Great little place for some soda. Great combination of flavors and choices. They dont have drink names and styles done unfortunately so you have to always craft it yourself. However they seem to always have fresh and great soda so it is worth it. Also has great pretzels and other goodies. Staff also seem to enjoy their job and have fun working there.

A nice drink, dessert, snack place. Our kids enjoy going here to try some of the different drinks that they have. They have a great variety for sure. The employees sometimes mess up on your order or they have to ask you a few times to get the order right and they are not always the quickest but they get you through fast enough. Weve been here a few times and would definitely go back in the future.

Crave, cookies without limits is excellent. I came by today for the free cookies. The cookies was big, and warm, and tasted amazing. They are so big you could easily share one between two people. They also do dirty soda I got the berrys and cream which was amazing plus I think they slightly cheaper then most their competitors.

So good. The pretzels are amazing, always fresh. The cookies are delicious and the drinks taste better here, than anywhere else. Since things are made to order it may take a little longer than other drive through places. But its worth it.

Im new to the area and have been looking for great milkshakes. Thankfully I tried Straws first! The service was excellent, a woman (I believe the owner) recommended the peach pair apricot shake, and at the end she even had a treat for our dog! It was one of the best shakes Ive had! Thick and creamy, and they even give you a big enough straw to eat it with. Ive already been back twice and brought some friends to try it out as well.

I love this place and usually get great service. But they have employees who play on their phone and make themselves drinks before they make their customers drinks. I keep going because I dont get those employees very often and the other people who work there are amazing.

The thing that makes my neighborhood fun are places like Straws. Theyre not just serving up delicious treats and tasty drinks. Straws has woven themselves into the community by supporting the local schools and families.Their sweet indulgences are a fun treat for my family. The prices are right and service is stellar.

You must try their sugar cookies! Hands down the single greatest sugar cookie I’ve ever had. I also highly recommended the warm pretzels!

DONT get the edible cookie dough! It tasted fine, but it was $4.00 for a very small scoop. Not worth it by any means. The drinks are good, but we also had to wait a minimum of 15-20 min and they asked us what our order was twice after ordering the first time.

This is a nice Maw and Paw shop. I have seen the owners working there on numerous occasions. Small business that is have fun along the way.

My wife and I gave this place a try and now we cant stop going back! Great prices, delicious, and lots of variety. The soft pretzels and cookies are really good, as are the shakes, drinks, and dole whip. Much better than swig!

When Im in the area, I always enjoy stopping by Straws. They have yummy sodas and delicious treats. Id recommend the pineapple ice cream. Its like the one you get at Disneyland.

Was passing by recently and stopped in. Ended up with a delicious snow cone in a flavor Id never seen offered before. Overall, a great little place with a large selection and fantastic variety. The family-run feel and service was great.Also worth noting, this is the only place Ive seen that sells the mystical Dole Whip, outside of Disney Land and the Dole Pineapple Plantation in Hawaii. I didnt try it, but they claimed in was the real deal.

Always friendly staff, and a huge menu that is sure to please everyone. Prices here are unbeatable. Drive through is usually pretty quick, and occasionally will have special deals on certain items. Definitely a favorite spot!

Haley, who made my order tonight was so nice! She made my drink exactly how I wanted it, even though I changed my mind a couple of times while ordering. The pretzel I got was great and the number of flavor options are pretty impressive too.

Great little family owned place. Can’t go wrong with their soda’s, sugar cookies or soft warm pretzel. My favorite drink is a diet Doctor Pepper with peach purée, a pump of sugar free coconut, and fresh lime.

I used to go here regularly. Until I started realizing how bad of a place it actually is. The owner/manager. I think her name is Tina. Yelling at one of the employees. I felt so bad for this kid. No work environment should be that toxic. Poor kid.. Secondly, today I witnessed them reusing plastic gloves for multiple different pretzels. When asked about it. That is how the owner trained them.. I’m sure the shaved ice is the same.. YUCK!! Overall the product tastes okay. But you can find better product and more sanitary environments else where!!

I ordered 6 cookies and it took almost 10 minutes to get them handed to me. I also think the cookies arent as big as Id expected compared to other sugar shops. I will say the cookies were fine but didnt seem as fresh. For serving just drinks and cookies I feel like they could find a way to be as fast if not faster than Del Taco.

Pretty good drinks. I know a lot of people think these places are a fad or whatever, but they are nice when you have a sleeping child (or two) and need a cold drink but cant leave the kids in the car. They have smoothies that are okay. The cookies are above average.

Its similar to Swig. My daughter loves their dirty Dr.Pepper. They have good fruit smoothies and a variety of shakes. They also have cookies and edible cookie dough.

Cute little shop with soda, smoothie, and ice cream options. Not many flavors, but excellent service. Very difficult to get in & out if you want to park.

I love their loaded Dr Pepper, and the sugar cookies are a must try. I come here on a nearly weekly basis, and have not been disappointed once. The staff are always friendly.

My husband and I just discovered this place! Customer service is fast and friendly. So far we have tried the milkshakes, and dirty diet cokes, both great. Tonight the worker suggested a diet dr. pepper with sugar free coconut and raspberry syrup, and that tasted great. The sugar cookies are out of this world good! They frost them as they are ordered. Prices are reasonable. I think we have found our new sweet treat stop!

Good smoothies and milk shakes. You get a lot of what you want with there huge sizes. They are usually very slow though, so not good of you are in any kind of rush.

The owner is quite friendly and personable. They will mix whatever you like. They have fun anniversary activities, and have supported several local activities.

Not sure what is in there 100% Fruit smoothies... But its whatever we ended up getting had little or no fruit in it. Absolutely disgusting... They get 2 stars because at least the service was decent.

I am so sad because I used to love this place. But sadly their customer service has gotten terrible. The last time I was in the owner told me I could not purchase a cup of bobas. Even if I paid for it. Such bad customer service. There are plenty of other soda shops around town and I will gladly drive to one of those.

Very disappointed that new management has eliminated dole pineapple whip and the Harry Potter butter beer shakes. My family used to go a lot and now, we’ll probably quit going to straws. Very sad. It has now become a second rate shake place.

There was no one else in lines or inside, three staff members at least, and it took over fifteen minutes for a large coke, salted pretzel, and small slushie. I’ve worked customer service and generally try to give people a break, but that was just ridiculous.

I love straws. They have lots of great options for treats and are generally not to expinsive. My only problem is it was a bit confusing when I first went there, and no one seemed to want to explain really.

The best drink combinations! The wait can be lengthy, which may deter people, but we think its worth it. We are regulars here!

Similar to places like sodalicious as far as atmosphere and style, but with more focus on ice cream. Really good stuff! One of the few places ive ever seen where you can put fruit bobas in ice cream. Their cookies are just as good as their ice cream (which you should really try), although ive never tried their sodas I havent had anything here that I didnt like.

They had super slow and rude service. It was a young boy with long hair who helped us and acted like he was bugged that we were there. It took 15 minutes for them to make us 1 snowcone we wont go back again.

Their shakes and smoothies are the best thing here. They dont know how a drive thru should be ran at a place like this. They will make everyone wait 10 minutes while they make a snowcone when they could serve 5 people in that timeframe. They spread themselves out too thin trying to have everything instead of focusing on what they are good at and fits the drive thru business model.
