Juan serviced our washing machine. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to secure parts for the fix. He was easy to work with and had our machine up and running again in a few days. It wasnt cheap, but it was well done and fast!

Everything about my service with M&M was 5 stars. They answered the phone the first time I called, they were at my house the next day and they didnt try to charge me for something that wasnt a problem. Unfortunately the issue was not with my washing machine but instead a plumbing issue. I will call them again in the future if I need appliance repairs.

These people are amazing!!! I called around and tried to get someone out here and the companies before them that I called were very rude and one even said he didn’t feel like working. I was referred to M&M by two other appliance repair companies after explaining the my situation. Both companies said it would be a difficult and painstaking job. I bought a kegerator that was working but not cooling. The technician was knowledgeable, excellent and explained the problem and possible solutions in an easy way to understand. It took an hour to completely fix the problem and was done at a completely reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if I ever have other problems.

We have used Juan and his company for years! They are always going above & beyond. He’s honest, kind & respectful. He also rebuilds appliances that he believes are better machines than the newer ones on the market. The newer ones have computers yes but much smaller motors so you end up repairing newer ones more often. What appliance guy tells you that? Juan. Always honest.

Called yesterday morning at 8 am to get my fridge fixed they showed up after 5pm. All it needed was to be thawed out and to clean the drain. He put on the receipt that he need to thaw out, clean drain,change sensor and put freon. Charged us $425 for less then an hour. Also, found 3 screws and a piece of plastic on our counter when they left. I go to check freezer and its cracked and I found where 2 screws could go. We called to complain and he says he doesnt remember breaking it and everything he took off he put back on. Even thought I saw him stabbing at the back to remove the ice that was on the back. Yea okay. Mind you its only 6months old or less. No refund or acknowledgement of any wrong doing.One good thing I can say is the women on the phone is very nice and helpful and apologetics.

They were able to find replacement parts for my refrigerator that are not available from manufacturer. The are able to salvage parts to fix your appliances which saved me from having to purchase another refrigerator. They also were able to repair a drier that I bought on clearance. This drier had some random parts and cloth in it that could have started a fire. They were able to save me from many very expensive problems that I certainly would have experienced.

I needed a Very specific door hinge for a used fridge I bought off of Facebook. I called in the morning and by the afternoon I was picking up the hinge that he went out of his way to get for me. They respond very quickly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I am so thankful because I know NOTHING about appliances and I NEVER felt talked down to or anything. M&M Appliances are amazing! My old washer broke months ago, and Ive been having to go to the laundromat. I finally got another (used) washer, but it filled and then died. My grandson and I were trying to dip the water out when Mr. Sanchez arrived. Turns out the new washer needed a new water pump, but my old one just had a broken lid switch. Mr. Sanchez and his assistant emptied the water out of the machine in the house, moved it out, fixed my original one, brought it in and connected it, and got it going for me, and all at about half of what he shouldve charged me! After they left I discovered a bad dripping noise coming from behind the washer so I called Mr. Sanchez, and he and his helper came back and discovered it was my old water faucet connection behind the washer. They were able to tighten it up and get rid of the drip for me, and charged me nothing for the return visit and the additional work! Mr. Sanchez is a caring, godly man, and there are no words to describe what a gift he was in my life today! Im handicapped and live on a very small fixed income, and this was a huge blessing and a fantastic early Christmas present!

My husband called this morning because our dryer started to malfunction. He asked about what the possible issues might be that we could check before we considered purchasing a new one.They walked us through a few options to try out. Don’t let them touch anything in your house, they will destroy it. They came and promise to fix a small water leak my fridge had, they made it seem like it needed some work, but it wasn’t a problem for them.2 days later, they left with the fridge all unassembled, parts everywhere, Saying that I need a new fridge. Just as a reminder, my fridge was working almost perfectly before they touch it. Only a small water leak.

Tried to repair my washing machine and dishwasher. After repairing the dishwasher. It still didn’t work so I called them to come out again. After they worked on it the dishwasher leaked. Refused to come out and fix what they had done. Also charged an exorbitant service charge. $1000.

I had this company come out to service a simplistic electric Admiral dryer that was only blowing cold air. I was quoted a price of $355 initially for the repair and when I declined, I was offered a price of $295. I was also offered a service of cleaning out my dryer vent with a blower and snake apparatus. I declined all services and paid the service call fee of $135. I told him that I could purchase a new one at Home Depot for $450 and his co-worker quickly iterated that it would more than likely be on back order because most were not available in the store at this time. The repair man appeared to be disgruntled and angry that I didnt jump at the chance of being overcharged for their questionable service practices.I normally do my research before choosing a random company and sure wish I would have in this instance. I was highly disappointed in the ridiculous outrageous price. I purchased this cheap dryer 2 years ago for less than $300 so why would I repair it for more than it was worth? I looked up the parts he told me I would need and the total was approximately $52 . I would not recommend this company to anyone and I advise to please do your research on your item needing repair, the replacement of a new one, and the company that you choose to invite into your home.

M & M Appliance came to fix an upright freezer. Juan came prepared with all the possible parts that he might need to fix it. He cleaned it as well and it looked better than before he got there. Needed a compressor. The owner came and gave his estimate, stating they would be right back. Lies!!! They came back after my husband called them twice! Owner comes in and stares at me and told me that my husband kept calling him! I told him that of course since what he told me was that he would be right back and three hours was not right back! Then he told me he had to go get a compressor. But hey don’t worry as he brought a new one that had a longer life line!! The super duper compressor would cost $500! After calling my husband, I told him that we didn’t want the Superman of compressors.He and his helper moved my refrigerator and while I was seated in my den, that’s the closest room to the the kitchen, he cuts the line from compressor and let the freon out! It caused me to get sick. After they were finished, hours later, they left. Two hours later, when my husband came home, we were having dinner and the darn noise was back!!! Same noise double in intensity. My husband called him and he said he would come in the morning as instance from my husband! When my husband went to unplug, we saw the horrible work. Not only did he bend the back, the compressor was visible !He came late on that Saturday, and was angry that my husband had called him!! He got so angry he took a step towards my husband screaming in his face. Long story shortened, he said there wasn’t going to give us with the work he had done. He asked the helper, “Do you think I should leave them with a working refrigerator”? Then cut the line again and let the Freon out, and left! So once again I got sick from it!!I wanted to take him to small claims court but my husband said it would cost more than to get anew refrigerator. The one he “worked on” was two years old! So the owner of M&M ( Mighty and Mexican-his words when I inquired to the name)is highly unprofessional, inept, and flat out rude!!!

Fantastic service and professionalism. I did a google search for appliance repair and started going down the list making phone calls to find a company to repair my refrigerator. In this case, M&M Appliance, was the only company that answered the phone. Their receptionist was extremely polite and scheduled my repair for the very next day. As scheduled, they showed up on time, properly prepped for the repair, made the repair, and cleaned up after. We are very pleased with their customer service! Juan is a true subject matter expert when it comes to his business and I recommend that you all give them a call when needing any repairs.

This place is a joke, they will lie to you and charge an outrageous amount of money to fix something small. Ive honestly never been treated the way the owner treated me. He sure cashed my check fast, and then he would never come and repair it the right way. Please dont trust this company.

I’ve used them a few times and I won’t any more. Called last Thursday to fix my deep freeze and they didn’t show up when they said would. Rescheduled for Monday and when I called to check my appointment they had no record of it. Both times that I used them I’ve had creepy vibes from them and they WAY overcharged for what they did and than left my fridge damaged and asked me to leave a good review on google.

Other appliance repair companies had either declined to work on our LG refrigerator or told us it would be months before they could work us in. Came out the day before Thanksgiving and fixed our oven. Very reasonably priced as well.

An 84-year-old friend of mine called this company to repair and install a dryer for her. They charged her almost $750 for repair and install. Before they left, they stuck a leaf-blower into the vent and called it good. Without checking the vent, they left. She called them back 12 times without even one call-back, because the dryer ran for hours without drying the clothes. Soon, their answering service was rude and put out that she kept calling. A month later, after checking it myself, I found that the vent was clogged, completely. I called myself and was assured a service person would be here today to right the situation because I had hoped I wouldnt have to write a review like this. They lied. And, as I write, they arent answering their phone at all. I figure a company like this might know that a situation like this couldve burned my friends house to the ground. In her ill health, she wouldve likely been in it. Unfortunately, they didnt care. So, use this company at your own risk!

Dont show up even close to times they give you. I had them replace washing machine pump and see why door wouldnt close on refrigerator. They charged me $100 to take out crisper drawers on bottom and put them back in correctly ! (I had been in hospital and daughter had to cln mess in fridgeand put them in wrong) $642.50 for pump and fridge repair. You can do better elsewhere

I wouldnt use this company ever again. My dryer wasnt heating. I looked up what a new heating element would run and decided to have the dryer worked on since it was 1 yr old. My bill was $787!! It would have been nice to be told or better yet asked along the way. If they would have I would have told them I would just purchase a new dryer. Im sure they drove away laughing!

Juan was very prompt. My problem turned out to be needing a new compressor for 2 year old refrigerator. We decided to wait 2 weeks for sears to fix it since it was still under warranty. He did advise me to get a surge protector with 4 minute timer to protect computer board on my refrigerator. No one had ever told me that and I appreciated that information. I felt like he was knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. The service fee was typical and was to be expected. I will definitely call this business again

My husband bough a washer and dryer from them, because they told him that the ones we had were not worth fixing, they offer to give him a discount for the non working appliances 2 washers and two dryers, I knew one of the dryers was not worth fixing but one of the washers was working it was just missing the knob, one of the dryers the element went out and the washing machine hot water was not working, I called and the lady that answered the phone was rude and said she wasnt going to return them I told her I was going to call better business bureau and her response was, do what ever you want you are not getting them back and hang up on me.

Washer went out and they scheduled appointment for a couple of days after I called, which is acceptable due to the area. The day of the repair, they called and said they were running a little late and showed up about an hour late, per the appointment they set. The repairs were completed quickly and I just did a load of laundry and it washed them, so it appears to be working properly. The techs were really nice (I have a horrible memory for names). The only reason Im giving a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star is due to the missed appointment time and having to wait for the receipt to be emailed to me the next day because they were out of receipts in their receipt book (I havent received it, yet, but will give the benefit of the doubt).I also had a dryer repaired by them, and it works better now than it did before, however, I was unable to do a review when it happened several months ago. I would have given them 5 stars for that repair, so if you average the 2, together, then I would gladly give them a 4.5 star, total

Total crooks. I called these guys to fix my refrigerator. They said the repair would be $395. When I declined they turned around and he immediately said oh I could do it for $295. How can The fee jump $100 lower just because I wouldnt accept their first high dollar amount. Then I asked if he would do it for $250 and they said no. They left the part sitting on top of my refrigerator didnt put it back in. They left with a $95 check for their service fee. Dont call these guys theyre crooks!

Sorry to say they arent prompt on there appointment, They were suppose to be at our house in the morning time today my wife had a stroke and was suppose to see the doctor at 11:30 we waited until i called them at 2 :13 pm they were suppose to be here in alittle bit the finally showed up at 5:10 pm so i canceled when they got here what at waste of our day waiting on them . i wont be recommended them to anyone

Went in to try to find a part for my washer, and she said that she needed an exact part or model number, and was quick to give me a card and send me on my way. I wasn’t about to leave as I live approximately 45 minutes away, so I found my washer model number in my email, and walked back in the store and told her. She said that wasn’t it because the part number wasn’t long enough. I found the item number and she shook her head and told me to do her a favor and get it off the washer as they don’t do refunds on parts. She clearly did not want to be bothered to do her job. VERY RUDE!! I told her I wouldn’t be back. Don’t waste your time even attempting to get anything from here.

Great experience. Same day service. Juan showed up, tackled my problem and solved another dryer-related problem that Ive been meaning to have fixed for a long time. In order to get access to my dryer vent, he needed to get into the flower bed. So he went ahead and cleaned all the leaves out of the bed, swept them across the driveway and picked them all up. Good luck getting anybody else to go that far above and beyond. Juan and Daniel are one heck of a team. I would highly recommend them to anybody. These guys know their stuff. Very professional.

I have had a horrible time with this company and my washer. My washer broke down and they came to fix it, took it for a week and brought it back and it was still broken so they came and got it again. Said it needed a new electrical board. After a few days they called and said it was no good, when i asked for a refund they said they could not do that they could only give me another used washer and had a front loader (which i previously told the manager i did NOT want a front loader) but since i have been without a working washer for weeks i said to bring it over. today they brought me a front loader that was very nasty! the detergent area was caked in detergent and the inside and door was covered in calcified detergent. The delivery guy was very nice and apologized as he agreed that it was very nasty. But their response was well it works.....save yourself the hassle and get a washer from best buy or sears. they have brand new appliances with small dents on them for the price i paid for this crap. The manager has never once called me to try and make things right, i have only spoken with a lady named erica who was very nice but i will never use this place ever again.

I went to this place for a part for my fridge. Got the part and it went out 2 days later. So i just decided to get a new fridge. One of the workers there said he did side jobs so we made a contract and I paid him 1/3 up front and he never did the job. His name is Jimmy pena. I called him a number of times but he still never did the job or returned my money. Then the owner of this place called me and threatened to use my credit card that I had used to purchase the part for my fridge if I didnt stop calling. I canceled my card and called the better business burrow and filed an official complaint. So do not trust this place or anyone who works here! Its for your own good!

Do not use these people to fix ANY of your appliances they dont know what they are doing. They are scam artists, they supposedly came to fix my washer charged OVER $500. My washer is an LG, a lot of money when they walked out the door it quit working within 5 minutes. One of them came back the next day, and my washer is making so much noise that I think its going to explode. I would not recommend these people OR their products to anyone and no matter how nice they seem to be do NOT use them!

Let me just start by saying my appointment was at 10 and they didnt show up until 1. Once they were there, they did not tell me what was wrong with my washer, they proceeded to fix it. Once the washer was fixed, they charged me $427 (which is more than the price of a brand new washer). After I paid him, he wrote me a receipt which showed that all he did was replace a water valve. My boyfriend contacted the manager of M&M who admitted to pulling a fast one on me and promised a refund of $232. We have made multiple attempts to collect this money to no avail. These people are a disgrace to small business owners.

Cant say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Juan was on fixing the oven in the house we rent. He helped save the landlord money by knowing a few tricks and replaced the items that were about to fall apart. Thank you Juan for getting us cooking!

Stay away from this company!!! Sanchez, owner/operator, is a fraud and comes off as someone who is honest and is there to fix your problems, but its truly a front. He charged me $1,600 dollars for 2-3 parts and labor, even though I helped him do some of that labor. Afterwards, the refrigerator was in worse shape than it was to begin with and now no longer works at all. Very unprofessional! Should of know when he gave me a receipt on a yellow piece of paper and refused to return my phone calls and honor his so called warranty!! Call anyone else! Save yourself the headache! Also he does NOT have a A+ with the BBB. Check it out for yourself!

I called m & m appliances about a month ago to get them to fix my washer. When they got to my house, they asked me what was wrong with my washer. I kind of gave them a description of what was going on, never did they examine the washer. Went by what I had told them,( Im not an expert, thats why I called them). The guy gets on his phone and Google the problem . Told me some b s about what was wrong with it. Was not even 30 minutes at my house. He charged me 300 dollars. The next day my washer was still broken. they come back and told me they could fix it. Ive been trying to get my money back for a month. I finally threatened them with the bbb,. The owner finally called back and told me to take him to court because he wasnt going to give me my money back. He literally stoled my hard working money. Please avoid this hassle.!!!!!! 0stars if you ask me.p s had to buy a new washer.😑. And now having to go to court.😑😑😑😑😑😑😑
