I would like to thank Loretta, from the bottom of my heart, for her kindness. I had a beloved pair of sandals, that honestly, should have been retired to the trash. I heard such great things about Perfect Shoes Plus that I decided to see if they could be saved. I was warmly greeted by Loretta. After a few laughs over the condition of them, she told me she would do her best to repair them. After a couple weeks, I received a phone call that my sandals were done. She has made me believe in humanity again! Loretta took the time to find the exact sandals on line. It sounds like an easy task, but they have been discontinued for years and Ive tried to find them on line and had no luck. She went above and beyond great customer service!! I left there so very happy and so surprised that she did that for a complete stranger! She didnt have to do that, but she did! Thank you, Loretta! Youre truly a kind human being!

How can I thank you Lorrie? I have been limping for the past two years. Even had unsuccessful surgery to correct the difference in length of my legs. I am so thankful for the person that recommended that I see Lorrie.Lorrie knows what she is talking about and the fact that she has a medical background is fantastic. She takes the time to listen to me and to explain what was happening to my body because of the leg differential. Even better that that - she had a solution to my problem that works!!! I am walking correctly.

Whether it’s shoes - bags - or zippers they have saved my favorites every time!!! Lori’s work is beautiful - they will always be honest if they cannot do the work or it’s not worth saving the item they are sure to let you know not to spend the $$. The time and commitment spent on every piece is much more than their prices!! HIGHLY recommend this awesome shop!!!! Just the best!!!!

My name is Joe V, I had two hip Surgeries that went Bad same. Side, When I went to perfect shoe pluse they were understanding, Professional, knowledgeable about my leg which was now shorter than my right, after 11 months of Limping around, Perfect shoes plus made me a Pair of shoes that balanced my body; I am having other shoes and Sneakers made at this time so I can get on with life; Surgery might be an option down the road but at this time after 2 hip and 1 Great Knee Surgery my body needs a break, I am Lucky that these people are here for me and address my issue, Shorter Leg from hip Surgery Thank You Joe

I left a really ragged - but beloved - pair of boots with Lori a few weeks back. They had messed up zipper, sole, and interior lining (in short... they needed the complete works).It took a couple of weeks but Lori fixed them up great. They still fit perfectly, every weakened part feels reinforced, and the sole appears more durable then before. I wear these boots every day, driving and walking through gravel.After testing them out for a bit, I can say for-certain that Lori did an excellent job repairing these. I will definitely be returning here in the future for any shoe repair needs.Thank you again Lori!

If I could give more stars to review I would!!!! I brought my 30 year old wedding shoes to Lori in December 2017. My daughter had always wished to wear my wedding shoes for her upcoming June 2018 wedding. I wanted to surprise her at her bridal shower. The condition of my shoes were Yellow, dry rotted, hard, basically falling apart. I showed Lori, expecting to be rejected as I had from a previous cobbler. Lori examined the shoes, expressed that they were going to be quite the challenge, but because she loved and admired the fact that my daughter wanted to walk down the isle in the shoes I wore, with the chance that they would represent a long lasting marriage that her dad & I still have, she was going to do anything in her power to make it happen. She was truly touched. Lori impressed me so much that she would consider to even give it a try to make it happen. And yes!!! she made it happen!!!! Even better than what I anticipated. The photo below shows the unbelievable work that Lori did. She took her time, kept me updated constantly via texting and calls. The shoes were done in plenty of time for my daughters shower in May. Not only did they look brand new, but my daughter wore them from the beginning of the day until the end with no pain and nothing coming apart. I cannot sing the praises enough of Lori & staff at this establishment. They are pure professionals that truly care for their customers. The price of the shoes were amazingly reasonable. Loris time alone spent to make this happen, was far beyond my expectations. Lori, again, we cannot thank you enough, and maybe one day Ill have a beautiful granddaughter who will be able to wear her Grandmothers shoes as SHE walks down the isle.... Couldn’t ask for better service. Have had well used riding boots repaired, that I thought might be beyond saving, and Lori did a wonderful job making them usable again. We have had boot zippers replaced, very expensive dressage boots seam redone, and shoes restored. Always wonderful service and done on time. Highly recommended them

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are the best, I needed my son sneakers spiked to participate in a party theme he was invited to. The place I went to before them failed to do the job. I called Perfect Shoe explained the party was that day and my son would now be the only kid without his sneakers spiked. I was told to come right over and she would be glad to do it. Not only did she do it 2 hrs before closing she exceeded my expectations for a last minute job. An establishment with impeccable customer service.

I dropped off my leather sofa covers to have the zippers replaced and they did it at a very reasonable price and even did alterations to avoid removing one side altogether,Adam even delivered my covers when a separate repair needed to be done last minute. Really good workmanship and the customer service is beyond comparison.

I had a shoe emergency! 2 days before my wedding my dog decided to eat the heel on my $100 hand dyed shoe! My shoe was fixed in an hour and the people there were the nicest and so calming on such a stressful day! I will definitely be bringing more shoes here!

Highly recommend. Ive used perfect shoe plus several times for four pairs of shoes. Everytime the resotration or repair has been excellent. They take time to talk about future care and what to look out for continued care of my shoes. Theyve save me a ton of money by repairing my shoes instead of needing to buy new ones. They are fairly priced, welcoming, and work quick enough to get your shoe back in enough time but slow enough to make sure the work is done right.
