Thankful to Overhead Door of the Permian for their great service repairing our garage door. Their technician, Robert is a joyful and fun guy that was extremely thourough in his explanation of what needed to be done. Dont be fooled by people that try to copy them with a name that sounds like theirs. These guys are the real deal and will do it right!

I called them several times. the first time i setup the appointment, it never came through in their system, technician didnt show up. i called them a second time, we setup the appointment, the technician called me and mentioned he had issues with his truck, he would call back, and yes, he called me at 7 pm. third try to setup an appointment, the mean lady on the phone blamed me for the failed second attempt and left me waiting on line. I called back, i only got the messaging option.My recommendation, dont waste your time with them. Awful customer service

Overhead Door Company of the Permian Basin is great! Be sure you get the company with that exact name, not a similar name. My latest techs name is Robert, and he is so helpful. This is an honest company. Everything is expensive today, but these people are reasonable in their charges. They charge a fair price and stand behind their work and their materials. Good company! You wont be sorry youve used them.

After attempting a semi complicated fix myself that resulted in a buckled door I called Overhead to come fix my “fix” Matthew diagnosed the problem, reverse engineered my “engineering” and had everything running smooth in 30 minutes. Price was INCREDIBLY lower than I expected, they will be my first call from now on!

We used Overhead Doors to install the original doors on our home when it was built 17 years ago. The doors operated perfectly since day one. When we learned that installing insulated garage doors would cut down significantly on our heating and cooling bills, we replaced the original doors with insulated doors. We also upgraded openers and cannot believe how smoothly and quietly the new doors operate. Not to mention the fact that with the new insulated doors, our garage and home stay much cooler in the summer and much warmer it stays in the winter. The owners of Overhead Doors have proven to us by their commitment to service, quality products, and integrity that we made the right decision 17 years ago!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We called them days ago to come and fix our garage that we have been having trouble with at our home. The lady at the front desk assured us that someone would be by our house that day and would give us a call prior to coming because they could not give a scheduled time frame for when they would be there. I informed the lady that it was very important for them to call us before to make sure that we were there before they came. Well the day went by and no one ever came and we gave them a call back and she told us that someone should be there the next day. No one ever came again and when we called, she assured us that someone would be there that morning, and I informed her that if no one planned to show up, since we had been waiting days for them to, then to let us know, and that we would look elsewhere. After waiting almost 3 DAYS, we received a call from one of their workers named Eddie. Eddie called at 4:30 p.m. and informed us that he would come by our home, but I let Eddie know that we were not there and that we would be home by 5 p.m.. Eddie told us that he was tired and that he had been working since 7 a.m. that morning and that he only planned to work on our garage for 30 MINUTES, and that he was ready to go home. Shocked by his comment and unprofessionalism, I informed Eddie that we did not care how tired he was, that we only cared about if he was going to fix our garage properly. I also informed him that we had been waiting for them to come to our home PATIENTLY for almost 3 days! Eddie then kept saying how tired he was and then he hung up on me. Appalled at this I called and informed the company and let them know what happened and how unprofessional this whole situation has been. Of course the lady at the front desk gave me the run-around again and nothing was ever done about this situation. Needless to say they were a WASTE OF TIME and we will NEVERRR use this company again and would not refer anyone to them...SMH!...A bunch of unprofessional people!

They were quickly responsive and accommodating to my schedule. Jordan was our installer and he was very nice, professional and able to fix our garage door quickly. Much appreciated!

I had a family member recommend this company to me to get a garage door replaced, after I called the company it took a couple of days for someone to come out and see what the issue is, which was fine. It took the better part of a week and a half making several phone calls to get the estimate sent. After receiving the estimate, I had let them know that I wanted to proceed. They told me it would take two weeks to get the door made and then they would call to schedule an appointment. Here it is two months later, and I am still waiting. Every time that I call to ask about it, I am told that the door is there and that only the manager can schedule the appointment and that I will receive a call that day. After a dozen calls and no response, I have decided to call them and tell them that I am canceling my order with them. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone and the customer service is by far the worst that I have ever seen.

We purchased 6 OH Roll Up doors for our shop. They were not installed correctly (bracing on the tracks) causing the doors to get out of alignment, rollers to come off, and not function properly. They are too busy with all their new work to address this properly. I would use cautiong with these folks prior to spending your money with them!Meyer Energy Services, LLC

What a great company to have in Midland TX. ALWAY on time, ALWAYS there when you need them to fix our doors- if its a password or tech concerns their service is top notch! Guys are professional, courteous, and trustworthy!! Would not call anyone else!!

Had a bit of hard time getting in touch with anyone, so dont waste your time calling for 2 days like i did. Once i submitted a request online a tech got in touch and was out the same day. Very friendly and did an excellent job.

Overhead door was the installer subcontracted to install the doors I purchased from Lowes. The installation was scheduled and I called Overhead and confirmed they were coming the next day to do the install. I also asked to have Jeff call me the day I confirmed and he never returned my call. This was not the first time Jeff did not return my call.On install day, I again called to confirm what time they would come out. Jeff told me the install would not take place until they were paid by the door manufacturer. I called the manufacturer, Amar, who said everything was straightened out and the install would take place. I called Overhead again, talked to Bob, who rudely told me they would not be installing the doors and it was not his problem and to take the issue up with Amar. I promptly hung up on him.Overhead is or was CONTRACTED with Amar to do installations which means they agreed to do work at a predetermined rate. What it boils down to is Overhead wanted more money to do the installation then previously agreed upon and was holding my doors as a bargaining chip.I picked up the doors from Overhead and will do I it myself. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headaches of non returned phone calls, delays, and greed of Overhead Doors.

Overhead door came out to adjust doors and hook up motors, the gentlemen were very attentive and eager to get things done in a timely and perfect manner. Thank you Overhead!

Less than a year after they installed my brand new garage doors, and all new track, the whole system came apart and literally folded the garage door itself in half. Now my car is trapped in the garage, and the garage door is only half hanging on. What a joke.

Customer beware!!! They break your equipment and then try to charge you for their own mistakes. Customer service is nonexistent. YOURE BETTER OFF USING ANOTHER COMPANY. Theyll say its not my problem. Talk to the owner but then theyll never allow you to actually get ahold of the owner. Extremely unimpressed..

Garage door got caught and bent up the track late one evening. Filled out the form for a service request on Overhead Doors website. Service tech arrived the next morning, looked it over, and said we didnt need to replace anything and hed be back in the afternoon to do the work after I moved some of my stuff out of the way. Returned at the set time, and in under an hour had the door back on track, the damaged track bent back into shape, and everything lubricated and running smoother than it has for years. He didnt try to upsell anything, but gave me a reasonable quote for a new motor when I asked for one.
