This was my first visit today looking for a foot Compression sock. We were greeted by a very nice lady. She was so helpful and kind. Just wanted to say how impressed I was with her knowledge and kindness and someone needed to know. If I need anything in the future I will be sure to come here for it.Thank you

I needed diabetic shoes and the lady that helped was very friendly. She helped me find the right size and worked on the insoles to fit my needs. If you need diabetic shoes this is the place I would go. Also my shoes feel and look great too.

Best little pharmacy I know of in midland. The head Pharmacist is incredibly nice and willing to answer any questions. Will even go out of his way to contact your doctor if he has any concerns.

Great community supporter. David donated $2,160.00 to Toys for Tots for the children of Midland/Gladwin county. Lots of love. I also personally use this pharmacy due to the amazing staff, low prices and no matter the situation, David and employees always find what I need and ensure that I am satisfied with the services they provide. Love that they will send you a bill to ensure you are able to get medications even if you cant pay right then and there.

A bit crowded but ok.

FYI for everyone that is new to medicare and the Plan D options. I’d like to let these seniors know to make sure your pharmacy works w/ your Plan D! I went to the pharmacy I’ve dealt w/ for years. When it was time for my Plan D, I was charged $90 monthly! Not knowing what my co-pay was going to be, I asked the young lady if it was run through my Plan D. She answered “YES”. Well, she neglected to inform me they did not work with my Plan D. When I figured this out, I went to CVS and my co-pay was $0.00!!!! While ignorance on my part is no excuse, how about some integrity GREAT LAKES Pharmacy and its owner David?!?! $2,160.00 is the TOTAL amount my ignorance cost me! 😞

Pharmacist denied taking my husbands prescription that was called in by his doctor because my husband left the pharmacy months ago because they were too pricey so they said they wouldnt take my husband back because the pharmacist had hurt feelings! Rude, childish and VERY unprofessional! My husband now is suffering in pain because of this mans ego.

Not impressed with footwear department. Poor customer service. Poor brand selection. Had to follow up twice and push for service instead of them following up and providing service, and once they had what they needed, still pushed me out yet another week for an appointment. Brands and product selection listed online and floor samples undesirable. Found what I needed and wanted at Impact Medical Supply who got me in right away, and provided the selection, brand, and exact shoes I wanted with no wait and no hassle.

Epitome of a friendly, knowledgeable family pharmacy. They see my wife come in, and instantly grab what our family needs before even having to ask. Also conveniently located close to downtown Midland.

Ive been coming here for 2 or 3 years now.Dave the pharmacist is an awesome guy. I believe he knows how to deal with people very well! Pharmacists are always trying to be fooled... good luck trying to fool Dave! Hes legit! Hes personable and he hires like minded people. They have a great staff! Keep up the excellence Dave & crew!

I love this pharmacy! They are so helpful and take time with their customers. Im so glad we found them...they provide excellent service for all our needs.

They seem to really care about there customers. When i was having insurance issues they made sure i had my medication free of charge until the issue was taken care of. You never have to wait to long and they know there customers by name. Great place to go.
