Long Story short. My engagement ring was given to my now husband to propose by his mother. It was handed down to her by women in her family. Shortly after we were married, the matriarch and woman who passed on this ring, passed away. About 5 months later, the diamond fell out and by the grace of God, I found it. It took us over 2 years to have it placed into a new ring b/c I could not find a jewelry store that I trusted, felt comfortable with and did not feel bombarded to buy buy buy or enroll into their credit program. Christy made the experience so wonderful and so special. She made the ordeal feel as important as it was and I am more than excited to wear my new wedding ring and hopefully carry it down to many generations under us. Thank you Christy!!!!! I bought a watch for several hundred dollars and it wouldnt run in the store. They told me the battery was dead and I would have to wait a couple of days for the battery to be replaced. I did wait. I came back in a few days and noticed right away that even with a new battery, the second hand wasnt working. The man in the store couldnt fix it and he said they would get me another watch from another store. They told me I could pick it up on June 1. June 1 came and went and they didnt have the watch for me. I was told because they didnt have ink for their printer, they couldnt print out a shipping label! Now I am told that the watch will be here in a couple of days by the store and yet UPS says it was not overnighted and it is being shipped by ground and wont be here for another week! Then I am told by the people in the store that all of these factors are outside of their control. Why would any reputable store carry merchandise in their store that didnt work in the first place and not even have ink for a printer to make a shipping label? I am so tired of retail establishments thinking they are doing the customer all the favors and everything is outside their control, even though it is the customer who is paying quite a bit of money and is being inconvenienced over and over! Id give this place zero stars if I could. And they have all kinds of security on the doors to the store. You have to be buzzed in. If they devoted some of that effort being used for security to customer service instead, it would make much more sense. I know things happen and customers can expect to be inconvenienced now and then, but over and over again? That is just plain old bad customer service.
Dont waste your time with Jareds in Midland, Texas. Horrible experience. I will never return.

Absolutely worst customer care service, they gave me a nightmare when I tried to return an item as per their return policy, in store they asked me to call customer care, when I called customer care they told me they are not sure why they are not returning in store, kept me on hold for 53 min and hung up, I called again and I am on hold for 28 min now, stay away

I dealt with a lady named Nicole Gonzales. She helped me design an engagement ring from pictures of examples I liked. She stayed within the budget and was happy to answer any questions I had along the way. It was an incredible experience and my fiancée loved the ring!

I got two rings serviced there. My wedding ring and a family heirloom. During the consultation they told me multiple times that BOTH my rings would be ready Oct 16th. When everything was said and done after drop off they gave me the print out for my service tickets and its my fault for not reading the date when they had me sign over my rings but the date was changed to Oct. 26 on my wedding ring. It was very infuriating to be without my wedding ring for another week more than expected. The lady helping us was incompetent at her job. She had to get a technician to help her with the tablet to get me checked out. When I picked up my family heirloom on the 16th she kept demanding my drivers license for pick up. Not my first time being serviced here (but that was not a great experience either so I dont know why I went back, also one of the contributing factors why my wedding ring was not purchased here). And I was not asked for my license upon pick up of my wedding ring when being assisted by a different associate. I had tied thick string to my wedding ring so it would fit better. She wouldnt cut it to get an accurate reading I informed her it wasnt an issue since I needed it resized anyway. It wasnt until she called the tech over to help with the tablet that he saw and suggested it be done for an accurate reading. The consultant doesnt know how to use the instrument that determines what type of stone is in your ring and was trying to say it wasnt a diamond both the consultant and tech kept doing it until the tech confirmed yes it is a diamond. The consultant assured me I would get updates via email and the company would call when my rings were ready. None of that happened. I only got emails for confirmation of drop off and pick up. I had to call to confirm my rings were ready on the promise dates on paper which was when I found out the date on my wedding ring was changed. The work done was sufficient. The stone replaced on my heirloom was replaced and the ring cleaned spectacularlly. It looked like a beautifully different ring. Upon further inspection at home the repaired area does not mirror the other side of the ring im not super broken up about that. I should have been more specific upon my drop off request not just replace the stone and thats it.

I cannot say how amazing this store is! They have bent over backwards to make sure that every single thing is to my liking. Sam in particular has attended to every detail of my experience, and has done an outstanding job! I am absolutely thrilled with my jewelry, and I would recommend this store above any. In fact, it is probably the best customer service I have ever received.
First off I LOVE LEVIAN!!! More importantly I love exceptional customer service. Even though I have shopped with signet and their different store brands for many years, I have to say, that the team at Jared’s is always on point whether it’s Inaki helping me and my husband or Nathaniel helping us. They are super willing to go above and beyond in making sure it’s perfect for our occasion and the value we are looking for. Beautiful and wide selection to view.Christie (hope Im spelling that right) was an amazing help! Went above and beyond! We stopped by around 3 on Saturday! They even have a kids area for kiddos to play. My two kiddos(7yr and 1yr old) had a blast and we got to look without being bothered every minute.

Great selection. The staff are very friendly and will always remember you. They also dont push a sale onto you, instead they try their hardest to help you find what youre looking for. If you cant find it, they can make it with a bit of a process.

Was greeted with a friendly smile as I walked in. Immediately was asked if I needed any help. Then they heard what I wanted and helped me find the perfect earrings.
Saleslady was very nice, not pushy and made affordable recommendations. However it has ended up costing me time/money in all the finance fees and interest fees since this Jared entered in my wrong address and name information to get all these deals and coupons. The interest free promotion is a scam- Jared company blames Comenity bank and the bank blames them for not entering in the correct info to give me a mechanism to pay my balance off- now Im the one stuck in the middle with $300s of fees. Based on these trade practices I will never purchase from Jared again. Dont trust their word-manager just says that Jared and the credit are 2 different entities and cant help.
