I called the store in Midland, not knowing when they closed, to see if they had a part for my printer. Instead of telling me that they were about to close could I call back in the morning, he said he would check, put me on hold and left me there. I understand when the store closes, the employees have to clock out and leave. That was way beyond rude and unprofessional.
I was there for the TSA services and everything was super fast, very happy with the service
They will attempt to sign you up for rewards without asking and push their rewards membership on you to the point of annoyance.Will be shopping at Office Depot now.
Overall I cant say that Id recommend shopping at Staples. The checkout lines move incredibly slow, rarely can you ever find an associate in the floor that can help you, and the prices are grossly inflated.On the other hand, if theres an item you need immediately, or if youre patient and keep an eye out for their occasional sales, Staples will do in a pinch.
Wasnt no one in the photo department and when someone finally came they want very helpful. Wanted to charge me extra to print and a fee for immediate print. Was forced to wait on the self service machine to avoid paying a higher printing fee. I understand service fees but at the point you see the machine is occupied you should of helped me out in good faith.
Horrible customer service at the copy center and the manager Lori is Completely rude and needs to be replaced. Moe is the only thing good about this store hes helpful, friendly, and knows hes store products. They need more employees like Moe to get ahead in the future.
Finally a clerk saw that I was searching for something and did come over to assist. Usually this store doesnt have that kind of service. Maybe getting better in the customer service department.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Awful. Dreadful service!! The worst ran business I have EVER seen!!! Placed on online order that claimed to be ready In 1 hour in store. That was over 24 hours ago. I made sure to call and confirm that I had the order placed. The manager on the phone yesterday had it all lined up. It was 3 bags on mini binder clips. Thats it. I run multiple errands and have to place online orders so I can get all of the errands done in just a few hours and not a whole day. Needless to say theyve thrown my schedule off completely as well. Order wasnt ready!! And I have to call a 1-800 number to fix the issue and cancel my original order! Do not go here!!! Awful!!!
Terrible service in the copy/print center. Placed an online print order on a Friday, went to pick it up on a Sunday to find out the copier was not working. They attempted to call me to let me know but the call never went to my phone. The manager promised to ship it out Monday/Tuesday when it was repaired the order was fulfilled, and now several days later the order has been lost and no one has a tracking number. Rude on the telephone. Will not use Staples again!Follow up: Package was sent to the wrong address. Took an extra few days to make it 35 miles from the store. WRONG SIZE! What a joke. Im giving them two stars because they were fast to work with me to make things right, but I still dont have my copies. Ordered 9/8, ready 9/19.Second follow up: Pages were printed on the right sized paper. Images were oriented the wrong way and the holes punched on the right hand side of the page. I have to assume this was done on purpose because of issues with the order and not incompetency. Holy cow. Please avoid this store as it deserves a zero star rating.
Rude staff. Another big box store headed for the tank because they lack the ability to provide even basic customer service. Corporate office should address. Sad when the complaints are numerous and no changes are made.
I came to the logical and honest conclusion that the staff was trained to NOT provide customer service. Tis a shame, since I live nearby. Now I have no choice but to travel 3 additional miles to go to Office Depot.
I came to Staples today to check on my order gave them my name they had no order on me and I did my order on Friday wasted a hour of my time makeing my cards on there computer and they dont have anything on me I have waited 3 days already what the heck u got to be kidding me. I will go to office depot to do my printing I will not be back to Staples poor service and bookkeeping. No one offered to or make it better just took my name and phone said they call me when they find it. I dont think so just for forget about it. I told them never mind cancel. Im not waiting a week that something like this could be done in a day or so or less.

This place was the worst experience i couldve ever asked for. Most of the staff including ASST. Managers need to go. They have no customer service skills, they do not help at all and i believe they are not suited to represent the company. One lady was really nice and offered to help, but the rest were to busy texting and ignoring customers or on their phones having a personal conversation with someone on the phone. Total disappointment.

I brought a digital file to have our Save the Date postcards printed. After 3 weeks and 3 failed attempts, I was given less than half the number of postcards that I requested. All of them were cut unevenly; some were even cut through the wording. I took the file to Office Depot in Midland and they had them printed correctly on the first try in under a day.
I placed an order online for same-day printing and my receipt said it would be ready later that day at 7pm. Around 3pm I called the store to see when they thought it might be done, just in case it was earlier. I found out the printer was broken and the rep told me she didnt know when I could get my cards. Could be a week, or a month.Then I called corporate to get a refund. Corporate didnt believe me that the printer was down. So they had to verify since no one communicates with each other there (i.e. staples store locator has wrong address for this store--Navarrado Dr. They corporate rep shed refund my money immediately so I could go elsewhere to get them printed.A week later, and another 45 minutes later on the phone, Im still trying to get my refund. Thieves stole money out of my account after they said theyd refund, after never giving me or printing my product, they took the money. And now Im talking to a 3rd rep today, alone, just to fix their problems.Trust me. Save the future problems and avoid this company. They spend too much money on advertising and not enough money on human resources.
I will say, the customer service was not the issue. They were polite and helpful. This is a review I should have posted a month ago. I got lots of help from the representative and the manager. The low score is for the item itself. I purchased HP 902xl set of cartridges. ........ on the way out the door the young man asked if I would like my reciept. I guess I should have said yes. I said I no at the time thinking its ink- I cant return it after I open it anyways. :( I called back the next day because they didnt work ..... and since I had no reciept I was told sorry. They wouldnt even do an in store exchange.#disapointed
The general manager Linda is useless. Her employee Patrick talks to you like you are an idiot. The service here is horrible and if I could figure out how to reach above store level I would but all you get is a stupid computer. I will NEVER give my business to Staples and after this my company I work for paid off their Staples invoice and also will NEVER use them again.

I placed an order for 25 flyers to be printed same day and paid additional money to have done so. Email confirmation guaranteed pickup at 7:30pm and they were not ready at that time. They still were not ready at 8:30 the next morning. This is terrible customer service and Ive been on hold with the actual store for a while now to speak to someone in management. How hard is it to print 25 flyers? I will not be using them again for any of our printing needs. Save your time and money and use someone else.
Used the copy center, copies came out poor, took forever and the Staples team spent more time talking to one another wise-cracking than paying attention to my needs. My stares made them uncomfortable from time to time, but really they had ONE job make 150 two sided B/W copies! For $56.00, I got an education on how not to treat a customer as well as 75 copies done right and 75 done with the inside of the program printed upside down. My workers didnt realize the mistake until our event the next day. Lesson learned.

DONT buy from this store. Bought a printer, that was a repackaged used printer they were selling at full price. The store manager is also very rude and thinks she is on top of the world.
I’ve dealt with this store a couple of times and the service is terrible. The workers come across as incompetent and apathetic.
