I have had a very positive experience with them and they helped with all the security issues at my house that I needed and wanted. Jeremy really went above and beyond to help me out! 1st alarm has been great to work with. There tech’s are professional and their office staff is very polite. I called and said I was having problems with the control box and they got me on the schedule right away. They found the problem and were able to fix it right away. Great Service from Tech and Office just moved here with new service. Skyler came out and did a super job. Explained everything to my Novice wife. He called me also since I deal with most Tech items. He was very friendly worked without schedule. He had an ID badge and Logo shirt very professional in appearance. He even walked charging the battery of the door bell. Blu was also great coming out and evaluating our sensors he made multiple follow up calls to check on us.

Not only are they great at providing detailed information, they also ensure to send their technicians out if I ever have a problem! Had First Alarm installed in our house a few months ago. The installation and service thus far has been stellar. The technician was helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. We switched from Vivint because we were dissatisfied with a myriad of aspects of the service-- all of which were made aware but failed to be assessed or fixed. Least to say, First Alarm has our business from now on.

First off let me say this, the PROFESSIONALS at 1st Alarm are awesome. I contacted them to come out and give me an estimate on what it would cost to have a security system put into my home, we set up an appointment for the following day, and well I was late getting home, but they waited for me to arrive, cant say that about other companies that is for sure. So we spent some time going over what I wanted, and what they suggested I needed for my home, and they put up with my persistent questions about different things that I am to dumb to know about and they seriously have all of the answer too. We scheduled the install for the following Monday when I was going to be home. In the end, I ended up going with everything that they suggested, and I will say that I am extremely happy with my choice to follow their suggestions.Now onto the install. The installers (Jason and another gentleman that I cant remember his name) and the main person that came out to give me my estimate(Blu), all showed up on time, all looking very professional and very nice manured. Before they would enter the house the put on little blue booties so they didnt track dirt in and out. They took the time to install everything I that we had talked about perfectly, I even changed the location of where I wanted one of my cameras and they had no problems with it at all. They took the time to show me how to use the whole system and made sure that I was comfortable with it before they left (even though it was after normal business hours) and they were not in a rush at all.I cant say enough good about this company and that is why I am giving them a 5 star review. They have gained a customer for life as long as I am in an area that is serviced by them. I can honestly say that these guys are top notch. Keep up the good work 1st Alarm!!

I do not usually write reviews but I feel like I absolutely have to share my experience with 1st alarm. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly very secure. Amazing, personal support from the manager Blu, who personally checked on me after my installation after the job was complete. I never felt like anyone was pressuring me to buy anything, and offering genuine advice. The service techs were fast to install and really broke down my system to me, so I knew exactly how my system worked when they left. The techs wore shoe covers and left no mess in my house. I would recommend them to anyone and Im extremely happy with my new system.

Put in alarm 10 years ago. Had to replace door sensor. 1st alarm refused to give code that only they know to reinstall. this takes their technician and cost money. Called main Honeywell service and they told us that the local 1st alarm did this to collect extra money at later dates for so-called services that only they can reset codes.. Should be reported to BBB. I will tell all that plan on getting a local alarm not to use the rip off company!

Brad is the man as far as I am concerned. Dont let the fly by night door to door salesmen rip you off. This company is local and they do what they say they will. I have their system at work and in my home. It has worked flawlessly for more than three years. They also recently had a security camera system installed and so far so good on it too....A++++

1st Alarm installed our security system/cameras in our new build and the customer service, professionalism, and product have been excellent. Blu initially helped us design a system to our needs. Skyler and Jeremy (installation techs) completed the install last week and we couldnt be happier. I failed to run CAT5 cable to the media closet for internet purposes, and Skyler/Jeremy were able to figure out a solution that required no additional sheetrock teardown or construction setbacks. You wont be disappointed if you go with these folks for your alarm and video surveillance needs.

After the third time our vehicles had been broken into and ran sacked (taking tools, money, etc), we installed 1st Alarms camera system. We live on the corner so we needed several cameras to get a view of all the house and parking spaces we have. Shortly after the cameras were installed, the thieves broke into my neighbors truck taking a gun out of his glove box. The next day the neighbors asked if we had been broken into. Checking our camera, we saw them walking down the street checking vehicles and walking around to the back and breaking into our truck taking some drill bits that were left inside. Thanks to 1st Alarms camera system, we were able to make a copy of the thieves and turn it over to the police. A few weeks later, we saw the thieves had been arrested for burglary charges on the news. We called the detective the next day and reported they were the same ones we had recorded. Due to the good quality of the video recording, the prosecutor was able to use our recording to help their case and put the scum bags in jail.Thank you 1st Alarm for making me feel safe again!

After initially being disappointed with the girls who scheduled my appointments and nobody showing up twice. I spoke to Alex Gavia who personally assured me that he would make things right. He quickly scheduled me at my earliest convenience and showed up as promised. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what I expected from him. Im going to continue to be a first alarm customer because of Alex Gavias excellent customer service skills.

I had purchased equipment on my own and needed them to run the CAT 5 cable and mount the cameras at my residence. Alex and Julian showed up right on time and not only explained what they were going to do, they listened to where I thought I wanted the cameras, and suggested better placement options. Then took the time to aim them with my input via walkie-talkie while I watched the feed on my DVR software. I was fairly picky about where I wanted them aimed and they were patient with me about the aiming process. Very professional and well priced also! Would definitely use them again!
