They have such a huge selection for childrens shoes. Also everyone in here was very helpful and tentative but not pushy. They helped my picky son pick out a pair of shoe and that alone is amazing.

Shoe selection is awful and they no longer do the buy 1 get 1 half off.... thats the only reason folks shopped there. If they arent doing the BOGO any longer then Id just as well get my shoes from foot locker. Better selection

Had a return also had store order me a different size. Never got money back on my card and never received email on my order status. I had to call store to see if my order was delivered to the store. When I called 800 number and store they were no help on getting the money back that is owed to me. I shop here quite often and buy 2-3 pairs of shoes at a time.. guess Ill need to take my shoe shopping to a different shoe store.

**UPDATED REVIEW**Upon returning to this establishment, I had a WAY better experience than I did before. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and they even allowed us to use the bathroom when asked. They asked me if they could assist me with help finding my shoes, and were very helpful. This makes us want to return. Better customer service!

Easy place to shop. Laid back and easy going. Prices are decent but the specials make it worthwhile. Today was buy one get second pair half off. Selection is a little limited but ok if your not too picky.

I like this place because they dont continually bother me while Im shopping. I can try on a whole bunch of shoes in a very short amount of time. They always have wide widths. Front counter staff was extremely friendly.

Staff was nice, but all of them were at the register talking. The store was a mess. I understand that customers leave boxes all over as well as trash, but there wasnt a single staff member on the floor helping customers or putting things away.

Went on a Saturday morning and it looked like a tornado went through! Boxes and shoes EVERYWHERE! Most boxes on the shelves (there werent many) only had one shoe. When I asked an attendant help in finding the shoe, she pointed as the pile of shoes across the aisle and said youll have to find it in there. There were serious slim pickings here and I left with only two pairs of shoes.
