I love this place. I bought a bling fireplace, a bling table and a bling live sign. I get so many compliments. Everyone loves them. I cant show because Photoshop dont give them the justice they deserve.
Poor customer service I will update when our issue is resolved. It is very displeasing when you pay for furniture then not receive what you paid and the owner will not return calls. We paid for glass fire place with two glass tiers. He did not ask if we were ok with floor samples which was broken. Had two guys deliver 4/17 and said he would replace Monday. I had to call three more times and finally got him on the phone and he said the next Monday or Tuesday which was 4/26 or 4/27 no call from him and he has not returned my call.UPDATE 5/12 after going back and forth we finally revived the new teir. I’m very happy but just feel this situation should’ve been handled better on the customer service side. Yes they have nice furniture but when you aren’t given good customer service it doesn’t help your experience purchasing. It also makes you maybe not purchase more or tell your friends. A good sales person would communicate and let their customers know what’s going on. So I’ll change my score up to a three. Because delivery people were nice.
This is my second time buying furniture here, the quality is great and the styles are modern. The best part is they are willing to work with you to give you the best deal for you.
I’ve bought several pieces from Home Life. They carry all the name brands and give great deals. I love that it’s a small store with plenty to choose from without the overwhelming feeling of a wharehouse.
