Terrible Experience with this Company. They appear very nice and knowledgeable in the new home Construction industry. However, when you start the process with them. They don’t respond to phone calls. They lie. The pricing changes dramatically practically weekly. They fail to finish the job in an adequate amount of time. They fail to complete the job 100%. They leave all the little finishing touches undone. Our family is extremely saddened and I’ll by having done business with Homes by Liberty in Middletown NY.Stay away as far as you can!!!

Horrible experience. I waited 3 months just to get a quote and ultimately was ignored for weeks on end. I understand that things take time, but these people lack fundamental communication skills and I was constantly left wondering what was going on despite reaching out persistently. Our main point of contact was inconsiderate and rude. Massive waste of time. Go anywhere else but here.

NIGHTMARES. Company could not give straight pricing. Working with them was a nightmare. Numbers would change on a daily basis as far as pricing. I would not recommend. Stay away. Currently trying to get my money back from them.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am about the job they did. Above and beyond is short of explaining my experience. If anyone complains it’s because they never made a real decision to move forward with building their dream home.

Hope others have better luck. They tore up the contract twice. Still trying to get the money back for plans I never received. Finally just gave up.

You will not find a more honest business to deal with. The owners and the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, etc. Doing business with them is well worth the cost.
