I originally did not have a great experience with them. But, was called back in to the store to make it a great experience. I cannot remember the male salespersons name, but he made everything right.I did not do enough research on the product, so I was not happy with it once I saw it on the bed. He made another suggestions and it worked out perfectly. I am pleased with the product and the service.

Samantha took excellent care of me. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and took the time to compare the differences between each item. She made the purchase super easy and explained everything to me that I wanted to know. I would absolutely recommend her for any of your mattress needs.

I had a great experience and would highly recommend purchasing from there.We haven’t received the mattress and box frame yet. So, I can’t say anything about the delivery experience yet. But, I would assume that it will be good as well.

We were looking for a split king luxe breeze Tempurpedic. Allan greeted us as we came into the store and was very nice and personable. He did not give off the “sales person” vibes, but someone who was very knowledgeable & one who shared the struggles of not having that comfort when you sleep. He is a really caring & friendly person. It definitely showed in the short time with him.

Both Lauren and Ben were awesome. My wife and I went in to the store without knowing much about the different types of beds. They both were extremely knowledgeable. We asked a ton of questions and they were right there with an answer. We were greeted immediately and after a few questions she was explaining the differences between traditional, hybrid and memory foam mattress. She showed us examples of each and then let us roam free to test the mattresses. Whenever we had questions they were both there to help us out. We both had a good idea of which one we wanted pretty early in but we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. We never felt pressured to buy, they both just wanted to help us out. LOVED THIS LOCATION! It was close to home so we didn’t need the delivery system but as soon as we walked in they were on it. We came in with a mission and not much time on our hands! I tried to order a TempurPedic Adjustable set on line. My questions were not answered well and the “chat” person hung up on me. I called the Midlothian store directly and spoke to Matt. In less than 10 minutes, he gave me great answers to my questions, explained what I needed, we made the order, and scheduled delivery in less than 2 days! First and foremost I want to say that Ben is exactly the kind of person every store should have working for them. We just felt right at home with him. He’s not pushy, just knows what you want and takes you right to it. He’s honest and fun and the process was quick too. Ben beducated my husband and I with a 15 minute mattresses 101 session, did not push me to spend any money, made purchasing simple and straight forward after I initiated the process, and communicated quickly and effectively about expectations for delivery. He is a true professional. The mattress choice was up to me, and I cant speak to it yet since I dont have it, but the service is top notch.

After more than 4 separate trips to test various beds to figure out what was the ideal for both of us, they are were patient each and every time. They are not pushy at the slightest. They were there when we needed them (as bed-ucators), otherwise they let us do our thing. They ensured we understood the options before us and didnt try to up-sale us ever. Actually quite the opposite, as we decided to go with one of the cheaper options they directed us to during our many trials. Highly recommend!
