The staff all listen to and help the kids. Their cotton candy flavour seems to go out regularly and I have seen 6 yr Olds let the staff know. The staff listen and come reset the machine promptly. They also help kids put their topping on which reduces cross contamination and mess. I like paying by the container. The other places in town have you pay by the ounce so you can have a nasty case of sticker shock when it is time to pay out. The flavours are all good and not overpowered with chemical flavouring. The business is clean and inviting.

Love orange leaf but when I went in tonight it was very very dirty. Counters were disgusting and not wiped down, the toppings were mixing together and there wasn’t even a clean place to put your cup down to pay... just very dirty and the employees didn’t appear to care at all. No attempts to clean anything up as multiple customers came through the line.

Not A Fan Of This Place, I Used To Like It As A Kid, But Not Much Anymore!

Lots of toppings to choose from, service was ok, vanilla foyo tasted like frozen water (Maybe it was out?)

Ordered 2 acai bowls, were told it would be a few minutes due to being out of bananas. 30 minutes later we were handed 2 bowls of liquid, the acai had completely melted and the workers walked away like there was nothing wrong with that. Had to request a refund, that took another 5 minutes, this place is a joke!!

Love the place. We dont have an Orange Leaf franchise where I live, so we make it a point to visit here at least once each trip when we visit family. Get creative and see how high you can build your ice cream creation.

I was obviously intimidated when I walked through the doors, but the staff was nice and patient with me. I recommend getting their vanilla with almond slivers and sprinkles.

This is a great place to get a chill snack thats fast, convenient, and healthy! It was nice and cold and very clean inside and the associate was very friendly, great food seemed like the cherry on top!

Really enjoyed my gluten-free frozen yogurt! The establishment was clean. The service was good. The only downside at all is they do not have very many flavors and I believe only one sugar free option the day we were there. That being said I had mint chocolate chip and a coffee flavored gluten-free yogurt that were amazing!

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help my family with our orders and were so very kind and just made the experience wonderful.

Lunch time was quiet. Place was clean. Condiment bar items were fresh. Enjoy a large vanilla frozen yogurt with fresh fruit and granola on the bottom. I like doing it this way so my toppings do not fall off.

The yogurt was pretty good, lots of topping options although they arent labeled so I didnt know what half of them were. The seating is designed with kids in mind which is great if youre a kid but not so much if youre 6 ft tall. I think there are a few rough edges like any new business but overall Id recommend it

Make sure you ask about sizes, especially if you have a coupon. It is not displayed. Flavors are awesome! So fresh and creamy. The topping area is cumbersome especially if you are considering people after you! The utensils are practically designed for you to make a mess,I was embarrassed at my lack of skills but instantly didnt care after my first bite. Quality stuff and you dont feel terrible after eating it!

It was good once we finally realized people actually worked there. We walked in and no one was in the front. We waited and waited and my husband finally yelled is anyone here? And a girl came out of the bathroom. At first I was ok. No big deal, she was using the bathroom and the place was empty before we got there. Then another girl walked up. There were TWO employees there and neither one was aware we were even in there! We could have easily just filled up and left and there were 6 of us. Yeah we were alone for that long.

It’s ice cream. It’s alway five stars. Service is usually you get adults and it shows.

I like the new orange leaf with their pricing. They seem a lot more reasonable than the old pricing. They have special names for them but essentially small, medium, or large with the small being around $3.50 and each other $2 more than the previous. They usually have a nice mix between fruits and delicious treats. You can get as much as you can fit into each bowl and any of the toppings you want. There are also a good mix of toppings. I usually stick to Reeses and gummy worms but they have nuts and other candies and even more things I dont know the name of.

This was my wifes biggest craving when she was pregnant and I was ok with that!! They have a great selection of yogurt and toppings and they do not charge by the weight of the food at the end like similar places do. The staff is also very friendly which is a nice surprise since most businesses in the area have an issue with that.

I like a place where its clean and you see employees working, this employee kept going around making sure tables were clean cant really rate on service or product because its like a self serve, but nevertheless its a good little place to hang out and enjoy a cup of pistachio frozen yogurt.

Let me start with this Orange Leaf has a new owner... It has changed tremendously from my first visit 2 years ago.I was not a yogurt fan of any kind until now. Orange Leaf in Midland has changed my opinion about FroYo. Not only does Orange Leaf have the best tasting frozen yogurt, the toppings they offer are always fresh and never empty. The fruit on the topping bar looks delightfully fresh and yummy. I usually have pineapple (dairy free) and coconut FroYo mixed together but have become adventurous and have enjoyed the cheesecake, chocolate and peanut butter FroYo mixed, wedding cake and lastly white chocolate strawberry. All super yummy. I like that there isnt a scale anymore. Its a little loud but normally when I go its in the afternoon with my daughter after school and it is always filled with kiddos and parents. They normally have a movie on for the kids to watch. This particular store is always clean and that includes the restrooms. The staff is always friendly and if they dont know an answer to a question they will ask others to get you the correct answer. Keep up the great work Orange Leaf Midland Texas!
