Needed a PCR Covid test to return to Canada. Booking an appointment was an easy phone call with a text and email follow up immediately. Test itself was very quick and I had the results in just under an hour. Excellent service from Toni who manages the whole process.

The Pharmacist Sherry is extremely unpleasant, and rude. I am new to the area and I have used Walgreens for over 10 years. I will no longer be bringing my Rx to this location.

Went there for vitamins and glucosamine. They had no sale signs on anything to identify as offers. Horrible store. Went down to the North Saginaw Rd store and they had all postings up. Got what I needed.

They make receipts required for returns but fail too give them to you at check out. Then you are forced to get store credit so they still get your money. Very crooked way to make themselves money. Rude staff and management as well

Pharmacy was very helpful and pretty efficient. Shipped in a dosage of an immunization I needed overnight. Walked in and received all of the immunizations I needed for travel and free consultation. Faster service than other pharmacies I have tried in the area.

On fertility treatments for IVF. The doctors office would call me with my lab work and give me a prescription that I had to start that day. I was working and when I got out of work I went straight to the pharmacy 10 minutes before they closed and they would not fill my prescription because I didn’t give them at least 20 minutes. Even after I told them it was a fertility medication that I had to start taking that night.

Mainly my biggest complaint about this store is their pharmacy. The pharmacists are the rudest that o have ever dealt with. Especially the fact that they lie just to be rude. My mother is a pharmacist so with that being said thats how I know they lie. I feel that also during this pandemic that Qalgreens being one of the biggest pharmacy chains would be open earlier than 9am. Im guessing CVS jas taken alot of their business since they open at 7am and treat their customers with respect.

I went to this Walgreens tonight and bought a bag of red vines that were QUITE LITERALLY THE FRESHEST RED VINES I HAVE EVER HAD. These beautiful ropes of pleasure almost melted in my mouth. Also they have a guy named Ricky who seems surly but is the absolute definition of a gentlemen once you learn him.

Evan and the lady that helped me today was without a doubt the best I have ever been treated as a customer there. the grumpy ole-man at the front check out not so much. Evan and the women who helped me went above and beyond to help me get the things I needed and unfortunately I wasnt able to get what I needed, I still left with a smile. Thanks you 2!

Do not use the pharmacy. Especially when the guy pharmacist is working he is completely rude and disrespectful. On July 1st he Denied me to pick up a presceiption and than told me to go get help somewhere else over the prescription I was picking up.... Like are you serious, who says that to people. I am done with people judging people. Maybe you shouldnt work in a job where peoples lives depend on them having their medications.......

I wish I could give this store zero stars, they printed my photos twice which in turn cost me twice as much. I dont have the cash to be throwing around for other peoples mistakes but yet I cant let them just throw almost 100 photos away, thats an equal waste. So angry that that they wouldnt refund the second batch of pictures that they wrongfully printed.

I will never go back to this or any other walgreens ever, unless its absolutely necessary. After spending an entire Sunday out at the emergency room with my 70 year old father, due to the fact that his recent and large surgical incision ripped open and it had all kinds of meat hanging out. I went to get the prescription for pain medication they gave him filled. After waiting about a half hour (and I was the only one there) the pharmacist said she would not fill that prescription because he had some pain medication that was prescribed after the surgery. I told her yes thats true however his wound is much worse, explained the what happened and why he was prescribed a stronger medicine. She could care less. I was a little disgusted with her lack of empathy, but stayed calm and nice. I offered to call the hospital to try to get the dr on the phone to explain. She told me, and I am fairly certain these were her exact words I dont care who how many doctors call me I dont care. Then ill admit I lost my temper with her. Which I am not proud of. I was pretty upset because the following day was a holiday so I thought I was doomed for two days. I didnt say anything she didnt deserve but it was childish. I then went to look for the manager of the store. I did find the manager but was told their was nothing they could do. That they had no control over the pharmacist. The whole thing sound crazy thinking about it but I realized that no matter how much Walgreens says how they help everyone (they say how great and giving they are on tv) the company as a whole just doesnt give a damn about people. Theyre there to take your money just like everyone else 😩. Luckily Right Aid was open on the holiday and did the right thing. Perfectly legal and legitimate presentation.

Walking around this walgreens after a tough day is a truly surreal experience.

Horrible drive thru pharmacy. Takes forever for someone to even notice you (Ive had to call them and say Im waiting at the drive thru here TWICE!) ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Goodbye Walgreens Hello CVS!Update: One year later, still horrible wait times for drive thru. Were talking 10 minutes a car on average.

Filled half my prescription for some reason then told me had to wait 2 weeks to get the rest & that insurance doesnt cover 2nd half because it has already been filled once halfway. Morons...paid for their incompetence

Advertised as a 24 hour pharmacy. Pharmacy is closed at 11pm and now I cant access medicine I need.
