Two girls who work there were just sitting in chairs playing on their phones. No one bothered to ask if I needed any help even though I walked by them 3 times. Sadly, it seems this is starting to become the new normal.

This store has a huge selection to choose from. Almost anything you can imagine in the way of kitchen gadgets and all sorts of things to make your life easier, comfier and cozier. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. If someone doesnt know the answer they go find out, which I absolutely love! I did one stop shopping here at Christmas time and I have been there several times before then and since. I really enjoy shopping here.

I walked into the store and there is a sign stating you must have a mask on the enter. However, there are three people without masks on. I asked why they werent enforcing their policy and they said because people wouldnt listen.I am tired of wearing masks as well. But having children and working at a college I cant afford to get sick because a policy wasnt enforced. I am canceling my membership and will not return until masks are no longer needed.

The prices always seem a little high to me but the staff were all wonderful. My mother had an electronic Visa card that the front staff took time to make work for her and did so with a great attitude. I would return here for the clean store, good selection and great staff.

Ive said it once, Ill say it again. Even in the Christmas rush these people know how to do customer service. Lines moved fast, real fast. The staff was so polite and helpful especially in getting coupons applied you did not know about. Great selection of products and sale prices really are a sale! Everything is in stock.

Love this store the customer service and the products.

Ive lived in this area for over 2 decades and never realized this store was here. Huge selection of small kitchen appliances/utilities! Ill definitely be back to get some higher priced things I have my eye on. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Only complaint I have is not everything has a price tag, but the staff will answer any questions.

My only problem is that I dont receive a universal remote from Christopher Walken like Adam Sandler did in the movie Click.

Love going to find new items or just to browse. Staff is friendly and willing to assist when you can find someone on the floor. Everything is very crowded and limited to space, so if you want to look at something and test/feel the products, then maybe purchase online.

Its nice, on the expensive side but they have merchandise for the home other than just bedding . Its a nice place to go just to see all the interesting things they carry, youll be amazed. I went because its the only place I found that carries Bamboo Charcoal without having to order it online. Bamboo Charcoal purfies the air in your home including mold and the bad smell, good stuff.

Theres so much to choose from here! Love how they display the bedding! They have everything nicely organized in sections! You can find anything from kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and more.... It can be a bit expensive!

Attempted to get help by asking and both times the two ladies walked away, multiple and I mean multiple times things are not priced.. even tried using the self price scanner which didnt work and the employee insisted it did finally having to use her handheld device. Never greeted or asked if needed anything, just an all around bad experience.

I went there to buy my niece gifts for her wedding the Cashiers were so nice n friendly I asked what gifts my niece had wrote down for her wedding n they right away showed me I went to the dishes department n there was also this Hispanic lady there who right away helped me the dishes on the list. I will be going back to this store I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family to go to bed bath n beyond you wont be disappointed them employees will greet you as soon as you go in. N if you need help you go ask the employee n they will go help you find what your looking for.

Very attentive staff. Ran in to buy a registry wedding gift. Got the list printed off quickly and was checked out quickly. Sales person even applied a coupon for me that I didnt know about. Thank you!!!

The question is how do I get out of this store without spending my entire paycheck?! I know there will always be a great selection of products no matter what I am looking for. The last time I was in the store, I found the perfect dish drainer for my kitchen. When I checked out, the cashier helped me find a coupon to save me some money. This is a great place to shop for quality home goods.

The staff there is super helpful and knowledgeable! You can’t get customer service like this online! I went to the store specifically to buy sheets. I needed amazing sheets after being in bed so long and sick! The associate who helped me, maybe the manager, was fantastic! I learned so much from my conversation with him! He helped me make an informed decision based on my preferences. I’m laying in bed right now atop the sheets I purchased today, having no regret at all! The best money I’ve EVER spent on sheets! Many thanks to an outstanding staff.

A little too expensive but hey! Quality comes with a price right. Was hoping for some affordable sheets but my best bet was a clearance queen size for $49.99. So be ready before you head over here to shop

Poor customer service, prices on shelves are confusing no respect to retail customers service rules blaming ^higher management ^ for wrong prices is not the customers fault.Nade my decision to just shop on line much easier.

I have been in several times in the past year. There is a super nice older gentleman. I believe his name is Richard. Every single time he asked if he could help me and saved me from getting the wrong size sheets today! That kind of customer service is hard to find in this town!
