Since they took over from MidMichigan Home Care it has gone straight down hill.Be VERY Careful of ordering medical supplies as they will give you more than you need or your Insurance will pay for, leaving you with a higher BILL!

Super rude and then they billed my sons dad for his nebulizer after telling us he had insurance they also said we were charged for a filter that we never received the lady that came out to our car was super rude ugh 😩

Theyve been quite unprofessional in terms of the amount of communication. They were supposed to contact me for my prescription they never did till my doctor ask me a week later if I was going to pick up my medical device. Then when I called they didnt know I had a prescription or any communication with them. Im not sure why this process has to be this hard.

They seem to be very polite people

In my experience I think they are mostly ok. However, they seem to take days to over a week to return phone calls.
