I really liked buying a car from this dealership. They were so nice to work with and they had great prices too. We bought a Chevy Suburban and when we were driving away, I noticed the windshield had some cracks in it that we didnt notice before. We went back and told them about it and she said that they would put in a new windshield at their expense. Wow, we were really happy about their wonderful customer service. it was a great place to buy a car.
Ive bought myself and my kids cars here. The team is great! Always very nice and their prices are unbeatable especially considering the cars come with a warranty. Definitely recommend. Thanks, guys. (Or girls!)
This is a nice little lot with a good variety of cars in the $3,000-$8,000 range. Ive purchased a couple of cars from here, both times were good experiences.
Easy place to get a ride... Very very easy
Really great people. I have had a really fantastic experience and I would highly recommend ppl to go there!
Super friendly guys that run Fresh Start Auto sales not Jorgensen motors, but ya I was pleased with how courteous they were to me...
We had a great experience with these guys they were very fair and very nice to work with I would recommend visiting them if youre looking for used car
Its a dealership. They sell cars. That earns it the first 3 stars. The young woman who helped me was less than friendly. When pricing a vehicle, she produced a Kelley Blue Book report that showed the value to be almost 1,000 dollars more than the estimate I found on the KBB website earlier that day. (Its a large difference for a car selling for less than 3,000 dollars.)If you choose to buy a car here. Do your research. Dont take their word on offered prices.
I have bought a Ford Expedition get suv and the staff was awesome to work with and now I’m trying now I’m trying to buy another one
I bought a car there a month ago. 3 weeks afterwards the Service Engine Soon light came on. I had a flat tire and realized the hazards didnt work. My mechanic said it needed almost $800 in service. It needs a new catalytic converter and O2 sensor, new breaks and rotors. And thats on top of it needing new trunk lift supports, new wipers, an inside dome light that has a wiring issue, and air vents that dont work. Its an old car, it has issues, but it turned out to have a lot more than they disclosed. The error code reader at Autozone also said it needed a new catalytic converter. I took it back to the dealer for their mechanic to look at it and he said none of that was true, that it only needed a new O2 sensor, and theyd replace one for me for $40 and would also fix the hazard lights button and the trunk support lifts as a courtesy even though they didnt have to. I thought that was nice. I dropped off the car, and when I picked it up it had interior damage on the inside of the door (looks like something sharp banged up against it), black scuff marks all over the bottom of the door, a small compartment beneath the radio was pushed in and fell behind the dash, and my garage door opener disappeared! I drove home and couldnt get inside my house! They claim that the mechanic said he didnt touch it, but I used it to close my garage and then drove to their dealership, and left with only my wallet and phone in my hand, so it WAS there when I left the car--I NEVER take it out of the car. He moved things around in my car and lost my garage opener, or took it! The hood was also not closed properly, so on the highway driving home it started lifting like it was going to fly open and hit my windshield. I had to pull over and close it--dangerous and scary! Im also inclined to believe that they cleared the error code from the Service Engine Soon light so they could sell the car. Its too much of a coincidence that it came on a few weeks after I bought it, and thats usually how long it takes after its cleared--a few hundred miles. And yes, the light came on again--I do need a new catalytic converter. Of course, I trusted my mechanic, whos a family friend, over the mechanic of a dealership thats trying to get a car sold claiming it has no issues. They either did this stuff on purpose because they were bitter to have to fix stuff on a car they had already sold, or theyre the most irresponsible and careless people Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And they have my home address and garage door opener. Awesome.
I set an appointment to go here and look at a car at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. I thought they were expecting me and I was excited to look at a car. Their website says theyre open til 4:30 pm on a Saturdays. We show up at 3:30 as agreed and nobody was there. It was locked and closed, my wife and I had to find a babysitter for our kids and take a couple hours out of our day to go look at the car. I called three times and I answer. I was very disappointed with the service here. They obviously didnt want my business. So I went elsewhere the same day and bought a similar vehicle from somebody who actually seemed to care.
Bought a vehicle here. Salesman was nice. 2 weeks after purchasing I took it in to get new tires & brakes done on it and the mechanic noticed I had No Emergency Brake! It has crumbled in the mechanics hands when he went to fix it. I also had to replace the c.v joints, oil changes. Mechanic said it looked like it had never been changed since it was brought to the dealership. And now I have had more problems arise and I have only had it for 8 months now. I will never return to this place. Im stuck with a $4500 vehicle that I have had to replace almost $2000 in parts...bunch of b.s. and by the way, I turned them into the highway patrol for selling me a vehicle with no emergency brake ITS AGAINST THE LAW! I have an emergency brake now!
Ive bought both of my kids cars from here and we couldnt be happier! Sad to see people leaving reviews of things happening months after they bought. Its a used car for crying out loud! Huge thanks to the team here, one of the few used car dealerships that puts a warranty on their vehicles!
Ingnorent people completely disrespectful
Look at the miles, and take an OBD2 reader (car scanner) with you.... See the ladies comment... missing garage door opener, and damage after the repair? enough bad things happened to her, that I plan to avoid this place. Wont go there.
Very happy! Thanks ladies!
Dont try to park in their lot the lady there will have your vehicle towed
