Being brand new to boating I dont really know everything I need. I stopped in for some line and a knee board. The employee there (so sorry I dont have her name) was awesome and helpful. She explained everything I needed to know to make a good decision with the board and she pointed me in the right direction with the line. She was there to answer my every question. Exactly what this noob needed. I will be back!

I bought a slalom water ski from Boaters Outlet. The ski ended up having a slight defect and they took it back no questions asked. The owner and staff were great to work with. Their customer service is outstanding which is hard to come by these days. They definitely have my business.

We were in need of a new lifejacket for my daughter. Unfortunately, they only had one color left in her size in womens and it is her least favorite color! They did have a gray in the mens that fit, so we were able to get what we needed. If you are looking for Connolly or Obrien, this is the place for you. Prices are about what i expected, maybe a little higher than we wanted.

Skip looking on Amazon or online come here the prices are better and you get expert advice on what you need

Finding things has been really difficult lately. Everywhere Ive been has been out of stock in everything that I need. Boaters Outlet still has a great inventory despite the business of the season, and at great prices I might add. Even if they are out of stock of something that I need, they are more than happy to order it in. The staff is attentive, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about the world of boating. If it were to possible to wed an establishment, this would definitely be the one. 11/10.

I went to Boaters outlet on Saturday and they were the only place in the whole valley that had life jackets left in stock. I was able to find jackets for my whole family, plus the staff was super helpful! If I had to write a complaint, then my only one would be the amount of people that were allowed in the store at once. It was very crowded and you had a hard time getting through the isles. I recommend visiting the store during the week to avoid big crowds.

Dont let outlet scare you into thinking cheep. These guys have one of the best in stock assortment of gear you could ask for. The employees all are passionate about the water and can answer all your questions! Love this place!

We were searching for some gear. Their prices were good, but their inventory was lacking. Granted it is the week of the 4th of July and so Im not surprised. We still found enough of what we were looking for. Im sure well be back. The staff were kind and mostly helpful.

I ordered a custom fit boat cover from Boaters Outlet and I am very pleased with this product and especially the great customer service!! It is very hard to run a successful boating supply store in Salt Lake City with the short boating season we have but they are still in business because they are great and their customer service is stellar. I would highly recommend anyone give this store a visit for your boating supply needs as the friendly staff will help you and point you in the right direction for anything you may need.

Dealing with Michelle at Boat Covers Outlet was just like dealing with a local dealer just down the street. She was available to answer questions by phone or e mail when I was doing my research. I received notice of when the cover was shipped and given a tracking number so I knew when it arrived at the brokers at the Canadian border. And the cover is fantastic. Could not be happier with the experience and the product.

Trying to get a price on a pontoon boat cover and all i can say is you website needs to be reviewed and updated. I quickly got to step 3 but had no price, color to choose. Look at Boatcover Direct and see how easy it is to navigate threw the steps. This might have cost you my business and id say quiet a few more

Best boat supply in town!!! I love going here. We just got back into boating, and I have spent much time Comparing pricing. Most items in the store are the best price and great quality. They also offer incredible customer service... I had a rope handle that bent about 3 months after buying, and they gave me a full credit to get a new one. They are always ready to help you find the best equipment to meet your needs. You guys have a customer for life!!! I refer them to many people.

BEST boat shop in Utah! Huge selection and almost always the lowest price in town. I always receive excellent service from the people who work there...I just bought 4 life jackets and they took extra time to make sure each jacket was the proper fit for every member of my family. That is customer service!

I talked to Michelle, and she helped me find the perfect cover for my boat! I bought a cover that goes over the top of my wake tower for winter storage and it has been working very well. It keeps the rain and snow from pooling on my boat.

Awesome boating accessory store. We have purchased life jackets, which they have tons of, and ropes. One of the ropes we purchased started coming apart after the first use. They swapped it out with no hassle. The employees are definitely cool cats.

Kurt is amazing! We actually just met him today and we are first time boat owners so we needed a lot of help. Kurt spent almost an entire hour helping us get everything we would need to go out on the water safely. Thank goodness this guy knows his stuff he was so patient with us and gave us a great deal and discounts because of all the stuff we needed! If we need anything at all in the future regarding our boat this is the place! Great selection on boat toy towables he even told us the things we didnt need and suggested other options to get us what we needed and saved us a lot of money!
