Great sandwichs!! Great iced/frozen drinks!! I do personally wish they served fountain pop!If you order ahead you wont be disappointed

Apple Bagel offers a clean well kept environment, with fresh bagels and great coffee...what more do you need! They offer a large selection of cream cheese thats a bonus, like the dill and garlic, thats not over powering. They offer morning bagel sandwiches and lunch. If not in the mood for a bagel...Big Apple offers muffins that are delicious too! I ate here every morning for a week straight and they are consistent with quality as well as their large variety!!!

Friendly service! The ladies there this morning were very sweet.The coffee is great. I cant trust places that dont serve good coffee. But even their flavored coffee is yummy.My bagel was delicious. I had a BLT and it was very tasty. They werent stingy with the cream cheese either, and I appreciate that.All in all a great experience and I hope I can make it back when Im in town next!

I absolutely love this place. If im in the mood for a bagel or breakfast sandwich this is my only stop. Id give them more stars if I could. Try the big apple club on an everything bagel. The staff are super nice as well.

Used to go here everyday after school and still come here once and awhile and it’s always good! I enjoy the staff here also. Never got my order wrong once! 💜

I would give them zero stars if that were an option, because I will never go there again. There was a big piece of plexiglass hanging between the worker at the counter and myself, plus it was rather loud in there. So I had to give her my order twice, because she kept saying she couldnt hear me. She still couldnt understand me, so I pulled my mask down a little so she could see my mouth moving and maybe help her see what I was trying to order, and she yelled at me. I have no issues wearing a mask for your safety, but pulling it down for 20 seconds to help you understand my order, through a piece of plexiglass, because you cant hear me repeatedly giving you my order, in your noisy deli, does not warrant yelling at me like Im a child.

There is a long wait for food. The breakfast sandwiches are just ok. Also, while we were waiting for our food to be made, they sold our choice of bagel to another customer and we had to choose something else. Unfortunately the Asiago bagels were just barely cooked and not very good. Skip the prepared food and just buy bagles to go, just make sure you are not in a hurry and the bagels you choose look properly baked.

A great place to go. Take out or eat in. Delicious bagels of all kinds and a wonderful assortment of flavored cream cheese. Try a muffin too. I love those! Stay for lunch and get one of their delicious bagel sandwiches. My fave is the Club. Also you can take home a bagel bone for your pup! 🐾

As a New Yorker, I must say I was really excited to try these bagels. They definitely lived up to my expectations and I hope Im able to go again next time Im in Michigan!

Used to be one of my favorite places, but over the past couple years, the employees running the register seem to be incompetent, and cant seem to get the simplest orders correct.Today my order was incorrect, I went back into the store, some old man started making a huge fuss that he was next in line and ordered me to keep 6 from him (which I was). The incompetent woman/manager whom took my order (1 bagel with cream cheese), fixed my order. I began to walk out, old man Liberal Democrat started screaming at me again telling me to stay back or he would call the police, and the manager started yelling at me too! All the while, I kept my distance, with a mask on...I will never be back to this store. I have been a customer of this store for 20 years or more. Horrible customer service.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable but I felt the bagel breakfast sandwich could have been warmer - sausage and egg seemed a bit cold.Enjoyed the selection of flavored coffee and creamer.

Very friendly staff. I had a salt bagel with lite cream cheese and it was delicious and big! Love the variety of self serve coffees (Michigan Cherry is absolutely scrumptious).Sandwiches seem a bit pricey but I havent had one to review.Quiet atmosphere for conversation, reading it working.

They have good bagels. Their cream cheese is amazing. But I ordered a breakfast sandwich today and they didnt toast the bagel. It was not very good.

New management is horrible. They never have enough staff and they are not customer friendly. They also wouldn’t slice and half 2 1/2 dozen bagels for me. They said I had to get one of their deals with muffins or bagels sliced into bites. I went to Saginaw’s Big Apple and they were happy to do it.

Ordered sandwiches and bagels with cream cheese. Asked them to slice bagels. Staff brought them back reporting they usually charge for this. She’d sliced 2 of the 6, the other 4 bagels just had a nick on the bottom.? It felt like they’d prefer you buy and leave with the food. A cup of milk was $3. Yikes.

Ok, it started off I was only gonna get free coffee fill ups with the annual mug(excellent deal). Now, Im having breakfast there almost every morning. Friendly staff and customers. Ive made several friends there now and it has become more of a second family.

As a born and raised New Yorker who lived in Midland for a couple of years, the bagels here are actually surprisingly good. Their house-made cream cheeses are great as well.

If I would have provided feedback last year (2015) it would have been 5 stars, due to their current falling standards for Q1 2016 I had to lower it to 2 stars.I have been going to the Midland, Mi BABs every week for the past 6+ months. Ever since they have hired a new employee, this employee has managed to mess up my order every single time. This has now happened over 4 visits in a row for me and my family, and now we are to the point that we no longer want to visit BABs since the experience has gone from wonderful to awful. This employee tends to completely FORGET to provide me with a bagel - EVERY time. I have to go back up and request this bagel, EVERY SINGLE TIME (single bagel, sliced no cream cheese, nothing special, yet it is forgotten EVERY time). Then when I am standing at near the counter waiting to ask for my missing bagel, she IGNORES ME, until I clearly state what I am looking for. This is unacceptable treatment for anyone so me and my family will no longer be going to Big Apple Bagels as our weekly treat due to this falling standards at the Midland, Mi location. It is truly unfortunate since we have loved going there in the past.I am hoping that by providing this feedback, something can be corrected and the standards of performance reach what they have been previously. This new employee has been working at this for several months, yet nothing has improved and no measures seem to be taken to help them improve.

I you dont toast the bagels by default then you should ask if people want them toasted. Not the end of the world but your sandwiches are way better toasted.
