Recently bought a 2021 F150. With less than 3,000 mile on it. I am already having issues with the temperature controls. I was told when buying a brand new vehicle that while it’s under warranty I could send it in and get loaner while it’s being worked on. Since this dealership doesn’t do appointments and you have to drop your truck off and wait a week out to get it worked on, I am without a Truck to go to work. I have called daily asking if there is a loaner truck in, and am told every day there’s not. They refuse to call you when one comes in because it’s against their policy. Two months now and I still can’t get my truck worked on. I would suggest buying a truck somewhere else because if there is issues, Rodgers will not take care of you.
SAVED US! We were on a trip across Texas to California and had a break down while pulling an RV. ROGERS Ford, for us in, repaired and back on the road in 4 days.Incredible, since SEWELL FORD, a few miles away told us they wouldnt even look at our F-150 for 4 to 6 weeks!! Thats right, weeks!!
The gentlemen that assisted was very friendly and clearly explained everything thoroughly. He called me to let me know that they would be taking longer than expected. He gave a complimentary car wash for the long wait. Very happy with my experienced.
As a business owner I have to say rhe unprofessional service I received from the service director Jacob and the technician Jody is beyond incompetence. I run 4 businesses and one of the jobs I do is as a warranty inspector. It is a job that sends me out to make sure businesses arent trying to scam their customers. I made 3 appointments to inspect this vehicle and everytime we arrived to to inspect vehicle wasnt ready and tech wasnt there. Today he refused to demonstrate what is wrong with the vehicle which screams that he doesnt know what he is doing. The sad part is thst instead of the director making the tech do his job we were kicked out and threatened.
Peter in used cars, 👍I dont usually give 5 stars, especially because dealers dont give real value for trade ins, instead keeping deep gains for themselves at the publics expense.However, I drove far to trade in and drive back a truck that was priced appropriately, even though the market was going up on used vehicles.The salesmen Peter, definitely took his position seriously as a liason for buyer and seller.He was always available and communication was effective. He kept me informed as to the line behind me and how to ensure I held my place in line for the truck.I would recommend this dealership, and I cant say that for many, but very few. I am happy I can add another good experience to the short list, and Ive bought new from dealerships, including super cars.
Getting my oil changed and said the wait would be about 45 minutes but it was probably 30 minutes. They were very friendly and helpful.

Mike the salesman was great and I know the general manager too Kelly is a fair and honest man also. Went in for a simple oil change and inspection on my car. They did a great job with that, but found a leak in my tire. Instead of me having to pay for a new tire, they did me a favor and took the time to fix the tire with no additional cost. That right there is good costumer service and shows they care about their costumers. Little details like that go a long way and im very grateful.

I’m leaving one star because none is not an option. The service department is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. We have called several times for updates, wait on hold, only to be told our rep is unavailable. After being asked to leave a message, the call is never returned. This has gone on for several days and is the second time it has happened. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Do not go to Rogers Ford Fast Lube at this dealership. They give your contact information to third parties for marketing purposes. Sirius XM is now emailing me daily and wont stop because I went to this place for an oil change and inspection.

We bought a brand new Fiesta from Rogers Ford and it had an overheating issue. The service department worked on it maybe 5 or 6 times over the course of almost a year. They always provided us with a loaner vehicle and made sure to keep us informed of the repairs. Nevertheless, the car was a lemon and the overheating persisted. With few options left, we were forced to buy another, more expensive car. Rogers did their best to get us the best deal possible, given the circumstances. Recently, we brought our new 2020 Fusion in after a strut was busted when we hit a pot hole. The repairs ended up costing us around $2,600. When we went to pick up our car, they hadn’t completed the work they said that they would do over the phone. I felt that the car was unsafe to drive and I couldn’t believe they attempted to let us leave with a vehicle in that condition. The car pulled terribly and it was almost impossible to control it over 40MPH. I couldn’t believe it. After a whole year of repairs on the Fiesta, now this??? When I brought it back, they completed the repairs and now the car is back to normal. Given the amount of time and money we’ve spent on our vehicles at this dealership, and the inconvenience caused by the unreliable vehicles we have purchased here, I was tempted to rate this dealership with one star. However, Callum, in the service department was always there for us and was eventually the only person we wanted to deal with. It is because of his customer service and willingness to help us during this year and a half of vehicle issues, I am rating Rogers with 4 stars.
Purchased a used 2018 Lincoln Navigator. The experience with salesperson Mike Johnson and Arnold was smooth and problem free all the way. I flew in to Midland, they had someone pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. They took the time to go over the vehicle with me and answer all my questions and when we discovered some small damage they made it right. I am totally satisfied with the vehicle and the way i was treated by the personal at Rogers!

Took my car in for a hardware issue and a thumping noise. Returned with the same issues. Had no idea what they were doing. I asked to explain and show the technician when dropped off I was told no they look at our notes, when I had called back to get info on my vehicle they had no idea of the notes! Waste of time! Do not recommend ANYONE averting their cars fixed or anything from this place.
The only thing that wasnt great as usual. I got skipped over in line for an oil change. But the service writer took care of it quick and got me done and out. Always great service with yall.

Took my truck to get the turbo replaced and got it back full of oil all over the engine bay from where the mechanics were working on it. I took it back and I couldnt even get a rental because the truck was a 2017 model and because it has 70,000 miles according to them when it is a few thousand under. The truck has extended warranty for 100,000 miles and I have rental insurance coverage on the vehicle as well I hope they can make this right for me!

I dealt with Mike Johnston in used sales, and I must say this was by far the best car buying experience Ive had ever.Sales and finance worked around my hectic schedule, got a great deal and interest rate.Highly recommend and will refer anyone I know to Rogers Ford and Mike. Other dealerships in this area should take lessons. Ive been looking for a truck for 2 weeks and was seriously disgusted with sales and management of other dealerships. One thing that i really appreciated was when one of the service technicians came back into the customer waiting are and found me and asked me if i wanted to have the cabin filter in my vehicle changed. For, he did not take a chance and assume that i did. instead, he came and asked. I also appreciated the customer service from your reps at the customer service counter in the Fast Lube. The young lady near the entrance door was especially kind, friendly, and very helpful. Andrew was also helpful. They helped me remove the My Key speed control settings.
The parts department was no help and shared no interaction with me. While I struggled to get the part number i needed. Smh wow!!!! Lowsey

Uncommon excellent customer service in West Texas. With the oil boom, one thing you can count on in the service industry is a shortage of workers and lack of customer service. Am very unhappy with the Ford dealership in Midland Tx off of Wall Street . The dealership is aware there were vehicles recalled in 2015 for their doors not closing and my vehicle is a model year vehicle that fit into that category but yet when I took it to get the issue fixed they don’t want to fix it unless I pay for it out of pocket. I’m not gonna pay for a defect in the vehicle that should’ve been recalled in the first place. I will never purchase a vehicle from them and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family too not to buy from Ford and I know a lot of people here in Midland since this is my hometown.

- star was being generous - 2 vehicles in 1 month taken in for service - low tire pressure lights on one - “ma’am everything checks out fine sensors just need to be retrained drive for a few days and they will go off - few days goes by and it’s still in - hit the reset it’s just the weather hot to cold and cold to hot it will go off” 2 more days still on - go out of town for the weekend - come back and 2 flat tires - go straight back to Rogers Ford and both wheels and tires are ruined will be few days cause we done have in the warehouse and has to be shipped in - how does this get missed and then act like it’s my faultSecond vehicle goes in for service - engine light on and so is low tire pressure light - gets serviced pick it up drive off and lights are still on - take it back - “everything checks out” give it a day of 2 - few days later still on go back and sit 4 more hours to wait - glad this is rocket since or brain surgeryWhat they don’t get is that it’s costing no one here time and unnecessary money by doing more damage to the vehicle but me because they didn’t care to fix it right the first time - have always bought my vehicles from here - won’t be in the future that’s for sure

I have only used the Fast Lube so this is my opinion of that service. Jake is an absolute pleasure to deal with. On top of things and honest and up front about everything. Greets me by name when I come through the door . Sometimes the wait is long but thats a small price to pay for quality service...and there is a reason the wait can be long. They service all my vehicles, not just the Ford, and I highly recommend them.

People - ExcellentSystems - Room for improvement, especially in their communications. Extremely hard to reach person you need to speak to. Switchboard and persons answering phones in departments very under trained. In our oilfield environment they’re still head and shoulders above their competition
Just can’t beat it: fast, honest, great people. I bought my Lincoln from out of town, and I dropped it off for some unusual issues. The service team there handled it like a champs!!!! I love this dealership so much, even though my vehicle is only about four months old, I think I want to trade it in and buy a larger one from them!!!
I’m not sure if it’s incompetence if they’re crooks but switched out my tires for much smaller tires and tried to get away with it. Called them out on it and had to go back to prove that they put 265’s on there and threw my good 285’s away. Also much longer wait than anticipated. Stay away if possible.
Roger’s Ford made some much needed changes. The service advisor counter helped greatly. Waiting time was cut down, and they kept me informed on my truck. It was so bad at one point I told myself that I would never go back, but I did give it another chance and I drove away a satisfied customer.
The oil change service center is always courteous, fast and thorough.

Big shout out to Casey in the service department and the techs for getting my f150 in and out within a week and a half on a entire transmission replacement. She was very nice kept me updated and was always 100% upfront with me! It was a breeze working with these guys after the service department at sewell ford wouldnt go down on their price per shop hour in order for my warranty to fix it, Rogers picked it up without a blink of an eye and got me fixed up in no time. Just because sewell built a brand new store doesnt mean they have to price gouge people to pay the bills.
