Great Customer Service with very friendly staff! Chrystal is extremely knowledge, and really helped us make our decision regarding our 1st stroller. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Went in on Saturday and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The girls were just back behind the counter one on her phone and sitting on some type of stool. Well not only that I asked about custom bedding and custom blankets and none of them knew absolutely anything about how to do it how much or anything about it. They just looked blank and said the owner was the only one who knew how to do any of it. Crazy right? Normally people are trained to do it all guess not. This was my first time going in cause I was referred by several people. And that will sadly be my last time going in and taking my business elsewhere. I seriously cant believe they knew absolutely nothing. Im not sure how they get any business with their employees not knowing ANYTHING about custom orders.

I had heard so many good things about this store and for me to go shop there for my daughter-in-law who is pregnant right now. Well went in there to explore kinda get an idea of what I could get her or what big gift other than a car seat and stroller to get them. And the staff there was oh my gosh none like I’ve never seen before. Kids behind the counters. Girls on their phones and talking extremely loud about other employees there maybe even ex employees by the way they were talking about the person. They didn’t care to approach me until about 15 minutes later they weren’t busy at all. Wanted to know some information on cribs and dresser as well as the car seats and they just looked at me as if I should’ve known all of it guess cause I’m older then them but I couldn’t hardly get a word out of them on anything. I definitely won’t be recommending my son and daughter-in-law to come to shop for their precious one here at all. It was just such a sad shopping experience especially hearing all the good things about it and the staff then to go in and get that treatment is just ughhh heartwrenching and such not a good experience for me.

I went in one time, the girl working there basically followed me around the store, asked me more than 3 times if I needed help, I told her I would come get her if I did, but then she stood there two feet away and stared at me as I shopped. It made me uncomfortable so I left.

I love this place. The staff is always very helpful. I really appreciate how WELL ORGANIZED the store is. Definitely the best selection of bows in town as well.

Such a great selection! Cant wait to find out what I am having to start my baby shopping. 😁

Really cute store, nice staff .

The store is clean and has quality baby items you cant find everywhere else. The only downside is that everything in the store is really expensive.
