First the good news. They hey are very nice there. Store is always clean and neat for sure. Im giving this location 3 stars because no one there has any knowledge about their products, has any solutions to offer, knows what they sell or even if they carry it. Total hide and seek when you go shopping there. If you find what youre looking for, its totally by luck or chance. Other than that, I love the place. However, since I had no help and no one knew anything, I spent an hour night before last trying to find everything which turned out to be all wrong. But I tried.. As a result, it all went back today unfortunately and Ace Hardware got me all taken care of.

The male manager is always so kind and knowledgeable I truly love this store because the staff is nice and helpful. My corgi was having problems with allergies and he took tome to explain to me cause his dog had the same problem and I appreciate his kindness and caring heart. He always goes above and beyond. My favorite tractor supply.

Had two items at checkout. Walking my 15 yo through payment process with her new debit card. The older male cashier was impatient and rude. Spoke extremely condescending to my daughter. It seemed the man behind was a little more important than us stupid girls.

I would have given 5 stars but the young blonde manager is terrible. We have never had so much trouble at a Tractor Supply. The cashier and older gentleman were amazing they helped with the situation.The young blonde manager ignored us, has no common courtesy!

Love this store its funny because they put the chicks in like a fried chicken box and love it gets every time

0 stars wasnt an option.I dont shop there, however, I do live across the street from the store. The alarm goes of at least 4 nights a week, and will sound for hours, sometimes. All hours of the night and early morning there is this high-pitched siren screaming, unchecked. Yall must do something about it. It is 1:39 am and the alarm is screaming, right now, and has been for about 45 minutes, so far. Its awful!

Today was the third time I have been for propane, the first time was wonderful. 2 weeks ago I had to call inside the store 4 times waiting over 30 minutes before anyone came out. Today I went inside twice and called after 25 min and was told that it was leaking. I talked to the manager and asked him to put a sign up so people dont have to wait so long. Unfortunately today wasnt isolated, not sure Ill ever go back for propane.

They are terrible neighbors. Alarm constantly going off all night. Ran very poorly. This has been an issue for 2+ years now. I will be calling corporate and will be calling the city

Ordered a curbside pickup order, only to arrive and be told they did not have the item. I asked the store member if they had a similar item instead and was told they did. I was told I had to order the different item online, which I did. I waited over 30 minutes in my car and still had not received any notification or the new item. I called the store, and was told that they also did not have the new item in stock, but had another similar item that I would have to go online and order AGAIN. At this point I gave up. I still have not received my email notification that they cancelled the 2nd order. All the items I ordered showed up in stock and available for curbside pickup on the website. Due to physical impairment, I am unable to go into the store to see items myself and depend on website and staff accuracy. This was a mess.

Just walked into Tractor Supply being that Uhaul recommend that I got there to get refill of Propane do to they were OUT...ask the Gentleman up front about getting propane....”excuse me Sir where can I get propane ?” He says “ You Wont” that’s it” No customer service skills what so Ever....He’s a waste of Space!

My family and I usually shop at this store (Our Favorite one) for our Chickens and supplies. Today the only person who helped us was KARINA(She was extremely helpful and nice! The cashier was rude(Morgan) and Not to Mention the most Rude, Ugliest, I hate my job, I cant believe I have to actually help a customer(Z-The associates name). Told Karina as we were standing beside her to get 8 Chickens, we couldnt get the brown ones. We asked why?! At this point, I literally walked to the checkout to leave. Out of all the many times we have came to this location, we never experienced anything like this. We have our go to girl but she wasnt working today. Unfortunately, we had to take our business to Waxahachie.

I stoped by to check out their chicken feed selection and found a variety of brands and great prices.

Best tractor supply in North Texas. The manager Z is a jewel to the corporation. Always clean store and staff that is willing to help.

We enjoy Tractor Supply even when they do not have what we were looking to purchase. This particular store is neat, clean, not cluttered; it is organized, well-stocked, and ready for Spring. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back soon to get more gardening supplies.

This store has recently gotten better about having plenty of the horse feed in stock, especially the Purina Senior Equine, which seems to be a bestseller. The store is usually pretty clean and the quality of the products is good. The only thing I dont get here is coastal hay because its not very good quality.

This place is a mans dream store...they have everything you can think of...and a ton of stuff you would have never thought of! Check it out! But, plan on a least an hour to walk around and check out all the goodies!

Been going here since they opened in Midlothian. This past Saturday (4/4/20) @ 4:30pm will be my last for a while. Not sure who the larger goobers are, the customers or the cashiers. Two customers right in front of me had to go outside for either more product and/or their phone. Had one cashier open, but another teenage cashier was doing something in the cashier booth next to the one that was open, but would not open the register. After standing in line for about ten minutes with people lining up behind me, I left my hardware on the tee shirt rack beside the cashier booth. Why does Tractor Supply leave it up to teenage girls to decide on when to open a register? Where is management? Theyve now been relegated to my #5 (out of the #1 slot). Lowes & Home Depot in Waxahachie, Ace Hdw in Midlothian and the new McCoys are all now ahead of Tractor Supply. Ill be back (maybe) in a couple of years after all the above mentioned businesses eff it up !!!

As usual my visit was GREAT! Every one is friendly and helpful to load the car with those heavy feed sacks or put a small bale in the trunk of my car. I feel like familyThank you TSC

Some of the best customer service i have seen at a tractor supply. They were even helpful when my husband caught a price difference in the sale flyer and took the time to refund him the difference and make sure what we bought today was discounted correctly. Will definitely be coming back.

They had exactly what I needed: Heavy duty utility cart. Clerk pointed it directly to me. In and out in less than 10 minutes with an additional impulse buy as well. Great service!

After recent run arounds trying to purchase a homestead chicken coop online the store manager Xenon worked with us to make sure we left with a chicken coop! Xenon went above and beyond customer service to make sure we were happy! I highly recommend this store due to the amazing customer and hospitality! He was willing to work with us no matter what it took! Thankyou for being so awesome!

I would give zero stars for this experience if I could! Poor customer service during the time I came to the Midlothian location. No one manning the customer service booth and I had to flag someone down to help me get a large, heavy item off of the top shelf...but no one ever came to help!! I literally had to drag a ladder over and do it myself. Will never come here again

I bought a bucket. Its a generic tractor supply company. Clean and a good staff. The restrooms were clean which was a nice bonus.

Asked the cashier if they had a dog food brand in, she walked away up front saying I dont know, you can find a lady up front and ask her, did not offer to help or give the ladys name. Then, when the store was out of the dog food we needed, we got a different brand with some car food. As we sat our stuff on the cashier counter the chaser did not say anything and continued working on something she was doing. After she had finished she started scanning our stuff. As we were paying she was messing with a knife and not paying attention to the transaction also I had to bag my own cat food because she was messing with the knife vs doing her job as a cashier. This cashier has had poor customer service before this day however it was never anything to complain about. Today was awful, and honestly it will be the last time we go into this TSC.

They are always stocked with my dogs foods! We get all our tractor parts here! Boots and clothes are great at Tractor Supply!

Called before driving to this location to verify they had 5/8in stall mats and the cashier stated they did. When we arrived, they didnt have any, only 3/4in and 1/2in. The manager tried to tell me they never sold 5/8in at any Tractor Supply and I showed them a receipt that had my previous purchase of 5/8in mats from another location. Even when we confronted the cashier about it, she offered to call another location and when customers came up BEHIND us, she started checking them out INSTEAD of assisting us since she made us waste time and gas driving to this location. Poor customer service and sorry staff.
