Attitudes are awesome.Owners have lame policies, $16 per lock. Not allowed to supply own lock. If keys get lost or left behind on the other side of the country, renter has to pay an additional $16.They prefer to force a $16 dollar charge for a $2 lock than profit $700 per year from my account. So, I switched to West Main Self Storage, there a FREE lock is provided and i can supply my own locks and insurance is not forced.Middletown self storage forces a SCAM insurance policy. The policy covers everything EXCEPT THEFT!

Rather than write a wordy paragraph, Im going to provide a short list of points as to why I believe you should give them your business, and why I chose them.1. Military friendly (solid 10% discount).2. Secure facility; Video monitored, access to units is logged digitally, individual pass code protection for access doors, and units are contained in a climate controlled building.3. Ease of navigation and transport; All corridors clearly labeled, large freight elevators are available to lift all of your goods, and they even provide flatbed carts to use.4. Very reasonable pricing, especially considering what youd pay at other lower quality facilities.5. Remarkably clean! I swear that despite the large number of customers they clearly have, when I walked in I felt like I was the very first person renting a unit. Every square inch of that facility is meticulously clean.6. Extremely friendly staff! Everyone is really laid back and personable, the front office is comfortable, and they even offer bottled water and good coffee.7. Bottom line, if youre looking for a great quality facility, and awesome helpful staff, Middletown Self Storage is the place to go!One last thing, Im not sure why anyone would rate them less than 5 stars, particularly if theyre claims are unsubstantiated.

Friendly service/ best storage facility by far

Very professional and helpful staff. They do not advertise it, but they have dedicated motorcycle storage for $40/month per bike. Its an indoor facility with garage doors for the units and at every door into the building. Glad I chose them over the previous storage facility.
