Edited review...So initially i left a mixed review, however after doing so i have realized a few things...1) these guys came out and did a great job and did it fast.2) The billing department is excellent3) i am very happy with all of my interactions with AllStateInitially the fence wasnt perfect, some of that was my fault, but they came out and fixed it and did whatever it took to make me happy with it.I couldnt pay my bill for 2 months with complications in finishing the whole house, the billing dept worked with me and was great, definitely a great way to end the transaction.I would buy more fencing in a heartbeat, great company, very happy with everything

All-State was very great to work with. The work they did was on a rent house in another town several hours from where we live. They were able to get to it a week earlier than scheduled. Not only did they keep us informed they also keep the renter informed. Susan and Bailey have been excellent to answer all of our questions. Very fast and efficient would recommend to anyone!

Had a great experience with AllState Fence! I worked with Spencer. I gave him a hard time at first because this was my first ever fence purchase. He was knowledgeable, kind and made the process less daunting. I received the bid for my project and the crew came as scheduled. The crew tore down, put up my new fence and cleaned up their mess in no time! I am happy with my investment!!

I had our 10k fence built in March of 2019. Little over our 1 yr warranty our fence is showing damage. There is wood splitting, you can see through spots of our privacy fence nailed wrong, the pieces above gate have come unattached, have had to readjust gates as were left loose. All this has happened even after they spent weeks getting one side level. Their craftsmanship is poor. I used their competition at my last home and never had an issue like this. Should of used them from the start. It was only a small difference, but you get what you pay for. Do not use this company . Really disappointing considering the cost

They were fast and efficient on getting our 1acre fence installed. The fence is excellent quality material. The office girls scheduling the install keep in communication with us. And the installers were informative on the progress daily. Joe seemed to be the lead installer and communicated with me daily and as Gregory and himself installed my beautiful fence. The fence is straight with no gaps. Nice job.

I am so happy with the work done for us by All-State Fence. Although our property was a significant distance from their location, they are true to their name and didnt seem to mind traveling the distance. Every contact on the phone or in person with the installers was pleasant. I would give them a higher recommendation if it were available. They worked quickly and installed a great fence. I had a small part of my fence blown down by our West Texas winds and they came in and built a fence that is sturdy and can now handle the next windstorm that comes through. Joe and his crew were amazing and did a beautiful job! Bailee at the front desk & the owner Mark were always professional when I called with questions. Definitely will have them back for more work in the future!

That scheduled my fence 3 weeks out. The company called and said they could start 2 weeks sooner which was great. They told me exactly when each step was going to be completed and it was. When the work was done I found a couple of minor issues but they were out to fix them within 24 hours.

Workmanship was subpar, did not have anyone come inspect the work after calling them and telling them that the gate was not what I wanted and was not going to work. Took them 2 additional times to get it close to what I wanted. When the warranty division called, she hung up when the call was not positive. Would NOT recommend

I can not say enough good things about the installers from All-State who replaced the fence at our house. They showed up on time and worked each of the three day project until that days scheduled work was done. Each day was a long day and they were very efficient. They did an excellent job keeping me informed when they arrived as well to answering any questions that i had. Also from start to finish was in a very good time frame.

Set up an appointment and had a nice appraisal and estimate done. Work asked me to stay out at a rig for an extra week. I called Allstate to reschedule the replacement of my fence. They cancelled the appointment and told me to call back to reschedule later. When I tried to reschedule, they told me they’d leave a message with someone and get back to me. I called two or three times trying to get a date scheduled and finally gave up.

All-State Fence was wonderful to work with from the initial estimate, to answering any and all questions we had, to the timing of install, and the final product. We are extremely happy with our new fence and would highly recommend All-State for any fencing needs.

Outstanding company. Very easy to work with during the planning phase of the project. I had no idea what I wanted regarding the specifics of my project. They stepped me through the whole process and were always very happy to answer all my questions. When we finally pulled the trigger on the project, everything was handled very well. I ran into an issue several weeks after the work was completed and they came out the very next day to take care of it. Very happy with the work they did and highly recommend.

Called their office four times back in September, left my information, as I was wanting an estimatem. Explained to the lady at the front desk I needed a new fence asap, since one of my dogs kept getting out. No one ever called me back. Still looking for someone to install a new fence. But doubt it will be these guys, since I could never get a call back.

In the past I wrote a very harsh review. I do feel as the customer they could of been a little more willing to work with me. I purchased a gate for my fence and feel the gate could of been a little better made for the cost and the no return policy.First the holes drilled for the fence were angled and not strait.Second, if your not going to make the gate the exact size of the opening, they should of let me know. Instead of telling me, well thats the way they all come and if you wanted different you should of told us.

Expensive but good quality

These guys did a good job. Even had to return to solve a gate fittment issue. Would reccomend using All State Fence for your fence repair or complete rebuild.

A quick and professional atmosphere

First they came out and looked we needed two gates, then we called just before they were schudle to come out and were told there was no record of their schudle so I pulled a quote and called the salesman, they rescheduled us when they came we were told by the installer he was going to have to jack hammer my rock entry told him Stop on that gate called salesman and ask how much was he going to deduct from ticket doing only one gate he went over invoice with me and said he was only charge ing for jackhammering out one post on back gate I told him the old gate was attached to the fence there was no poles to jackhammer so he said he would take off $50 dimly got the gate put up It was set to low a couple of days the owner called me said someone or everyone dropped the ball and he was adjusting the price he apologized and hoped I’d use them again I believe he’s sincer about his company pleaseing the coustomer id use them again
