I bring down my 2000 Honda recon 250 and yes it’s a 2000, these people Were the only people who did it I called many people in many people declined me because it’s such a old model and they said they can save my quad I thank them so much for it, thanks gene and all the people who fixed my quad. Went to check out what they had looked around for about 15 min no one came to ask if I need help then finally some asked me if I need help asked questions about the side by side Pioneer then the sales guy just walked away what a joke . I called ahead of time to see if they would have the oil for our motorcycles which they did because I am 40 miles one way away from them the gentleman at the counter was very courteous and helpful he had the oil and I purchased it he asked me if I wanted him to carry it out and I assured him that I could get it out to the car with no problem I also asked him about what Molly was in the oil and he explained to me he was very knowledgeable and helpful again thats what brings customers back to their store Im sorry I didnt get his name I would have listed it in this post

While this is a Honda motorcycle and ATV dealership, they have a fairly large selection of motorcycle gear and helmets. I have purchased several helmets there and was always pleased with the selection, service and price.

BEST SERVICEHere in the Hudson Valley we had a helluva snow storm yesterday... I use my Honda ATV to plow some spots at my business before my home driveway normally... The 16 or so inches of snow put a beating on my winch for the plow and it snapped finally after years of abuse... I quickly put the Honda into bed of my truck and drove it to Mavrix... The man in charge JIM who was plowing the back parking lot guided me into their off-loading ramp and he unloaded my ATV and drove into shop for the quick repair after I told him my situation which was that my wife would kill me if I didnt get our driveway plowed by the end of the day!!! Happy Wife, Happy Life!!!! Jim had me in and out of there charging me a fair price for the new cable and work...

I cant say enough good things about this place. I bought my 2014 honda pioneer 700 here in Jan 14, when it came time to replace it with the 2019 Pioneer 1000 there was no doubt where i was going. Went into Mavrix looking for a high end helmet. Came across one of the reps at Mavrix and couldnt have been a better experience. Unfortunately I forgot his name but this guy knew everything about every helmet in the place. He took his time with me and told me all about the new technology being used and I told him I needed to think about it and left. I figured he probably thought I would try it on and go buy it online. But no, I thought it over because $600 is a lot to pay when the average helmet in there is probably around $200 - $300. He remembered me and we made the deal. He knocked off a little for a promo or something to get closer to the online price, so to reciprocate, I ordered a photochomic lens for the helmet. An awesome experience and the Shoei 1200 (American Flag) helmet is awesome. Had to share. I am a Harley Davidson owner (several bikes) but I come here for the helmets, gear, and some maintenance and inspections. To the ownership - This rep sets the bar for the rest of the staff in my opinion.

Very rude when I as women went in to make a purchase as my husband sat in the car. Got fed up with them when they were talking down to me as if I didnt know what i was talking about, walked out got my husband and walked back in... He didnt say anything just stood with me as the employee changed his tone and i guess decided i knew what i was talking about lol... Cant believe i needed my husband to stand there!!

For me I did not have a good experience!Went in there because I’m interested in the motorcycle walked around the show room at least four times was there for at least 20 minutes. my son was looking at 4 wheelers neither one of us was greeted or asked if we need any help! There was someone sitting at a desk right inside the front door people there was workers that came out from the service area onto the floor to speak with the sales people and they won’t back no one said hi Louis or anything.so finally we ended up just leaving so for me this is one place that will not be getting my money.

I bought my Honda pioneer 500 from Mavrix Powersports. I was able to get a good price combined with friendly caring service. Jim, the owner, personally came to my house to make an adjustment on the unit I received. This is my new go to store for all my Honda needs

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a dealership. 48 hours After buying a brand new 450L from here I started having problems “Bucky” the service manager wanted absolutely nothing to do with me didn’t care I just bought the bike and I was un happy I’ve honestly had better service at dmv. It’s crazy how “the only Honda power house dealer in nys” only cares about selling you a bike and wants nothing to do with you after they get paid. It’s sad that another local dealership has to help me with my issues but the one I bought my bike from can’t even call me to let me know my bike was ready to be picked up very disappointed I thought my experience would have been better than this 12 grand I spent here and I can’t even get a phone call back I will never ever deal with mavrix motorsports again

Im on the fence about this place. I have mixed feelings, as the custom service is awesome in parts. SERVICE is a RIP off. Theyll charge you 3-5x what you should really pay. SALES is now OK, given that they got rid of the old crew of Bandits. If youre new to motorcycles and riding, avoid this place. Bought my first bike here, and moved on. Im still paying for that mistake. The owner is a really good person, he just hired some horrible people and theyre making his business look bad. Hopefully, with the new crew, youll have a better experience.

My only complaint is that I just bought a pioneer from them, I decided against having a plow installed because I couldnt afford it, now one week after buying it Im getting bombarded with ads advertising offering a free plow with purchase... I mean cmon man $15000 a week too late.

A. I have always had very pleasant experiences whenever shopping here. This spring I purchased an arc for my son. Thats when Donna told us about the amazing opportunity at the end of the school year if my sons report car was good enough to qualify. We showed up on Saturday June 30 with fingers crossed. My sons name was drawn for grand prize of a brand new dirt bike and head to toe top of the line gear as well. All involved were so amazing to the both of us. That memory will last a lifetime. Honestly wouldnt even give them a star. They are horrible people who only care about the sell and not the service. Came to bring my bike to get serviced on first come first serve Saturday and they flat out look at me and said no were busy dont you see the line AFTER I CALLED TWICE ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS they both said yeah no problem bring it in! No matter what always have an issue you there its either they lie or they are just straight up rude. Dont waste your time go to CYCLE MOTION

This company owner to be very specific (as the gentleman at the front desk is very polite and had nothing to do with todays situation) has provided horrible customer service to myself and my 11 year old son who has a disability. Unfair and failing to provide reasonable accommodations to people with disabilities. This company is running a raffle for a dirt bike that requires kids with passing grades 3s or Bs which will be held this Sat.Well today at approx 10:15am 6/27/18, I spoke to the owner Jim Bannon, I asked to step away from my son to further discuss a private question, to avoid hurting my sons feelings. My son is aware he needed passing grades and has tried so hard, and is looking forward in participating in an event that his company is hosting this Sat 6/30/18. First question I asked Jim, was, is there any exceptions to children with learning disabilities since their grades are different, grading criteria is a lot different from a norma child whos in regular classes whos not classified with a learning disability? He said well.... so I quickly presented my sons awards, diploma, and report card and I.E.P progess report to show he passed but it’s a diff gradin criteria for children with disabilities. He immedialty began shaking his head indicating No, I expressed why his grades were as and asked plz see his progess report shows As. I explained my son can not be compared to a normal child, he is in a special education class. As JIm was reviewing my son’s progress report he seemed as if he was going to accept it but then reached a non subject, an OT/PT program speech and language and saw PG&PS he said whats this a C?... QUICKLY degrading, I immediately also felt discriminated.. instead I said NO, thats not a C... thats a PG for progressing, and PS for progressing satisfactory.. made me very uncomfortable, I said thats a B, he continued shaking his head No, I then said I didnt know this raffle was only for kids with no disabilities .... he then said oh no now you are not going to put me in a situation like this its not fair to those kids with 3s or better... he continued to say.. I have a kid with a disability.... I said really then he should of understood my position in pleading and presenting him persona documents. I had enough of his remarks so I took back my papers and left the store.. I had enough of my son hearing since he owner only moved 4ft away from my son when I asked can we step away... smh, and seeing this mans facial and body expressions of rejection (shaking his head no, turning red, saying No out loud) not even an apology this man did, so cold hearted instead turned my son away, meanwhile deep inside my son knew he passed 5th grade. My problem is he turned my son away, failing to provide customer satisfaction and making reasonable accommodations to this companys policyevent and procedures for this event that will be on June 30th 2018. I will also reach out to HONDA Corp, as the name is Honda Mavrix motor sports. I will not stop here, I already opened a complaint with he nys civil complaint for discrimination and will continue a law suit... just to prove you do not discriminate children with learning disabilities. This owner owes my son a huge apology and accommodation . My son was looking forward to wining an ATV/dirtbike. Make my son happy and reach out to me! As Im going to go full blast with this!!

I Brought my honda in that had a major steering issue. I dealt with Bruce (i think im remembering correctly) and Chris. as well as a couple others, Everyone was very pleasant and seemed genuinely honest. Like i said my Quad had some serious issues, Chris had talked to me about the issue and what they had done/were doing about the problem. While talking to me it sounded like they were doing an awful lot of work. You know what that means? Parts Plus Labor. In no way can i say it was cheap But honestly, i was VERY pleasantly surprised with the final bill and the work they had done.Plus they found a small issue with my breaks that they had fixed for me out of the kindness of their hearts i guess. (really it was just labor, im sure it was included) The amount of work, and chris telling me what he had done to get my atv driving straight again, made me leave a very happy customer. It was obvious they werent just trying to take my money, upselling, and throwing parts at it.Its also a cool place, outback where i dropped off my quad they had all different generations and brands of atvs sxss and bikes, Its a little bit of a drive for me, but i am pretty sure ill be going back here if i need work done again that i dont have time for.Thanks!
