The service at the Collision Center/Body Shop was outstanding! Recovering from a collision can be a stressful experience and both Jennifer and Kyle made it almost care-free. They were efficient, polite, and empathetic. They addressed all of my concerns. It is rare to be treated like a person that is cared about. Kyle and Jennifer did that. This is the second time I have used the body shop in the last 5 years and I received world class service both times from the manager, estimator, and technicians. Thank you Midland Ford!

I had my F150 serviced at Midland Ford Quick Oil Change and received very good service. I was greeted by a friendly service rep and she completed my order quickly and gave me an approximate time for completion of one hour. The service was completed in 35 minutes and I was very happy to be on my way earlier then promised! I will return for my next service appointment when needed.

Very nice people to deal with from check in to completion. Comfortable waiting area. They throughly check the vehicle over from brakes to wiperblades. Check and fill all fluids as needed. Basically everything you would/could expect from an oil change.

Long wait for oil change. Friendly, though unmasked service during covid variant outbreak. As expensive as anywhere else. I used to bring oil and filter here (and did again this time) and saved a lot. Might as well go to the (foreign car) specialists from now on... Also my change sticker said 000000 miles so I wont know when to change it when I look at the sticker in several months... Oh and they did not return the extra .9 quart of fully synthetic left over from the job. Had to go back into the shop to request my oil back.

Ford has the most expensive cost in repairs when having something fixed however If you love your car then taking it to this particular dealership will ensure the jobs done right the first time. Let me start by saying the employee who helped locally was straightforward and great the entire time. I believe his name was Will. My experience with Ford as a company is nothing but laughable. I reached out with a concern on my vehicle and was promised I would be reached out to within 24 hours. That was a Thursday. By Tuesday I finally got my call after me poking Ford to please return my call. Then, by the time someone did reach out, before I finished my concern with the quality of Ford vehicles - rather, their willingness to be okay with the quality of their vehicles - I was met with yeah vehicles break. I have a very expensive car and mine breaks too. I was told there is nothing more to discuss and I could try writing a letter. I tried reaching out on the local website just to discuss my poor experience and was told someone would get in contact with me. It has been almost 3 weeks no and my phone is still waiting to ring. I hate to leave a bad review but this was without question the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

I unfortunately got into an accident and my 2017 Ford Taurus was damaged. I have never been in an accident and was worried about who to trust to fix it. Asked to drive it, well another 15 min to locate the keys. Went inside to sign papers because apparently Ford requires you sign papers to drive this vehicle and only 1 person can assist you with that. Naturally that person wasn’t there, so the salesman asked his manager and of course nope can’t do that. Well needless to say I left! I’m very disappointed in midland Ford!! Never again. Shady. Brought in car for oil change and a day later, brake fluid leaking all over my drive. No leaks prior to bringing to them for a simple oil change. Brought in again for them to diagnose and informed I would need new rotors, pads and calipers. Odd they didn’t notice this when the car was in for The Works, which included a brake inspection- the original report even said the brakes looked good. Had another mechanic look at it and only caliper needed replacement, not entire brake system. Definitely will not bring this car back here for work or an oil change, and will encourage others to go elsewhere as well.

The Midland Ford collision center did an absolutely fantastic job with my truck after I had a deer/vehicle accident. They even went the extra mile to keep me informed at every step of the process and they did a great job informing me of all of the options. I would definitely use them again.

Dishonest and deceiving. I took my truck there to get an oil change and new fuel filters during the holidays when they informed me my front end was in desperate need of repairs. They gave me a whole list of issues with a total cost of just over $3200. I told them I was going to pass on the repairs then drove all the way to Florida, one month later drove all the way back to Michigan, and just this week I was able to get the truck into my regular mechanic who has been in business for over 40 years now who informed me my entire front end was fine and needed no work. I cannot believe they try to take advantage of their customers and attempt to trick people out of so much money.

We got towed there after our car broke down. They looked at it, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, and got us on our way home the same day. They even washed it for us. Wonderful people! They made our bad luck seem not as bad as it couldve been.

We recently bought a 2017 Lincoln MKC at Midland Ford Lincoln in Midland Michigan. Our Lady Tiffany Borske went above and beyond as a great sales lady. I have talked to her over the past year and a half and she stayed in touch with us not being real pushy which is something I really appreciate as being in sales for 30 plus years myself.Tiffany was very business like and personable at the same time. Steve was very friendly and informative, He helped with all the details about the 2020 pickup (the newer the vehicle the more complicated they are). Steve explained everything we had questions about and made sure we understood what he was telling us. He even helped us with the contract and with getting the loan. We love the truck. Steve is an excellent sales person. We will more than likely do business with him again.

Worst business in the used dealership steve groulx appraisaed my 2013 ford explorer xlt at 8-10 k I had told him five times I dont want another 6 year loan after that he tried saying he was only ganna wash away what was owed on it at 4k and get me into a beater no thank you and was told why Im I wasting his time .

Although a few people here are friendly, the service time is a bit long. A simple oil change may take approximately one and a half hours after your vehicle gets in the bay. I have waited longer than 2 hours several times for an oil change.

Took my car in for a warranty repair. Picked it up and the paper work for the alignment wasnt filled out completely, said there was tear noise but the guy who checked me out didnt even go over anything about the service. Paid for the extra for the front alignment.

I am a 1st time ever buyer of a Ford. Midland Ford was super easy to work with (especially Jan and Wes). They were happy to show me everything as I changed my mind going from car to SUV to hybrid!

The service lane was very quick. I had ordered a new antenna and they also swapped that out for me. The price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely go back for future oil changes.

Had flat tire. Car towed to Midland Ford. Would not allow just the one tire replacement, I had to purchase all 4 tires. No service tech spoke to me about any other issues or tires regarding my vehicle. Finished work, same nigh hit a deer. Car was in body shop 10 days. After picking it up, drove approximately 5 miles, heard thumping sound and car started shaking, turned around to head back, shaking got worse went to pull over, left front tire fell off, studs intact, no lug nuts seen. Towed back to shop. Shop states they had no tires off car during repairs, Midland Ford isnt accepting any responsibility. We know they had all the tires off.

Est to repair $925.00(after small heart tremor)d. Why--need a valve...need new plugs...new boots...new wires..complete fuel system cleaning.e. WHICH ONE OF THESE -IF NOT ALL ARE REALLY NEEDED...Save $210.00 and drop the fuel sys clean----------------after which I also had to remind them of request for Quick Lane Oil lube fluids and rotate...53.00FOUND OUT VALVE WAS IT...26 DOLLARS AMAZON..64 AT FORDPLUGS AND BOOTS AND WIRES ..NOT REALLY ( BUT BECAUSE FORD BOOK STATES TO REPLACE AFTER 85000 MILES...)So in all reality- part 26-no plugs, boots, wires and fuel clean...we approximate. 115+30=145-160 tops to get my Ford Edge 2015 out..oh darn forgot the 53 for Quick Lane...$215 approx.billing..Not 700 that I PAID----hard lesson (but I am old enough and wise enough to have taken it to a mechanic (not Dealer).Checking this out later is why I am sending this memo to all--When in a bind..Holiday time....take a moment and really ask and look for other qualified personnel Not only this Dealer but other Dealers as well...

Had an electrical issue. Starter had no power to it so it wouldnt start. Had truck towed to a small shop.$450 later and still the problem wasnt fixed(no start or power) worried about the price the dealer would charge. Had truck towed to dealership. Got my truck in same day and diagnosed the problem quickly. The labor rate was only $15/hour more than the previous repair shop. They have truly earned my business for life with one visit. Very friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The staff where my oil was changed were fantastic. Very polite, considerate and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond and here is why...I had shoulder surgery done and have not been able to get my vehicle cleaned. It was pretty dirty ! When the oil change was done and my car was brought back to me I was amazed !!! They did an AWESOME job !! This is why I continue to return to Midland Ford for all my oil changes.

Best experience I ever had buying from a dealership! Ok, so this review is way over-due. I bought my car slightly over a year ago (11/2019). I was going through my business cards and saw the one from Midland Ford with a very nice personalized post-it note from Derrick Owl. I had this car shipped from Midland, MI all the way to Las Vegas, NV without physically seeing it ahead of time. This particular model had only a handful for sale in the entire nation and Midland Ford happened to have it. I was a little nervous about buying a car that I didn’t physically test drive, but Derrick made me feel at ease. He even took video of the car while it was running. The staff here gave very good vibes. I could tell that they were very honest and humble. The car arrived in Las Vegas in about 3 days and it was in perfect condition. A year later, and it still drives perfectly. If Derrick (sales) and Trevor (loans) still work there, I highly recommend you ask for them. They were awesome! Considering the events of 2020, I guess it’s been the norm to buy a car without test driving, but it certainly wasn’t in 2019. On another note, the loan process was easy. Trevor sent the paperwork through over-night delivery for me to sign. So, if you’re out-of-state, the process is very easy. Make/Model was a 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Limited Edition: Yelllowjacket…Don’t talk smack Ford people!

We have purchased several vehicles from Midland Ford with Tiffany being the salesperson each time. We are pleased with the professional attitude she has. While the rest of the experience isn’t always perfect we would continue to recommend them.

Had them do an oil change and to checkout a nail in the drivers rear tire. The oil change and system checks were awesome but very dissatisfied about the tire. They reported back that the nail was too close to the sidewall and would need to be replaced. Since the 2014 Flex is all wheel drive, all 4 tires would need to be replaced costing over $1000. Then took the tire to Discount Tire for second opinion. The nail had not even penetrated the tire and was fine. Midland Ford Express Lube didn’t properly checkout the tire and was deceiving me into buying 4 new tires
