Love this DollarTree more than any others in the Tri cities.

I Luv Dollar Tree, they have a variety of things to choose from, its just sad that I have to go to Midland or Mt Pleasant store to get what I need, they need a store like that in Clare instead of building all these fast foods, we crafters need a store like this in Clare

Horrible customer service! My Mom bought a set of coasters and realized that one was broken when she got home. I tried to (not return) just exchange it, with the receipt, for a not broken one and management said no because, it probably wasnt broken when it was sold!. Youre wrong!

Clean and organized. Went in to buy 1 thing out with $20 gone should be their motto. Watch out for large pothole in parking

Great place for party supplies, a quick card for any event. They have everything cleaning and laundry supplies. Canned food and frozen. Hygiene and much more. Even got my puppy some treats..

I always have excellent service here. Ive noticed that theyre often understaffed, but these people remain kind and welcoming regardless of the circumstances. That speaks volumes! I live, quite literally, just around the corner from this location and I have never had a bad experience.

This was a really good place to shop at. My family and I were in a pinch and decided to come here. We walk in and it was nice and clean. Im not sure if the place has bathrooms or if it has a changing table for babies but it does have space for strollers. The staff is very friendly while we checked out and even entertained our toddlers. Would love to go again.

Based strictly on employee behavior. She didnt have a name tag on, but to the straight haired blonde with the pierced lip, your obnoxious voice and conversation while waiting on customers was ridiculous. Complaining about people and computer systems, at a volume most CHILDREN wouldnt use was necessary.

It has a good quality of products for your home needs and everything is a dollar as it says it is.

Simple, easy lay out with kind workers, so kind they can tolerate a 5 year old trying to buy things for the first time. ^_^

You would not think that you could get some of the things that they have for a dollar... this particular location even has a freezer section

I dont write reviews very often, but this needs said. Low rates. Its a welcomed surprise for the low price... Ive been to midland, bay city, and Saginaw hotel/motels and this is far and above the others. Nice job Dave. Clean, safe environment. Even has a huge pool area+. Friendly staff (well maybe the cranky old guy at the desk sometimes needs a lesson in courtesy). All amenities like speedway, Burger king, McDonalds, groceries, etc. And many more things. I really appreciate the detail from the owner and staff. Thanks and i will be back...

I would love it better if the two employees had helped me just little bit. got fifty staples in middle of my back. Got back fusion. And got a ride. Cant drive yet.. while shopping I ask please move the stocking cart that I needed so much. I said to the two workers, I couldnt stand to long had my walker.. they would not stop and move the cart and told me well just leave the store, we r not moving.. I recorded it. couldnt believe my ears.. what away to get people to spend there money. Yes, I did talk with the manger.. and showed my fifty staples. So, they know I was not lying... I was trying to buy little food. While I had a ride..

Its not the service that was bad. Its the people walking around in the store. I just wanted some cheap paper plates... Its like Walmart sent their nastiest customers over here for the day. This store should partner with Weight Watchers and help the customers out a bit...

Such a convenient store with a good selection. The manager is wonderful with a great sense of humor and the staff is kind and very helpful.

Krystal (who was the cashier while I was there) is amazing. Her customer service is excellent and shes a crack up!

Everything is seriously just one dollar! The whole store! Cups, toilet paper, food... All one dollar. Awesome place for budgeting.

I had no issues getting what I came looking for, but what was really off putting was who I assumed was a manager (petite, younger brunette) who kept telling people she had to get her cashier out because corporate doesnt give them enough on payroll to keep her on longer. There were a lot of people in line for the 2 cash registers that were open. They shut the light off but people were still standing in that line. The manager told them the line was cut off after a gentleman put all his items on the belt and again she stated she had to get her cashier off the register and the quicker she could do that the quicker she could take over. I thought that was very rude. These people were mostly elderly waiting. I work in management and your customer always comes first. Im sure Dollar Tree could have spared an additional 15 minutes to clear that line as the manager pointed out, due to the high amount of money they bring in each day, but instead, that line transferred to the other cashier and was so long it was down an aisle. Then the cashiers started talking about how they really could have used another person that day because of how busy they were.

The store is almost always tidy, sometimes theres a wait for check out but nothing terrible

I love this Dollar Tree store, I find alot of what I need, plus some surprises. Halloween and Christmas stuff is always plentiful.

Nice store but contrary to the internet they do not carry knitting/crochet hooks/needles and rarely carry yarn

This Dollar Tree on S Saginaw in Midland always has the basics. You cant go wrong for a dollar. Youll be surprised what you can find here.

This Dollar Tree seems to have a better selection than the one by the Midland Mall.
