They have a very nice selection of outdoor patio furniture and products. I really want to like the place because the workers there are super helpful, too. However, the owners/managers/people behind the desk seem entitled. It does seem like this business was passed down to them. My husband tried to buy an echo product and was told that “they don’t make any money off of these products”. I ordered an item in June (it’s September) and called once about it’s status in August and was told that it had only been 34 business days and I was told 40. It has been about 50 business days and no call or update.Again, the selection is great, but the customer service isn’t great from the managerial end.

Called Maple Hill because my snow blower wouldnt start and a neighbor recommended them. They picked it up from my house the next morning, fixed it, and returned it to my driveway the very next day. She started up with the first pull. Invoice was extremely reasonable, if not shockingly reasonable. This is the way service should be. Thank you Maple Hill team. I will be coming to you for all future small engine needs!

Maple Hill recently completed a hedge row for us. We are delighted! Unlike others, they offered worth-while suggestions that added variety and interest to our landscaping. They were prompt in their work, did a great job on clean-up and have excellent follow-up.10 months on...I was given no heads up that selected shrub was prone to mold/ mildew. Have sprayed fungicide 6 times this season. Six times!

Dumped a lot of cash into this place and have not been disappointed yet. When I have asked questions regarding procedure regarding plants they have always been accommodating with information
