Brady was very patient and informative. I came in and deadlier that the budget I had set for 2 beds was not realistic. Despite me having only the ability to make one purchase for my guest bed, he gave me solutions on how I can prepare for the best bed for myself in the near future. I will be back once I get things in order.

What a great experience! CariAnn was a knowledgeable representative that helped us pick out a mattress that I think will help us sleep comfortably. The store had many mattress types in stock and we were able to find several that met our comfort and budget requirements. The store was clean and inviting.

Mirjeta at the Midvale location is hands down the best experience with a sales rep I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I after we called to see if her location was open, we went to one location and the doors were locked, we called Midvale and she was so kind, so empathetic and even called us back to let us know they were trying to find out what happened. We decided we’d rather drive across town to buy a mattress from her just based on how helpful and friendly she was. We laughed the whole time, and she made the experience well worth it. I’d buy another mattress from her in a heartbeat!

Thomas was super helpful and got us what we were looking for. His associate and him told us about a pillow that cools the more you lay on it, perfect for my husband.

At the Jordan Landing store, It took over an hour for the computer system to work just so we could pay for it and we didn’t get any kind of discount for that. They finally called the Midvale store and i paid it in full online.

Dean was very pleasant to work with. He was very helpful and informative about the products. He greeted me a soon as I walked in and helped me throughout the process to understand the different types of mattresses he knew all about them. Cathy was so great! She walked me through each mattress and all their features so I could pick the right one. She took her time, was kind, and even gave us her number in case we had questions. The warrantee and return policies are reasonable in case we change our mind. We bought the best Tempurpedic and I can’t wait until it’s delivered!

I was going to go to RC WILLIES to buy a matress but they were priced way higher then this business! These guys gave me a sweet deal. I have not even received my matress yet but I am already recommending this place to everyone right now.

What a purchase this has been. In store experience with our sales rep was 5 star. Dealing with the receiving of the merchandise has not been pleasant. First of all the order was placed in 2/20/21 and we were told that the order would be delivered on 3/1/21. On 2/28/21 we received a call saying that order would not be delivered for 2 more weeks which would be 3/12/21. Then we receive another order number totally different from the first one which is for the box spring saying it will be delivered on 3/12/21 and it would be dropped off on my porch. Now the original order was for the mattress and box spring and it is supposed to be delivered setup and the old mattress and box spring removed. Not sure what mattress firm is doing at this point but for all others buying from mattress firm be prepared for a little confusion maybe. I’m sure everything will work out fine and it is a random situation but is still kind of annoying to go through this as a customer.Update: Mattress firm responded quickly and resolved issue. Changed to 4 star.

We shopped at the Fort Union location. They had a good selection of mattresses and some decent deals. Zach was very helpful and personable. We had a great experience picking out a mattress in a no pressure environment.

Cathy was fabulous!! She spent time educating me on the differences between the various mattresses. She went above and beyond to find me just the right mattress at a reasonable price for my 90 year old mom.

I really shouldn’t even give this company a star but the last representative I talked to probably helped me out the most so it’s for his sake. There has been no communication besides initial order confirmation. When only one item arrived, I had to chase someone down online and it took me 6 chats in two days, just to be told the vendor needed to be contacted And “end chat”. After that I drove to a store just to be told that I have to wait 2 more days before they could do anything. I go back and another rep says they’ll look into it and call me back. And no surprise there was once again nothing communicated or even done for me. I went back after a few more days and my information was still laying out on the desk untouched. I told this rep my situation for the 4th time and they refunded and then got me a cheaper and similar mattress(thank you. The most help I’ve had). I’m not waiting for the refunded amount i am due from the company and still not much communication. I won’t ever do business with this company EVER AGAIN. Waste of time, money, and effort to try and give myself a good experience with mattress firm.

There was a salesman there that was very rude. We came in and said we were wanting to see a larger selection of beds to try, and he shot us dirty looks for the entire time we were there because we let him know up front we were not buying anything right away.

We really appreciated the time and attention Kamren gave us. He listened to our concerns and made intelligent recommendations. His knowledge helped us find the perfect mattress and we are quite pleased.

Sean spent over 1.5 hours helping me pick out great beds for me and my kids. I had a ton of questions about materials, sleep style and differences in support. The service at this store was really good would highly recommend going there i spoke to kaycee she was very friendly and helpful knew about all the mattresses we went in there knowing what kind of mattress we were looking for she let us look around and any question we had she was able to answer we went in to look and not really buy but coulr not resist how good the service was and the price we were able to get when you think of going to a mattress store you think you will be hounded with a sales person and she did not do that would most definitely recommend people to this location!! We loved working with Kamren. He answered all our questions and gave us a fair price on the package we ordered. Our bed was delivered right away. We didnt have to do the COVID-19 wait of 3 to 4 weeks like you do with most other mattress outlets and vendors.

My sister bought a mattress at the Sandy location and they gave her mattress to another customer. The employee told her that they would just give her the one from the other customer. She’s tried it for a couple months and highly disliked it. She obviously wants to return it and they are forcing her to pay all their fees for returning it. Ridiculous 🙄

Weston was very helpful and even stayed past closing to help us find our best option. They have a great selection and they helped my wife and I understand the differences between beds which is not usually the case when shopping for mattresses in the past. Also got a great deal!

Extremely helpful and willing to work with my budget. I originally went to one of those overstock mattress warehouses, one of those super discount places you see on Craigslist. I got sort of a “bait and switch” vibe when the prices were a lot higher than advertised online, and I couldn’t find anything online about the brands they were selling. I decided to go to Mattress Firm to see what they had to say and if there were any deals. Sean was super helpful and showed me some clearance stuff they had and some floor models they were trying to sell. I ended up getting a really really nice bed that was in my budget. He helped me compare prices and pick the right one. Very satisfied.

The store is arranged nicely and this location is tucked inside a strip mall. The showroom is smaller than what you see at the other Mattress Firms that have an entire building to themselves, but it shouldnt deter anyone from coming in. The staff is helpful for the most part- I would just recommend that you shop around before buying the top-of-the-line mattress. Make sure you get your value.

I was dreading buying a bed.. I find it overwhelming, not to mention its an expensive decision. But I had to do it and Scott at the Midvale Ft. Union store made it a refreshingly low stress experience! Didnt overwhelm me with choices. I think I paid a fair price and I like having several months where if I did make a less than comfortable choice I can exchange it for the other one I was considering. No pressure, helpful suggestions from Scott. The only reason Im with holding one star is to see what the service is actually like post delivery.

These guys are awesome! I need two twin mattresses and two bunky boards and wanted to pick them up same day. He didnt have them in the store, but called the other locations to find a store that did, and the location that would be most convenient for me! Another store got the sale, and he was still incredibly helpful! This is what customer service is all about. This is my second time purchasing from mattress firm in 2016 and I have been so impressed. They are a big company with small company service.

My Wife and I came into this location and were imdiately welcomed and left to our browsing. After looking for a bit the sales lady saw we were finally wanting to ask questions after the typical sales jargon she cut the sales act and told us her real opinion and as a result we ended up getting a top of the line bed and She threw in some pillows for free. My only regret is that I cant leave a higher rating. Super easy

How many times have I heard service after the sale and in most cases what follows is an excuse telling me why the request cannot be met. That was not the case when I had the pleasure of meeting with Bill the manager at the Midvale location.I purchased a bed from his store after checking numerous other locations and received a very fair deal for a great product. There was a issues that presented itself and I needed help getting it resolved. I was not expecting an unfair expectation or for him to break the rules that all companies have.I simply wanted to let him know of my issue and look for a fair resolution. It required additional effort on his part, but he was willing to look into the matter and follow up with me. Bill followed up with me the same day and resolved the issue. I wanted to say thank you for the extra effort and I will continue to send my friends to your store.
