We always go for the kids shoes. They never have the size we are looking for😥 But cant take away the fact that they have cool stuff. Most of the times they have great deals.

Ordered a pair of shoes online and was charged twice called to try an work it out and get a refund but all they told me was it was my banks fault that they dont see it being charged twice this was on December 8th then on the 10th at 4:48am I was charged 19.44 so Im currently on hold and been on hold for more than 1hour an still havent talked to anyone I have mu bank statement showing o was charged twice now 3 times with the 19.44 all showing from Champs Im very upset and being on hold all day is very unprofessional... I would like to hear from someone about my purchase, I have emailed more than twice an still no response back to me!I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM CHAMPS AGAIN AND I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW BEFORE THEY ORDER AN HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM AS WELL

Had a reservation raffle for the Retro bred 11 in a size 12.5 Get to the store the young lady telling me they didnt get that size in. Her District manager told her to give me a 13, if he wants the shoes hell take them. Other then that. We cant do anything about it. Thats horrible! I went through all that hassle to get the raffle and still couldnt get the shoes (I) wanted.
