They got my car in the day after I filed my claim & were super quick fixing my car. They also washed it which was a pleasant surprise. My car was sent here through my insurance, I was told it would take a week to fix and it took 3 weeks. The communication to keep me updated definitely could have been better too, because I would have to call the day it was supposed to be ready, just to find out if it was actually ready. In addition there were pieces of tape left on my windshield, and little crayon type marks all over the car where they noted previous hail damage, and parts that had been marked etc. So thats annoying because Im going to have to go through and clean all of that off. Overall the car looks good as new, but I definitely wouldnt return here for any personal business.

They have been very professional and the repairs were spot on; as a matter of fact, my 2007 vehicle came out looking almost new.Great work and very attentive to detail. We took our car here and they did a phenomenal job on it. They were very attentive and pretty quick compared to most places. On top of that they even called and kept us up to date on how everything was going. All and all they were very prompt, great customer service and most of all did an outstanding job on fixing our vehicle.
We recently had a vehicle in this shop and by far this was the best body shop we have been to. Ernest assisted us and was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable during the whole process. I had a great experience with Loop 250 Collision. It was the preferred auto body shop for my insurance. After looking at reviews I was skeptical. I had to wait about 2 weeks to get my car in but once I did they had the car done in a week. They even detailed it and were so accommodating to wait after hours so I could make it out there. They also made sure the rental car place was there to pick me up the day I dropped the car off. I would use them again for sure. My car looks great.

We brought our van here for repairs after someone ran into me. The insurance of the other person was a very odd one but Loop 250 Collision took care of it all and kept me updated with everything going on or additional issues they found. Everyone there were very professional and had provided great customer service. I was very pleased with their work on my van. It looked brand new when I got it back. The other thing I liked about them was that they work closely with Enterprise Car Rental and when I went to pick up my van, I was able to leave the rental there at Loop 250 Collision for the rental company to pick up.
They took care of my repairs and did a excellent job.
All of the staff, especially Earnest, were very professional, helpful, and just plain nice. They did a great job fixing my wifes car and color-matching the pearl white paint, which I know is very difficult to do, and it only took them one week to complete. They also cleaned the car inside and out. We were very impressed with Loop 250 Collision and will absolutely use them in the future should the need arise.

The people that work here are respectful and understanding of my difficult time . i had recently been told i would have to total my car that i depended on for my career. Not only did they help me understand the whys and why not of the insurances estimate guidelines but talked to me on a human level which made the experience that much more painless for the most part. This was my first car accident and luckily for me this was not as stressful as i had feared it would be . They will really take care of you here.
Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Car came back perfectly fine and in 3 days (which was quoted accurately). One of their competitors (Quality) took 2 months for a minor repair. They even wash the outside before returning to you. We will definitely use them in the future. Great communication through a 3rd party web service that sends text updates.

Just picked up my car and it looks brand new again. Satisfied with the customer service and professionalism.
Recently had about $1,900 in repairs done at loop 250. They did a decent job but for that kind of money they left quite a bit to be desired. They repainted one whole side of my pickup bed however they only prepped within 6 of the dent they pulled so a divot in the paint from a scratch only 8 inches from the repair wasnt even addressed. They did a poor job reapplying my 4x4 decal.However, the most disturbing part of my experience was I took a photo of my dash to record mileage as I dropped it off. When I picked the truck up the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. The airbag and check engine lights were going off. I said they needed to see why it was happening because it wasnt that way when I gave it to them. After 8 hours I had to call them and was told it wasnt their problem and that no matter what I said Loop 250 was not going to fix that their salesman was really rude about the whole deal.Turns out it was a $20 part that didnt even need replacing. I did a google search and found where it was and plugged it back in. Which proved it WAS their fault for moving the seat forward.Now it is three days later and my check engine light is coming on for some reason.I would not advise using this company unless it is a last resort. They only want your money and do not care about customer service or satisfaction.

He examined and test drove the car and then he replaced some missing dust cover fasteners. When I started to pay, Luis said, “No charge. You are one of our valued customers. I took our vehicle there and the guy never called us to come in and sign some paperwork ? After about a week I called to check how things were going and he said Oh Ive been waiting for youll to come in and sign some papers to get started I told him why had he not called us to go in and sign these papers at least out of courtesy. They did do a pretty good job but we never got one of the parts that was coming in later and the door started to leak when it rained, I just fixed it myself. They tend to be forgetful and you need to stay on top of them to make sure you get good customer service and a complete job.

Disappointed. Car was supposed to be ready this past Wednesday as our insurance only gave us 30 days for a rental. I stressed this to Loop 250 upon dropping my car off to be repaired. They quoted me 2 and a half to 3 weeks. Tuesday before we were supposed to pick up my car (& when the rental had to be returned), I let them know that we were not able to pick it up tomorrow but we would get it Friday. Thursday... we call to confirm that we can pick up the car early Friday as I had a 7 hour road trip scheduled. They told me the car was not going to be ready until 4:30. When asked WHY the car was not finished, they told me that it needed to be reassembled. Mind you, it was 4:30 and they still had an hour and a half to do so. The issue I have---you had a whole two days to get the vehicle finished as I said I could not get the vehicle until Friday(when actually it shouldve been ready anyways). Why, as a business, would you assume that your customer would not come pick up their car until 4:30 or 5 in the evening? The car should be ready PROMPTLY on the day of pickup so that the customer is able to get the car that morning if desired!!!!! Now a weekend trip has been cancelled due to incompetency on the collision center. Not happy customers and just want our vehicle back!
My vehicle was involved in minor hit and run that resulted in about $2200 worth of damage. From the time the damage was assessed by Loop 250 Collision Center, to the time a quote was received by my insurance company was about six business days. They indicated the previously stated quote, and a turnaround time of four days for repair.Eleven days later, and after three separate schedules pushes, my car was ready for pick-up. After signing the paperwork and paying my insurance deductible, I discovered that the mudguard that surrounds the wheel in the wheel well was installed improperly. It took the shop about 15 minutes to make this repair. It was an obvious oversight that leads me to believe my car was hastily buttoned-up to prepare for my arrival. In addition, when the original damage on my vehicle was assessed, I requested a separate quote for some minor scratches and dents the car had acquired over time. After requesting that quote in person that day, on the phone a week later, and again in person upon picking my vehicle up, I was told they were simply too busy to take my car in, or to provide a quote for the repairs. Loop 250 Collision Center seems to be an honest operation. Rick Guevara in the front office was nice, but seemed overwhelmed at the influx of work the shop was receiving. The eleven day turnaround was a major inconvenience that led to me paying for one day of the rental car out of pocket, due to the initial four day estimate given to my insurance company. It is for these reasons that I give Loop 250 Collision center 2/5 stars, and would recommend shopping around prior to using this business, that is, if they have time to work on your vehicle.

The quality of the work was good. But the guy I dealt with never called me back. I left messages for him six times. I had to keep calling back to get him. He told me they needed 14 work days to finish the repair. Then they needed 6 more. Then they needed 3 more. Then they needed 2 more. Poor communication and poor estimate on the amount of time needed. But good work.

The only reason I left one star is because theres not a way to leave pure negative feedback. My vehicle literally stayed in their yard unsecured and untouched for almost 3 months. Insurance had already authorized the shop and approved all the work on the vehicle to be done. Their was no excuse for it to take this long. I believe the representative that was over my vehicle, name was Ricky, he never returned my phone calls. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, I was told that we were waiting on parts from the Ford dealership. But the part in question that I recieved was used, I didnt know that dealerships use USED PARTS on warrantied vehicles. I was told originally that it would take a couple of weeks for the repair. But 3 almost 4 months is ridiculous. Once I finally received my vehicle, I had to take it to another shop to finish the repairs and the work that they did to it. I have videos and pictures of the shotty work that this so called collision center does. There are plenty of other shops in Midland. I highly suggest that you use one them. Youve been warned....

Bring some lube because they are about to blow you open with a telephone pole. I took a very small part for my tailgate (basically a hinge you can fit in the palm of your hand) to get painted. I was quoted $80 which i know in price gouging take your soul West Texas would probably be about normal. Well I picked the part up today and it was over $110 total, and $41 of it was paint. It would take MAYBE 1/4 of a can of $1 Walmart spray paint to paint this thing. So be prepared to pay MORE than you are quoted, and their excuse will be “we use good quality paint”. If I could post pictures I would. But my god what a rip off.
I have taken my car here two different times for repairs. Both times I did not have to do much with the insurance company they took care of it. Once they had noticed repairs that needed to be made that the insurance estimator did not put on the estimate for repairs. They always do a great job, and theyre fast! They also have a lifetime guarantee on any paint they do. I have had issues with other shops I have used and they take a long time, they also dont help much with the insurance stuff. Im very impressed with the quality of the work at Loop 250 Collision and how helpful and nice the employees are!
Theyve had my wifes car for 3 weeks. No updates. Every time we call we are put on hold and told that whoever is working on it is not available. Theyve deflected our calls for over a week now. Our rental car time is up, we have to return the rental today and still no clue how long they will have our vehicle. The customer service is weak. Their attitude is weak. I sure hope the repairs arent weak. Ill be stopping by up there today to see if theyve even started.Just take your vehicle somewhere else..Update.I recently got my wifes Subaru back. It has dents and dings all over the rear bumper and doors now. The battery was dead so I bought a new one. Also the door was off and windows open during the dust storm that just hit, and lasted two days. So I have layers of dust all over it, and grease stains on the seats. And have to pay for a detail. Disappointing experience. I scheduled a time to bring my vehicle in for an estimate to repair some minor damage. I met with Edward who took pictures of the damage and told me he would have an estimate to me the following morning. I didnt hear anything from Edward the next few days, so I emailed him and inquired about getting the estimate. Edward apologized for the delay and assured me he would start working on the estimate that same day. I few more days go by and still no word from Edward. I email him a second time (this is now 10 days after I was suppose to get the estimate) and asked for an update. Edward responds by saying that they are not willing to repair the vehicle. I called Edward and asked why he was no longer willing to perform the work, Edward told me that they had gotten very busy after I originally requested an estimate. I asked if he would be willing to at least provide me an estimate so I would have something to compare it to when I take the vehicle to another shop to actually perform the work. Edward said he was not willing to spend time on a project that he was not going to get any business out of. I asked to speak with the owner, Lewis, but he was unavailable at the time. Edward was going to have Lewis call me, but that was a week ago and I have not heard anything.I understand that Loop 250 Collision Center can refuse service for any reason - but its frustrating to hear that the reason is because of business they received after I was in line. I wish that Edward would have made an effort to make things right after putting me in standby-mode for 10 days. I also wish that Lewis would have called me and inquired about the situation. As it is, it appears as though Loop 250 decided to simply not honor the agreement of providing me with an estimate and then basically tell me that my inconvenience is not their problem.
We took our car here after extensive hail damage. They quoted us 3 weeks but that ended up being 6 weeks. The timing wasnt necessarily the issue, it was the lack of communication. They would tell us our car would be ready on Friday and wed call Thursday afternoon to confirm, to then be told no it wouldnt be ready until the following Friday. This happened three times. Finally we were told it would be ready on a Tuesday by 5:30. My husband told them he couldnt make it by 5:30 if it was ok if he came the next day at 8 am and they said yes. He arrived only to be told the car wasnt ready but would be that afternoon and they would take it to his work. So we left the rental to be turned in (we were already exceeding our maximum amount the insurance allowed). My husband got a call late afternoon on Tuesday to tell him again the car was not ready and wouldnt be until the following day. We FINALLY received our car two days later. The experience we received was ridiculous, the customer service was beyond awful and the manager still hasnt returned my call. The work they did was satisfactory, but the poor customer service was very unprofessional.

Husband and I got into a fender bender, dropped my car off on Friday, they got the bumper in, was damaged, got another one in, fixed in a week. Picked up on Monday. Called them on a regular basis had no problems in communication, did a fantastic job. But I recommend taking pictures of your vehicle on site before you leave, just incase they scratch or dent your vehicle while its in their possession incase they do a patch job and dont tell you and cover it up with a good buff and clean of your car that wears off in a few days.

Outstanding service
Do not bring your vehicle here. Progressive sent me here to repair a dent in my car. Although at first sight the car seemed great, it only took a couple of minutes to realize they had left the inside door panel loose. It was so loose that the whole door rattled simply by playing music or closing the door. This made me had to take the car back to fix the issue which was a huge waste of time. Finally after picking up the car for a second time I received with a piece of metal in one of the tires ( the whole place is a dirt lot which makes it easy to run over things that can damage your tire) it was punctured so close to the side wall that I had to have the whole thing replaced. Now the shop refuses to contact me alothough progressive has told them numerous times to do so. I had to replace the tire out of pocket although it was given to me in those conditions. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Tried to get a estament. They said they would give me a call back the following Monday and never did. Waited about a week with no replies . Tried to call back but every time they were to busy or in a meeting. Then the last time I called they hung up the phone after waiting on the phone for about 30 min. So in all very bad service would not recommend. And from a customers point of veiw if Im paying you to fix my car why should I receive service like that.

About two years ago my car needed body work from a hit and run and Loop 250 was one of two shops in Midland covered by my insurance. I called Loop 250 to make sure they knew the ins and outs of a rotary powered vehicle and they assured me they did. After I got there I asked the mechanic again “so you guys know how about rotaries right?” to which he replied “ya we’ve worked on them before”. He hops into my RX8, fires up the ignition, writes down the mileage and shuts the car right back off. One of the worst things you can do to a rotary engine is turn it off immediately after starting because it could flood the engine. I looked at him and said “You told me you knew how to work a rotary...” and he looked very confused. After teaching him how to operate the car he assured me he’d let his guys know and everything would be fine. I should have taken my car to the other shop but didn’t want to drive it any more than I needed to.On top of all that, it took the shop over a month to fix my car. After about 20 days he called and said it was ready for pickup. I turn in my rental and have the rental company drive me to the shop. Car isn’t done. Now I have to get another rental car and explain to the insurance company what happened. After I finally get my car the mechanic tells me they’re still waiting on one part but it’s not that important and they’ll let me know when it comes in. It was the gravel guard for the damaged side of the car and they never called me. Two years and nothing. Meanwhile, insurance paid for that part and it was never installed.And that’s not the worst part. On the final bill it says they replaced the rear windshield for some reason. The original was fine and unless they carefully removed my two decals from the old windshield and put them back on the new one perfectly this is a straight up lie. No doubt they were trying to get as much money from the insurance company and do as little work as possible.This is just my experience, but I recommend you stay away from this place.
