Got to basin Robbins at 8:55 right before closing and ordered 2 milkshakes. Stephanie the young lady at the drive-through said that she had already sanitized the blenders which I understand it was right before closing. I told her my wife wasn’t feeling well and if I was going home without a milkshake I would be in trouble so she accommodated me and made me 2 of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. Good Job

We are a family of 5 and we went in for ice cream and we were told that we all couldnt sit at a table together only 4 of us could sit so we asked if I could just stand next to the table and was told no. All the other tables were taken so I ended up having to go outside and sit in the car while the rest of the family ate inside. I understand covid 19 and all but that is just a little extreme being as we c an go eat in a restaurant and all sit together what makes this any different so what was suppose to be a nice family outing for ice cream got ruined!

You will wait a great while before someone recognizes you standing looking attentively waiting to be asked *how may I help you* after being acknowledged be sure to ask for tasting spoons..some flavors look good but arent palatable at all. Get the vanilla chocolate ice cream cake...ensure to taste any ice creams before you buy...

I frequent this establishment with my grandson on a regular basis...the staff is lively and very eager to assist customers to their satisfaction....the establishment is clean and the bathrooms are clean as well.... notably the temperature seemed a little chilly but it is an ice cream place Lolol.... so I recommend this Baskin-Robbins for a sweet treat anytime

Baskin Robbins has some great ice cream and flavors and we come here frequently. The service seems to vary based on who is working: some days theyll be very attentive and others theyll seem distracted, or maybe theyre just busy and I dont realize it. But overall this is a great spot for some ice cream!

Every time I have came here I have had great service until now. A woman employee was very rude to me. She asked me what I want my toppings to be on the banana split. I told her what it comes with. She didnt know what went on it. Oh lord. I asked if they had Pepsi or Dr Pepper to drink and she yelled at me several times saying no. Embarrassing in front of other customers. I wasnt even rude to her. Ive never had problems here and she needs to get her act together.

Ice cream was mixed with other ice creams. Saw a mouse run into the back. The employees were absolutely rude and disrespectful.

The employees are very nice to the kiddos! Very patient with kids also, because those with kids know that it takes them a minute to make up their minds. :)

Ive gone twice in two weeks and once, my scoop had no cookie dough and the second time they messed up my order. As a former employee and know how hard it is to keep up with orders and making sure the area is clean and you have all the flavors out. But customer service is important and the employees are not personable at all.

Sat in line for 30 mintues, finally ordered, had to repeat our order 5 times only to get to the window and have the girl tell us that they were out of one our items, no big deal but could have told us when we ordered, ended up ordering just cookies and cream 5 more times because she didnt understand what we wanted... Ended up with cookie dough and the window slammed in our faces. I could rate the customer service we were given Id give a -50 for sure.

The ice cream is always good but the service is usually bellow average. The last time we visited the floors were dirty and the tangles were sticky. Best to just get your ice cream and go.

So many options and the best prices in midland! I get my family of 5 all why they want for right at 12$. Always super friendly and fast!

Went in to this Baskin Robbins today and was greeted and served by one of the rudest old ladies ever.

There was one young guy working alone. Felt bad for the kid. Then 2 ladies helped him but didnt know exactly what to do so it was obvious they didnt work there. The place was a mess, every table dirty. Seems like they need staff members.

Ice cream was delicious, but all the tables were dirty and the bathrooms were too.

Dont do the drive through here, the service in the Drive-Thru is slow and usually not very good. But if you go inside, the staff is excellent and very quick.

Every time I get a cone from here I get one kick in before the icecream tumbles off. You have to stuff the icecream for it to actually stay in there. If you order one scoop, that’s literally all you get and they’re not going to stuff it in there so it stays on.
