Great place halfway between Midland & Mt. Pleasant. They always have beverages and other things I need when I stop. They got some unfair reviews regarding staff shortages. This happens everywhere!

I do not even like to go in there. Extremely bad management. One day some guy employee pulled down his mask to talk on his phone while waiting on customers. I get upset with all the employees. Very poor management and its convenient for me its close to my house.

Very unsatisfied I just bought a head of lettuce and the top thin layer looked good but the rest of the lettuce was brown and disgusting. Waste of money. Not to mention the wait in line because they are always short staffed

Wish they had a liquid creamer station instead of the powdered one.

Not enough people working for the customers. Lines are way too long, and no one wants to wait a half hour or so to get 1 item

Everytime i come to this gas station, the pumps wont spit out a receipt, the trash is full, or they’re understaffed (sometimes all of the above)I love the location, its extremely convenient for me. I just wish things were a little more kept up at this location.

Very high prices! The cashier was wonderful! We always stop when coming to Midland from Mackinaw. You used to have excellent meat choices now no so much. Very clean store though!

Friendly customer service, have a little of everything

Nice store lots of soda and many items usually not found inside most Shell gas stations staff is great. If you like alcohol this place has got you covered.

The staff here is rude, unprofessional with their conversations, and look like they have just rolled out of bed.Asking where to find something in the store yeilds a smirk and a uhh, i dunnoThis is just the tip of the iceberg for how many unpleasant experiences ive had at this establishment.I will from now on happily go out of my way for a gallon of gas or something to eat on the go, to an establishment where the staff knows how to treat their customers.

If I have to pay at the pump I expect a receipt at the pump. GET IT FIXED. Not to mention if you have 37 employees wondering the store and 70 people in line dont just have 1 register open. Place is a joke if youre in a hurry DO NOT GO THERE.
