I highly recommend the custom framers at this location. Wow! Look how good this large print turned out with frame and matte.

Better quality and selection of art supplies than HOBBY LOBBY offers. Cant beat their canvas sale every few months, I always stock up.

They have a good variety of supplies here and in pretty good stock. I tried the curbside pickup. It took a significant time to get my package out to me. The poor dog was getting hot! But she wanted to go.

Need better phone etiquettecy. Took my business elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.

Not enough yarn brands to choose from. Mostly fancy expensive yarns that Id never use. I was looking for peach colored yarn, couldnt find any.

I looked up the item I wanted online, it said it was in stock and what the isle number was. Went to the store, found it in the correct isle. I love being able to do that. Plus Michaels usually has good sales too!

Staff is really nice. Very helpful. There’s a great selection of items. I like to work with resin. They don’t carry a big selection of it. What they had either looked damaged or was not the type I needed. They don’t carry an alcohol ink which was a big disappointment to me.

Such nice staff. We ran in for some things 5 minutes before they closed and we knew what we needed and were to the checkout by 7 but they were still so friendly and helpful although Im sure they wanted to go home!

Michaels definitely isnt Hobby Lobby. It was hard to tell what was on sale and what was it without being on their website. Despite all that their store was very clean and organized and the selection was good.

Small enough to not get casino-lost, large enough to have what you need or something fun. 15% teacher discount every day, cashiers and staff always helpful, rarely a line. Always a clearance deal.

Ordered tree online for in store pick up and no one had filled any of the orders. They made me wait till all orders were filled before I could get my order. Also bought some candles while we were waiting and they girl didnt even thank us. Now I know why we dont shop at Michaels!

Went in just looking around the store is nice. I found a fitness journal which the sign read 50 % off. Went to the cashier he rang it up I asked about the 50% he said it was only 30. So I stopped by the Odessa store the same night and the sign said 50% I know what I saw that morning. So yeah the employees arent up to speed on the sells, next time I guess Ill just take the sign with me up front.

I am always going to Michaels or Hobby lobby to buy craft supplies and I have found that the pipe cleaners from Michaels are stronger and more supportive if you plan on using them for wreath making.

Today I went to michaels to get poster boards for a project my kids are doing for school. I homeschool. I asked for an educators discount like I usually do and the lady who checked me out looked at me and said well are ya a teacher? I said yes I home school and she looked at me shocked and very loudly said homeschool?! Right in front of everyone. I told her yes homeschool its never been a problem any other time Ive been here, I guess my kids standing beside me during school hours wasnt good enough because she said she needed proof very rudely, I told her Ive never been asked for proof before but she continued to argued that her manager needs proof and no one will give the discount with out proof ( even though I come here all the time and spend tons of money and always receive the discount). If your not going to give educator discount cards what are you wanting as proof when customers are checking out?! Luckily I have my discount card from Barnes and nobles to show her, she almost couldnt believe I actually had one and proceeded to tell me that shed give me the discount today this one time. I corrected her to me receiving the discount every time because Im considered an educator. She rolled her eyes and told me she gave it to me this time anyways. Ive never been treated with such disrespect by a cashier when asking for a discount for educators. I spend a ton of money at Michaels because I thought they supported teaching with this discount only to find out I have to argue to get it? I will most likely go some where else for materials now because I just cant get over how we were treated when I told her we home school. It was so bad my kids even asked me when we got to the car if we were allowed to homeschool because she acted like it was wrong. Idk, Im jus bothered how she treated today in front of all those people. We could have done with out the attitude.
