You can find some great deals here. Only open to the public on Thursday and Friday. Outdoor furniture goes quickly so get there by 11am to wait in line and dash past the couple of flea marketeers that are there. They run in and grab every stickered pillow on the outdoor furniture, so be prepared to move fast and snag one before they get to it.

Good deals on home goods, all are deeply discounted. Its all returned stuff, so buyer beware..but most of it is in great to new condition. Check website for hours, and get there a little early as there tends to be a line.

This was a great place to shop years ago before the resellers started coming and acting like vultures, snatching tags off everything. However, I am convinced the workers are taking the tags off boxes before the doors open and handing them to resellers as soon as they walk in door. They are in line paying for items way too quick to search for the nicest outdoor items on their own, even if they are first in line. I hope management does something about this. The resellers are obviously getting help from the workers and likely paying kickbacks to workers for the help. I heard a lady today ask one of the vulture resellers how much he plans to sell an item for. He replied he was not selling the items. I was thrilled someone finally confronted these rude vultures. Several of us laughed and clapped. I wanted to yell, “vultures leave something for the consumers who are here to purchase for their home and workers do your job and stop accepting kickbacks from these vultures”. If this continues, when the resellers retire from selling, you might not have any regular customers left. WE ARE SICK OF IT!! Its not worth the drive. I know many people who stopped going to Hayneedle outlet because of these vultures. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!! We all see their items online and at the flea markets. We know and you know they are resellers. Limit the box items to these vultures. Make sure workers are not pulling off tags before doors open.Net, if you want any nice outdoor items, don’t waste your time here, the vultures buy it all for their resale business and leave nothing for consumers. They might as well resell to us in the parking lot with their markup. Again, was a great place to find items for your house before the rude vulture resellers came!!!!! Not worth the drive now!

We shop their returned items and have been very happy with our finds. A $1200 commercial grade umbrella for under $100, and a $1700+ gas fire pit for under $200. Thats my kinda place. It is very hit and miss as far as whats for sale, and definitely cant expect to go after something specific as selection changes daily Im sure. Everything seems of really good quality although a lot is scratch and sent.

You have to keep going back to this place to find what you want. I have found amazing deals. Like $400.00 for a $1500.00 farmhouse dining set, a $1000 leather sofa for $200, ottoman for $20. Yes some is scratch and dent or returns, but everything I’ve bought has been so minimal or I couldn’t find what was wrong. It has been worth the trips! Yes there is people that wait by the door which are regulars who buy to resale but be bold and wait in line with them and have at it! If you go to a furniture store and see the prices you’ll want to go to this place.

I was so excited to go to this place. I had read so much about it online. When I got there it was about the size of a large family room and 4 racks of stuff with barely anything on them and some boxes in the center of the floor and a couple sofas for over 1k.... I was disappointed to say the very least. I do not expect I will ever return there. A wasted trip for sure.

Employer asked my son to report here for an interview at @11pm!! Had difficulty finding an entrance at this hour. Once he located the contact person, he was told to return the following day for a drive test. Early the next day was contacted by phone & told otherwise. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Very bad considering the fact that an interview isnt generally scheduled at @ 11PM. Then giving a candidate conflicting info. Not a professional way to conduct business not impressed on the slightest. I wouldnt recommend this employer.

Good deals on stuff you dont find elsewhere.

You have a group of folks every week, snatch all tags off the items and dont buy all of them. They just keep others from buying. The workers see this and say nothing. Maybe they are getting a kickback for allowing this behavior. These people are the first lined up with chairs outside and its obvious they are resaling. The greed has then running in this place snatching tags like they own this place. I overheard an elderly couple and had a few conversations with other buyers that were very frustrated with these individuals and their rudeness. They were saying they might as well let them in an hour early to pick over what they want then sell us the items thats left. Because who wants to fight with these greedy individuals. Its a shame and shame on Hayneedle for fostering an environment that allows for such behavior.

Not sure what all if the fuss was about... maybe I just picked the wrong day to check it out.
