I came to purchase the iPhone XR. I left my phone with the sales associate so that he could program it. After an hour when I came back he still not had not completed. He told me the phone was defective. So he told me he would do it again, so I left. When I came back the phone had been switched. Unbeknownst to me he had not transferred it the correct way so after 20 minutes my phone was turned off by my carrier. I go back to the store and ask him to figure out what went wrong. He insists the entire time that he is helping me, although he is the one who did not complete the task correctly causing my phone to be cut off. After he talks to my carrier he finds out that he did notComplete all the necessary steps. I demand a refund and for my phone to be switched back over to my original which he does. After about 20 minutes I get notification in my email that my phone was reported stolen by the store. I am also notified that my bank card is locked because of too many invalid attempts. I had to go get a non-emergency police report and file a report with the BBB and Midlothian townships. And I still have to go in and request that they take me off the blacklist so I can maintain my number that I’ve had for 20 years

The buy phone for india for unlock and he se ya is work .but wean we india and try sim card is not unlock plus the phone is career for sprint so is not work wean I call there they told me bring back we change .the cost is more what we spend.
