Needed a front windshield replaced after a rock cracked it too badly for a simple glue repair. The Midland folks came with BOTH styles of glass for my year truck in case what i thought was the correct style windshield wasnt. Thats proactive which i appreciated as great work. Shopping around for this, I also found their prices were better than what I would have had to pay in the big city - where I expected a lower price due to more competition. Who says that little towns dont have big city services?Way to go Glass Doctor of Midland Michigan!Im officially a fan.Photo was before the replacement. I called many different glass companies to fix our window and they said they couldn’t. I called Glass Doctor, they came out quickly, put a replacement window in until ours could be fixed. Once completed, they contacted us, Jeff came out and put the window back in. He was professional, helpful and personable. I totally recommend Glass Doctor and will use them again if needed.

I had an 1988 Ford truck, everywhere local was trying to charge upwards of $400 for a $150 windshield +labor. Called glass doctor they came out a few days after completed for $250 within the hour(possibly even sooner) instillation man was very professional and nice would reccomend!

They were prompt, polite, dressed well, competent and stayed on task when preparing the quote to replacing the windows. David did the quote and the replacement of the glass. I thought he was exceptional.My window casings and frames were in good shape. David replaced the glass in seven windows in 3 1/2 hours. It was not only done quickly but at a fraction of the price of a total window replacement. I could not be more pleased with the product and the price.

These guys have installed a large number of windows in the condominium (multiple windows on many units). Theyre fast and efficient and do a nice job.

Called to get a customers window replaced. Miss measured the window...twice. Then when repair man showed up he broke the window before installing it. Said they would refund my money and havent yet. Its been 4 months. Dont deserve even one star. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER TRIED TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN 24 YEARS OPERATING MY COMPANY! AWFUL, LIARS AND INCOMPETENT IN MY OPINION.
