fresh collection of vegetables which I liked most. In addition to the vegetables they have collection of freshly cooked appetizers like Samosa and Wada. Cooked and frozen foods like curries and biriyani from their kitchen can be found in their back freezer section.When come to snacks, spices, kitchen utensils and etc they never ran out their collection.I recommend this place to anybody who is looking for authentic Indian and Asian food and groceries.

Ive been shopping for my Indian food and spices here for years. I find everything I need. Bonus!! They have Indian sweets and desserts that are so good and the best Samosa. Im planning a trip this week with my 14 yr. Old grandaughter who developed a passion for cooking Indian curry. This is the perfect place for her to explore.

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are appetizing and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we have a splendid evening. warmly recommended.

There is no other grocery store in the area to provide spices, tea and other ethnic supplies like this place. I highly recommend Aaojee!

Was able to find whatever I needed, but the employee at the store did not wear a mask which was concerning. I was wearing a mask and gloves so I didnt think too much about it, but I was thinking about the safety of other customers coming in.

Excellent selection of Indian & Pakistani grocery items. Snack foods that you would not find anywhere else. The refrigerators have all sorts of delicious prepared meals that you can bring home to heat up. Just recently discovered this gem and it has become one of my favorite places to visit in Middletown.

This place obviously knows how to serve their clients. Constantly with a very nice mindset. The food is affordably priced, regularly yummy and neat.

Small place thats really hard to notice if youre not looking for it; the sign is obstructed by a bush.Very nice selection of products and produce. Youd be hard-pressed to find a larger and better selection of South Asian spices and goods in the area.Prepared meals and snacks are very tasty and have listed ingredients, for the most part.

A great place to pick up all of our Indian groceries. Fair prices, friendly owner nice selection and so much more convenient than driving to NJ. He also does catering, and often has fresh samosas and other fresh foods made in his completely vegetarian kitchen.

Great vegetarian Indian grocery store. The place is small but it has it all. Excellent cooked foods on site as well, and prices are really affordable. A great place to stock up on rice that you will have a hard time finding in other locations. Highly recommended.

Dont let the appearance fool you, while its small, you can find quite a variety of Asian spices and foods here. They also have a nice selection of imported teas. The wonderful smell of ready made foods is a nice welcome once you walk in the door and the folks working there are cordial.

It seems like a family owned Indian grocery store. You can get basic Indian food. They have mostly anything you would need. The place isnt very clean and they seem to care more about their catering business. However its a decent grocery store for Middletown, NY.

Great hole in the wall it’s hard to notice unless you stop at the light and notice it. But aside from that you can find about any Indian product that your looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful they also sell food onsite get there early or you will miss out.

I come here every weekend for their delicious & affordable Pakora & Samosas served with Green Lentil Chutney! I get it for lunch every Saturday :) It’s a small house like business, but I don’t know I like it that way. My boyfriend says it makes him uncomfortable, but even so he also says the pakora is worth it and he can’t wait to come again.

Its a small little shop with a good variety of products. They have fresh and premade foods. It could be better, but great for Middletown.

Well its only one store in my city, we liked their food everything but they need to cut off prices of Daals, and other vegetables. Cuz its little expensive people start going NJ but if they compare the prices what others have can help to save their customers. We love this store but same time 1 normal person look grocery expenses too... so plz tc that otherwise all over good. Even Aata price are very high to compare to near by shops.

Aaojee is small and cramped on the inside and there might not be any parking. But if you park in the CVS parking lot and walk over the selection will show you it was worth it.The staff is pretty friendly and will answer questions. There is a lot of stuff to choose from. Many spices, types of grains, curries, even beauty products are in there. They really do have a lot to offer.Also they cater, TRY THE CARROT CAKE. Its not cheap but she makes one hefty cake. Its so good.

Great selection. Its in a renovated house on the corner across from CVS. All the spices you could want, yogurt, good selection of beans & rices, plenty of ready-to-eat sauces and foods, a little bit of produce.I get rice, mung beans for sprouts, chick peas for falafel, spices, and more there -- really helps me save time and gas driving hundreds of miles for cooking supplies.I either park next to their van in their tiny lot, or across the street, but not in the CVS lot because I dont like the idea of being towed. Theres parking on the street outside the store, and theres rarely ANY cars there.
