Most of the staff were very courteous, except this young blonde guy who yelled at me for picking up one of the purses on the display shelf, saying, thats why we kept asking whether you needed help, in a very condescending tone. Alright, sorry, I didnt know do you need help with anything was code for dont touch anything. If you didnt want them touched, why not just lock them behind glasses or put up dont-touch signs? Its unfortunate how one bad employee can spoil the entire experience.

Amazing place with great finds. The staff (especially Erick) goes so above and beyond, without being pressure-y. I live bi-coastal and he sends me pictures of pieces he thinks I’ll like when they come in.

Found the favorite Hermes

Wow! I wish I had known about this places ages ago! They have really nice high quality designer bags for a fraction of the retail price. They obviously pay close attention to detail and are very picky about the bags they resell because every one I saw in there was pristine. I purchased a gorgeous leather Hermès Birkin in such excellent condition, I would be surprised if anyone would even be able to tell that it is a pre owned bag. Very happy with my purchase.

Same price for a Hermes h bracelet as the Hermes store. $600. It’s too big and my daughter doesn’t want the bracelet. Having the option of picking any color at the Hermes store is better and having a reflexable return policy. They won’t give me a refund, exchange only. I was rushing. Wasn’t given a receipt, only a $100 gc I have to use by March. Store is too pricey for me to go back by March.Update- I exchanged it for a smaller one.
