Great company! Friendly, on time and so helpful. We are replacing our handrails and had three stairs with holes from the previous rail system. The carpet I had left from the original carpet install was not wide enough to re-do the stairs. They did what it took to make it work. They cut, seamed and did the installation perfectly! And stretched the carpet on the rest of the stairs while they were here. Looks great! So happy I called them.

Shaun and Michael did a great job stretching out the wrinkles in our carpet. They were able to do this without having to move heavy pieces of furniture. They were here at the scheduled appointment time. They were easy to communicate with and clean up after they were done. I would recommend them for this service.

They did amazing patchwork after our dog tore up the carpet. The after pictures look even better than before it was torn up. Super friendly and professional as well. Highly recommended.

Wish I could give them more than five stars! Our dog ripped up our carpet near the doorway of our bedroom (found out the hard way that he has separation anxiety) and we had stressed about the price for months-assuming it would be $300 plus to fix at minimum. When we called they got us an appointment to get us a quote the next day!We had a large piece of carpet leftover but it had been left outside for quite sometime and we worried that it wasnt going to be a viable piece to use. Not only did Stan say it was a fine piece to use (once we cleaned it off a bit of course!) but he fixed the carpet within 30 minutes and it looks like *nothing ever happened*. And to add to everything they quoted us $125!!!!!!!! We were absolutely blown away and Stan was so nice, he even pet our little beagle while he waited for the carpet to set and chatted with us about his dogs and all the fun stories he had about fixing carpet. It was fast, easy, way more affordable than we had anticipated, and such an enjoyable experience overall! I HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone looking into it! Four years after installation by another business the carpets in my condo were noticeably wrinkled. Skyler from Carpet Fixer re-stretched all three rooms and did a great job. It is rare these days to see someone working as hard as he did. The carpets look like new now, and for a very reasonable price.

Shawn came and serviced 3 of my bedrooms that needed to be stretched. He also fixed a transition from carpet to tile for me. He was fast and efficient and did an awesome job!

I chose Carpet Fixer because of their great reviews, but was not at all pleased with the way they handled our quote. I scheduled Carpet Fixer to help us stretch carpet for a retail location, so we scheduled them to come in during a slow Tuesday morning so that it wouldnt interrupt customers. Instead, the rep showed up in the middle of a Saturday (our busiest day of the week) when we were slammed and insisted that he had no information about our appointment on Tuesday. Well, the date and the time of the original appointment was written right there on the quote he then handed us. He was unapologetic and impolite. He also said we would need to give him an entire work day to fix the problem areas, even though the people over the phone insisted it would only take between 3-5 hours. With more explanation I feel like we could have reached an understanding, but his attitude towards us just made it feel like he do not care for our business.

They arrived 45 minutes past our scheduled time. The work only took 20 minutes to complete once they arrived and when I asked if they would match a competitors price they basically said No, you should have had them do the work.

These guys do fabulous work! We recently built a new home and in an effort to save some money we bought a flawed carpet from another place and had the Carpet Fixer install it. We had an entire 300 roll in the garage. It only took them about a 1&1/2 days to carpet the entire house. The seams are invisible, the stairs look fabulous and they cleaned up really well after themselves. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Ive used the Carpet Fixer to install carpet and to fix a couple of spills. They do amazing work. Even after a couple of years of traffic, the fix is completely undetectable.Their staff is friendly and so very efficient. Weve used them three times and highly recommend Keith and his staff.

Carpet Fixer is a great company to work with! They are fairly priced and provide excellent customer service. I called in the morning and they were able to make it up to Park City to re-stretch my carpet that same day. They were easy to communicate with and I love the finished look.

Carpet Fixer was great to deal with. I called them initially on a Tuesday afternoon, they came out first thing the next morning to evaluate the situation (a fairly large spot of dog-damaged carpet), and they had it recarpeted two days later. The whole process was quick and smooth, and everyone I dealt with was thoughtful and professional. Wouldnt hesitate to work with them again.

I run a business that is open 7 days/week and requires after hour installation. After waiting two weeks for a 300 sq.ft installation of commercial grade berber square tile carpet they show up without enough material to even cover the base surface area? Fired on the spot! Avoid this company! How complicated is it to measure correctly, and not have enough for the base job, AND then not have overage (squares) for future use?

These folks are fabulous! Truly professionals, they perform quality work at a very reasonable price. Excellent service!
