I had my lawn tractor in for repair and had them cut my grass while it was being serviced, they also picked it up and returned it. Both Fred and Derrick were professional and fantastic to deal with ! I picked up two Spartan mowers beginning of the year. Derrick and the company go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I wish ten stars were available.

These guys did great work picked up and dropped it back off for moderate fee. When there was trouble with it still after returning it to me they came right back out picked it up to fix the problem and delivered it back with no extra charge. I highly recommend them

The company told my husband that they were a week behind at the beginning of mowing season. They kept my mower for 9 weeks. In the end the mower had a locked transmission and they replaced ignition switch. They credit us $100 for new tires we brought (4 tires and my husband replaced three of them himself). They tires cost more than $100 total. Plus they gave us a one free yard mow and a t-shirt and a hat. In the end the company bought the mower to sell on their own with a very small credit to our bill . We went elsewhere to purchase a new mower. The place we bought it apparently contacted Taylor equipment since he made a snarky comment to my husband about knowing we bought a new mower therefore he didnt give us a bigger discount on the bill. Will no recommend this company to anyone
