Very friendly and helpful employees! Even took pictures of the equipment and texted them to me to be sure it would meet my needs.

I have called 8 times and still has not been fixed we constantly have to jump it off. And it make stay running for 10 mins. Hydraulic leaks a problem. Trying to get a mechanic from Blue line to fix issue is like pulling teeth. They tell you there on the way and then just do not come out. Or when you call in to tell them there is a issue they say there going to have service call you back and they do not call back. I am being genuinely nice by giving them a 2 star rating.

Mainly because i reserved equipment and it was not available when i needed it. This caused us to fall behind on the job and had us restructuring our plan of attack so to speak. Mid production.
