Returned a phone, I was helped very quickly. The people working the electronics dept. are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. They are very skilled at what they do and explained things in a way that I understood and appreciated! Thanks guys!!

Went to get some food at the deli during lunch time. The food was good, when I got there they had just put out fresh food. I was there around 1215pm. Price on the food was great cant beat it anywhere else beats all fast food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend going here, for lunch good prices, good food.

Walmart in Midland off the loop 250 is absolutely dreadful. It never has accurate prices on most items or they’re all misplaced or can’t find it all. They can’t seem to keep to many things stocked except for the liquor section.

My best friend and I bought a carpet shampooer and got the warranty on it. My friend misplaced her receipt, and they wouldnt let us leave without the receipt, and they said they couldnt reprint it since it was paid for in cash. A lady helped us with checking out, and we tried to get to get them to ask the lady to vouch for us, but they still said no. They literally told us were just trying to make sure you paid for it. Like, are you accusing us of stealing? We paid for our stuff and they refused to let us go until my friend finally found our receipt. But the fact that they told us we couldnt leave until they found a receipt after we paid just gets me

I went to pick up our online order today at the Northside Walmart. I didnt realize that you have to have their app on your phone in order to let them know that you are there. I called the # on the sign, but the mailbox was full. Tried calling the store. Couldnt reach the online order department. Finally flagged a young man bringing groceries out. Gave him the order # from my email so he could bring our order out.6 items missing. 1 item a smaller size. Thankfully we checked before leaving.Positives- Delivery staff very nice.HEB has a better system in place for online-pickup orders.

They have updated the signage to the aisles. I can now find things more easily. When are they going to start paying me for all the hard work of scanning my own items at checkout.🤣😅😅

This store was out of a lot of items I wanted and one must scan their own items at the checkout. No registers were open that were supposed to be staffed by associates. Ive never heard of anything like that before and after shopping for 1 1/2 hours, I wasnt in the mood to self-checkout. And if you have an out of state drivers license, pray the Customer Service Manager knows how to enter the information into their system when you write a check. This process took an additional 15 minutes before the Supervisor was called and did it.

They dont have any associates at check outs every time I go shopping. Walmart really trying to replace people by kiosks. Dont expect any cashier/associates to help you out. Customers will definitely scan their own items at check out.

I lost something at Walmart yesterday. I have called the store number several times to “ speak with an associate “ and the phone rings forever. Today, I chose electronics to ask them for help to talk to someone. They answered on the second ring but hung up immediately. What is the deal that you can’t even talk to anyone. No customer service at all. I didn’t really expect to get any though. But I thought I’d at least have the chance to ask for help. Thank you for nothing.

Very busy store. Mostly clean and tidy. Check outs were very busy.

I go there for almost everything they have the white sharp cheddar cheese that I like hard to find the White Vermont cheese.

My only issue is NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES!!! I didnt bag 2 items, strictly my dumb mistake. So when I realized it, I called to make sure they knew so I could replace them on another visit( which is once a week). I dialed 10 times, tried customer service first,then pharmacy, then deli, then pick up. Not one single person answered!!!! BS!!!! So I hope when I take receipt in, they believe me and let me get 2 items.

Customer service isnt up to par... especially in the money services area. The lady was rude and disrespectful. Dont see the point in all the self checkouts if half of them dont work.

Most everyone had on mask 😷 so we could breath the fresh out without a mask👏🏽. The place was clean, items on the shelf nicely and the young lady at terminal SC011333 09/18/20 @ 11:48 a.m. She smiled and greeted us, she moved our items along quickly and accurately. We made a lite conversation about how long she had been there. She bagged our items and made sure 👍 we received everything spinning the bag holder around.We use to live in Midland TX back in 2007-2012. It was like a Simi-Ghost town but Now 2020 it has food joints on every exit. And the H.E.B. is Huge like a Wal-Mart. There are new Apartments going up all over. My apologies 🙏🏼... this is about Wal-Mart..👌 Job worker, I think her name started with an M, black hair to her neck, heavy set frame and a big smile.

Terrible . Walmart super center in the south side on Rankin and 1-20.. went this afternoon to receive money from a friend .. there was a total of 18 customers in line at the money center. And one cashier . Which I just so happen to have dealt with before and is extremely slow . . What did I do? I got in my car and drove to Northside Walmart where there was 2cashiers for 3 customers .. you be the judge...

While everything was technically fine, I couldnt shake the feeling that I was in a soon-to-be-abandoned warehouse. The lighting is dim, and the floors have lost their finish. The employees restlessly mill.about, trudging from job to job like they are carrying out a sentence.I lived in Midland when this Walmart Supercenter was built; about the same time as the Target down the road. Visiting the two stores back-to-back provides a shocking comparison. The Target was bright, clean, and up-to-date (but the bathroom WAS dirty). The employees at the Target were talking to each other about their weekend, and discussing tasks for the days work cheerfully. Walmart had more merchandise, and was slightly to significantly cheaper. Suspiciously cheaper, on some things I found.Thats the bet Walmart has made...that no one cares about anything but price. History has proved them right, so far...but boy, that was a dismal store to shop in. We wanted out as quickly as we could.

Clean, some staff are helpful and friendly, while others are just rude. But the checkout was fast with all the self checkouts.

We had a curbside pickup scheduled today and our window was between 7pm and 8pm. My wife made the order and so I had to call when I got to my spot. Almost every spot was full except for 1. I pulled in at 7:28pm and called the number on the sign. Went straight to voicemail which was full so I was unable to leave a message. I kept calling and half the time it would ring and half the time someone would hang up on me immediately. Waited several minutes and tried again. My wife tried calling too and same thing. My kids are with me and are screaming like crazy at this point and I am just trying to get some groceries at the pickup time that was scheduled and go pick up my wife after her work shift. I wouldn’t have minded a longer than normal wait, but to have Walmart actively hang up on customers just because it was the hour before closing and they don’t want to bring out the groceries you ordered for your scheduled pickup time is not okay. Even though it’s not free, H‑E‑B curbside just got our business going forward.

Worst place to shop in the world. Who in their right mind buys a $600 TV, unboxes it and holds onto the box for 14 days. Within 14 days the ONN 70” TV I purchased from Walmart in Midland had a line from top to bottom bright green. Obviously I wasn’t going to hold onto a 70” box for that long. Took it to customer service and they said without the box and manual they wouldn’t do anything about it. Like refunding me my $600 dollars was going to hurt Walmart in the slightest. Disappointing experience all around.

I just buy my cleaning supplies here and iver over the counter meds but the groceries are too expensive i like HEB better

For starters, this store is dirty. Floors, shelves and bathrooms. I understand it is an older store, but it really isnt necessary to be filthy.The staff at this location is extremely rude. Over the course of several years, I have been unfortunate to shop here several times. Each time, the staff is miserable, rude, and unwilling to assist. I am short. Items located on the top shelf are difficult to reach. Sorry I bothered you and asked for help. The constant eye rolling from employees is unnecessary. Also, pretending to not speak or understand English is also unnecessary.Finally, the cash registers barely work. More times I am using the call for assistance button, which brings employees rolling their eyes. The system has failed and I am directed to customer service to pay. So, after standing in line at a register - I have to go stand in another long line at customer service. Check out process took almost an hour. No smiles, no apologies. Just miserable employees. Shopping experience is not fun. If Walmart does not value the customers ... Why should we continue to patron them.

Absolutely do not order curbside!! The organization is horrible, I gave my name a total of three times to 3 different people, including my initial call and waited over an hour to get 3 bags. There were other cars around me who had been waiting just as long. It’s better to run inside real quick for your things than wait. If you must do curbside H-E-B is much more efficient.

I love this Walmart, always stocked with good inventory and the employees are laid back.

Lazy staff. Customer service is trash. 1 day I went there to return a vacuum that was broken due to a breaker situation, When I told her what had happened she basically told me that I had damaged the product so wasnt returnable, which I knew was incorrect so I called an actual manager to come complete return for me and everything was fine. I return the item in & got a brand new one.

Its pretty complete. I dont usually buy groceries there, but I was impressed by their inventory. The only thing I didnt like was that there were no check out lines open. Only the self check out was open. The scanner surfaces were DISGUSTING. Clearly there was no effort to clean them AT ALL. It was also clear Walmart is cutting money they spend on employees to the bone. Thats NOT cool imo, and I have to wonder if its a sign they are hurting for revenue. So, bottom line is the shopping was fine but the check out was bad. Finally, I think their prices were about the same as the grocery stores. I did Not feel as though I saved money on groceries.

Bathrooms were not clean and they are getting rid of all the checkers except cigarettes isle. Older woman in front of me was getting dizzy trying to do her own checking.

Absolutely horrible. Not one single cashier. Huge line for self checkout. Asked an employee to get me a cashier and he told me no. Will not go back. I’d rather pay a little more at another store rather than do their job for them by doing self checkout. Plus that’s taking a job away from a human who could use it during these uncertain times. I been there a few times. I like there selection on cut meat. Also I went there to get similac for my 10 month old. Not knowing I left 4 cans behind. Tammy went out of her way checked the cameras and let me get the 4 missing cans. I will continue coming here and thank you and your staff for being there for us
