This store consists of 95 percent dead weight and the rest of the work falls on the remaining 5 percent. Grocery pick up is a nightmare and do yourself a favor and never pick a time slot after 5 or 6 to pick up. You will NOT get it until the next day. Especially on an order for Sunday. Sitting here for an hour now, and I’ve seen one person come out two or three times. This is ridiculous!!! Cars are lined up waiting. I am sure they will close at 8 pm with no explanation. As I write this no one will answer phones in any department . Even the main 1-800 number can’t get in touch with these people.

Love this store always clean and everyone is always willing to help if they can.

I got an oil change today. There was a fairly long line, but they got the car done pretty quickly. The staff were all friendly and courteous.

Produce Manager Josh was very helpful. We are here to get watermelons of which he and associates helped offload into our truck. Great customer service and will be back soon

Today was a good visit to Walmart it was clean and well stocked. All associates were prompt and courtiest and greeted us with a smile. There is a lady that works the self check out I need to get her name but she is great always happy and loves her job.She usually works the night shift and is still as happy as she can be !! Its very nice to go shopping and when you are checking out the cashier is happy to be at work instead of the ones who you can tell hate their jobs.

Went in to Vision Center for new frames. The current pair was broken. Was treated to prompt service and warranty coverage. The technician placed the lenses in the new frames and even cleaned my lenses. Im now a happy camper/ satisfied customer. Ty

Had to use the self check out. The machine wasnt cooperating, took longer than expected. One checker left for the and the other remained, while another associate talked her ear off. I was able to catch her attention and she came over and the talking associate came along too. She was just in the way of exiting customers who were able to check themselves out and no help since she was off the clock. She needs to let associates work and get out of the way

Hate to ring up a cart full of groceries and a toddler who I cant keep sitting in the cart cus she stands up do to straps in the cart are busted.

Not too busy. Was able to get what I wanted without long lines. Only complaint 2 cashier lines open. I dont like scan & go lines.

Ignored the phone and I’ve called several times. This is ridiculous.

It wasnt too crowded when I went but its best to wait till later in the day to shop after they get things stocked up on the shelves!

Every single time Ive gone to deli to get lunch meat, there is no one at counter. All the workers are standing where chicken is cooked talking, acting like they dont see you. The store is never stocked or they just have pallets blocking end of isles. Last few years this walmart has taken a nose dive.

Great fresh produce, better than Kroger. Good selection of organic products, including the meats. Nice to be able to find household items all at the same store while I am out. I think my total bill is usually less than Kroger even when I pick up extras. Customer service could be a little more friendly but there are a few who go the extra mile to smile and recognize regular customers like the young man who counts people at the door.

No issues. Staff were helpful. Store was clean.. No lines, good selection of merchandise. Very pleased

All walmarts are the same. Biggest issue with walmart. Is the workers who race around not watching what their doing. You know the ones who are grabbing grocieres for the online shoppers. Crazy.

This is a friendly place with a hometown feel. The pharmacy is always so helpful. Thankful its my Wal-Mart.

This is the Walmart that have a good amount of cashier lanes but only few cashiers.I know that the new concept is less people to work and extra self check out. However self check out is not the best thing ever.I hope the company hire more people than adding extra self check out. For a groceries that can take less than 5 min to pay it takes now more than 5 waiting for people how to use self check out.

This is my all time favorite go to Walmart.... Always clean!! & well stocked. Its a good drive from where I live but sure worth it !

Standard walmart, got what I needed and good prices. But the 2 people I asked for locations of items had no idea and I ended up googling aisle numbers on my phone.

I wonder if they are short on stockers for theres a lot of empty shelves.

Ive been super sick with shingles, so I would be lost without online shopping and pickup! Thank God I have a sweet, thoughtful son that picks it up for me! Thank you Walmart!!

Service and food where great we went on a Fri night and they were busy, but still received excellent service.

The Midlothian Walmart is the only Walmart worth going to in my area. The employees are always friendly, the store is clean, and just an overall pleasant experience. I have one in my city but will make the 10 mile drive to this one. It almost makes me like Walmart. Almost😁

Theres alot of people at times like any store, but the service is always nice and they seem to have alot in stock compared to other Walmarts. The employees are always extremely nice and helpful! Definitely my favorite Walmart to go to!

Dont know exact store this was. But it was low in stock for Wrangler Rustler jeans at that store.

I dropped in to pick up a couple of things after an appointment. I only had cash with me. I went to the self checkout area and I was unable to pay because all the registers (including the ones with cashiers) would only take card payments. I had to leave without my items. Very disappointing.

I live by a Walmart in Dallas... The and product selection is very different between the two... This Walmart offered more variety of products especially in the Frozen food section...DDD

Using their automated kiosk, for some odd reason I was having issues with the terminal. Their terminals do not have Apple Pay. So, I had to leave my groceries there and then drive 10 minutes to an ATM. This was such an inconvenience. Will not be going back to this Walmart.

These employees here work hard and are pleasant to deal with. May take a minute to find them when you need them but when you do, they make it their journey to help you find what youre looking for.

Ive always preferred this location to any nearby. Red Oak, Waxahachie, Cedar Hill cant hold a candle to the service, stock, etc. However, today my experience was less than stellar. Theres just something about a customer service associate waiting on guests while chewing on a dental floss/toothpick that I found repulsive. Please understand I have more than 40 years experience in customer service. Ive never seen anyone using dental care devices while attending guests needs. Im sure this was an aberration and hope to never see this type of thing again.

Ive always loved this location..THE ONLY problem is on the weekends I dont like being harassed with questions from Spectrum Cable, Verizon or AT&T representatives asking me Whos my television provider..... My response, NOT YOU!!

Stopped to look for cable for work in the tv section. No matter which location I visit, it seems like no one wants to help customers find what theyre looking for or to unlock merchandise.I walked around looking confused and lost and no one tried to help. Whatever happened to customer service? I didnt find what I was looking for so I shopped elsewhere.

I had a five star review of this Wal-Mart... that changed today when I had to return a $14 keyboard..Customer Service claimed after three days, I couldn’t get a refund, because the box I NEVER OPENED, contained the listed items but with a different serial number. I was told that I could not receive a refund, despite the box NEVER BEING OPEN, until the woman at the counter opened it. But I was given the option to speak to a manager, at which time I said “I would love too”The manager saw the receipt and all the contents strewn out and said “we will give you a refund”I told the person at the counter “I was not mad, I was just insulted that I was being called a thieve for $14, since it appeared as if I replaced the keyboard and mouse for $14” she said “I did not call you I thieve”, I said “well wouldn’t I have to be one, to do that”It was the insinuation over only $14 that took me 30 minutes to get back in line, waiting for her to call electronics, and then her manager... it averaged to 50 cents per minute per my time which I value way more than 50 cents A minute!

Garden center No costumer’s service at all and no Cashier

My girlfriend and went there to get my precipitations and she was told 30min and theyll be ready.... Nope 1hr 30min later they finally got them ready... I needed my meds ASAP because I found out the night before that I have two kidney stones one on each side.. So thats why there getting a low star....

Wal mart has really gone down hill. Hardly anything on the shelves, they trying to go full self check out and older people cant do that.

Easy access today, not many shoppers this rainy day. Store still not fully stocked in dog food area.

I love this store, great customer service and not a lot of waiting in line due to the self check out. Although at peak times it would be nice to have a couple of checkers open. Most of the time it’s pleasant. Auto dept great, hunting guy is very knowledgeable, and the prices usually slightly higher than other Walmart’s, but that is ok. Highly recommend.

We have waited all day for our appointment to pick up our OGP order. Our appointment was from 6:00 to 7:00. As of 6:20 were sitting outside and were told that our order was not ready and that it would be “At least an hour “. Believe me when I say that this is not only totally unacceptable for the customer, but it is definitely NOT within Wal Mart standards. I have a close relative that was until just recently a Wal Mart team lead that was responsible for OGP. They would seriously get “Coached” for a delay of 15 minutes. Now, we are told that the wait will be an HOUR or more. So, now we just drive home and wait some more. After waiting all day for our slotted time. Disgraceful.

Clean lots of selections I dont see in other Walmarts. Employees are helpful and pleasant. Store is very clean

It was a very interesting shopping experience.

The Sunday before school starts and there are only 6 checkout stands open and yet again customer service “system shut down” so customer service was closed at 4 in the afternoon. The self checkout line is ridiculous one worker to cover 8 self checkout stands. That is a poor excuse for coverage. Most of your customers do not even know how to work their phones let alone work a checkout stand.

I LOVE this Walmart. It always it VERY clean and the atmosphere is Awesome. The employees are Always Friendly and willing to help you out.. The Eye center is One Awesome place. This place has no respect for the customer. Only has one to two checking lanes open and takes forever to get checked out. Never keeps the shelves stocked. You cant rely on them to have what you need or to have any product you normally buy from one week to the next.

Surprisingly a great Walmart!

I hate self checkout but it is rapidly becoming the fastest way to check out. Walmart is apparently trying to get rid of the checkers and wants us to do the work for which the associates receive a paycheck, for free. Corporate Greed at its finest.

Their are move people getting buggies than their are cashiers.

Typical Walmart experience. Maybe what you want will be stocked, maybe it won’t. Produce is more miss than it is hit. Be prepared to worm your way through crowds of oblivious, self-absorbed, and generally inconsiderate people. The grocery parking lot has no cart returns in the middle or back, so there’s carts scattered everywhere.Can you shop here successfully? Mostly.Will you be happy about it? Unlikely.
