I like JCPenneys they always have sales on jewelry or clothes theres a lot of clothes on sale and as well as jewelry

Friendly staff. But limited stock. Wanted Lee Jeans but they do not carry them anymore. Size 12 sport shoes were limited and could not find any that I liked. Wife looked for Jeans in her size and could not find any. Will have go online which does not help keep the mall stores open.

Dont make a hair Apt for perm I waited on the girl after my apt time to come back from lunch which was almost a hr. Then to tell me she didnt have the stuff for the perm. As all ladies know you have a apt so well I had wait and find someone else. I was so disappointed ☹️

I used the salon. I get a very simple haircut. You would be surprised how many people mess it up. Charm did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her!

Friendly staff. Returned a few items with no issues. Only thing that bothered me was there was only like one place open for check out. They removed the check out counter in home area where I usually went. Other than that a great experience and not to busy given it Spring Break.

With the virus going around they were open from 11 am to 7 pm serious about the closing time. Virus conscious.

Shop deals and this place will always be amazing. Always look for coupons and try them even if theyre not the exact 1s. It always takes off something!

Store has come a long way. Really good selection. Hard to find a representative sometimes, but good help in this town is diffenitely hard to find.

Store is filthy and completely disorganized! Dressing room smells like urine and there were straight pins all over the dressing room floor. Giving one star is being generous!

When we where there ways a lot go good sales I got me some sandles well picked up friendly staff welling to help, good clean smell bathroom. If u are reading this stay blessed.

You could fine many things. The only bad thing is that I dont understand why jcpenny schedules appointment that they wouldnt be able to keep. My son had and appointment at 4:45pm we got there and we waited 20 mins and decided to leave. The styles was a Maria who was also doing a hair duo and also taking personal calls. So unprofessional.

Great staff and excellent prices

Very disappointed with the customer service I received when I went to pay for my clothing. The associate not only made my husband and I go to the other side of the counter while she checked out other customers who were behind us, she also kept telling us how much each item was. When she gave us our total of $400 she even gasped as if she was in shock with how much we were gonna pay for our clothing. My husband and I work very hard to be able to buy our things and Lord forbid I actually wanted to spend some money on my clothes. Just felt like she judged us and was oblivious as to how rude she was by making assumptions. This is the first and last time I shop at this Jcpenney.

Treat customers like if they werent going to buy anything tell me they were going to kick me out if I layed on a bed that I was going to try. Horrible experience with the workers.

The jewelry associate needs to be retrained to do deal with her guest ( Lucy ).

I usually don’t shop at JC Penney, and this experience reminded of why I don’t. I only went because someone had given me a giftcard which I used to order online and have shipped to store. When I walked in to the customer service desk in the men’s department to pick up my order, there were two cashiers each finishing up with one customer. Nobody else was in line. When I went up and told her I was here to get my online order, the cashier looked at me with a blank stare for like 10 seconds and then just said “let me help her first.” She proceeded to help a woman who came out of nowhere and was definitely not in line before me. I ended up waiting for the cashier to ring this woman up for like 20 items before I was helped for two items. Dont know why I was treated like that, but i notice everytime I go in to this location, someone gives me attitude

Salon keeps denying service up to an hour or more before closing with no clients, been happening a couple of days in a row. Giving up on them is my best option...

This place looked like a dump truck backed up to the door and dumped the merchandise off, then the staff must have just grabbed handfuls of clothes and threw them on top of tables. There was absolutely no organization systems in place, shoes were located just anywhere you looked even though there is a section dedicated for shoes. I spent 30 minutes in there looking for stuff because nothing is where the department section says it should be. Not one employee asked me if I needed anything, nothing. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. Or if you must shop at a jcpenney, save time and hassle and shop on their website and have it delivered. Their website is perfectly fine.

Not my favorite JC Penny. I have seen much better selection in smaller towns. The Sephora here is severely lacking in selection and service. But the biggest thing is the very poor service received by the store personnel at this location. The woman who waited on me barely spoke English, but that didnt stop her from arguing with me. I asked to have a manager brought over. Once the manager arrived, the clerk didnt hesitate to speak very poorly of me in Spanish, assuming I wouldnt understand. All i wanted to do was use the e-gift card JC Penny sent me for my birthday, as a Gold Card Member. Will not step foot back in this location. There is just too much competition around and frankly, I will not pay to be treated this way.

They literally snatched anything they thought I was going to purchase,I assume so they could claim the commission .. One person even followed us to the door as is they didnt believe we were leaving...

Called the Midland TX Sephora for an item I wanted, they told me they didnt have it. Went there after work to double check, asked about the desired item, was told that the last one was just sold a second before me. I dont see how this is acceptable since I was told earlier that day on the phone they didnt have one. The associate at least tried to resolve by calling the Sephora in Odessa TX, they had one so she asked them to put on hold for me. I go all the way to the OTHER CITY to pick up the item on hold. They did have my item, unfortunately this experience got worse. After purchasing the item and before I left the counter I asked the employee just to double check that the item wasnt broken to check the condition. It was broken.
