The cost of the small container filled with strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes or a mixture at $2.98 is a GREAT PRICE.What isnt great, is the barcode on the side NEVER WORKS. They need to place it somewhere else. If I do not remember my glasses then I need help from the assistant. Yesterday it would not work for the assistant keying it in either. She had to go see the cost then manually enter it in.Overall, it was a good shopping trip.

I am constantly at this location doing grocery pickup with my twin toddlers. Every curbside pickup employee has greeted me in such a friendly way and has been so understanding when my trunk is packed or when Im running a little late after my pickup time. Since Im there a lot, a few even greet me like they would a friend! So far, I have had nothing but good experiences at this Walmart location!

We just moved to the area & were pleasantly surprised by both the store and the excellent employees. At the front customers service, an employee names Dug helped us. He was fast, friendly, & professional, going above & beyond to provide excellent service.He definitely deserves some recognition.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont ever ever buy an ice cream cake from them for pick up. They dont keep it in a freezer before you get there. They loaded it my car and I went home (I live right across the street from the store). When I opened my back door to get it out I noticed my seat was covered in melted ice cream. I looked inside the bag and there was nothing left but the icing on the cake. I was furious! It was for my sons birthday party that started an hour after I went to pick up the cake. Now Im left to go pick up another cake from a different store in the middle of the party instead of being able to surprise him with it.

Not nearly enough checkers. There was probably 7 or 8 people ahead of me. The gal that checked me out was great and in spite of being over worked was very friendly. You need to give her a raise and more help.

Love Walmart, great place. Always has good stock and good variety, and what they don’t have is made up for by what they do in my experience. Super helpful to have around.

Today I went in looking for Sparkling Ice water only to find out they were out of the single bottles and two cases that they did have, someone had torn into them and took some bottles out. After speaking with James he went out of his way to find more but there wasn’t any so then he went and asked Maddie to further assist and she reduced the price of the cases with the missing bottles so I could still get my ice water. They are awesome!! Thank you so much!!

Not happy how this place conduct business. They have posted their work hours staring at 6 am. I got there at 6 am, waited until 6:04 am. Doors were closed. Employees working from inside pretend that dont see me standing there. Punctuation and consistency are two of the many qualities that a business should possess. Add to this the fact that the employees were treating me as though I am not welcome and you will understand why I will spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. I will conduct my business elsewhere and you should do the same. Live long and prosper.

Pairing my shopping here with their app helps me get in and out quickly (because the app tells the exact isle items are at). Products are always expected quality (you get what you pay for).

Didnt have the item we were looking for, however my friend was very upset by that, and was somewhat rude leaving. Multiple employees tried to make his day better, and I appreciate the effort. Especially considering we were there at 10:30 in the evening. Thank you for trying to give good service even to an angry customer.

It seems a little crowded and hard to get access to a scooter of you need one. Everyone that works there seems to be kind and helpful whenever you ask, may not send you the right direction, but nice... Lol

I came to the store today to buy a few things for my fiancé and I, and to get some cash back. I come here often and have never had a problem but today an associate with a grocery pickup cart nearly ran into me even though I was visibly walking down the aisle. I brushed it off and continued my shopping. I went to a register in order to get cash back because the self checkout isn’t doing cash. After waiting in line for an audacious amount of time while the associate at the register talked to other employees, she finally rang up my items. She then looked at me and told me that for my few items I should have go to self check. Believe me, if I didn’t need cash back, I wouldn’t have waited in that outrageously long line or watched her fail to ring up items in a timely manner or hold a woman’s receipt after she had paid because she was busy talking. Even if I didn’t need cash back, I’ve never been informed there’s a minimum amount of items to go to a manned register. I won’t be coming back.

Doesnt have as much stuff as the other Walmarts nearby. Halloween/seasonal section is always super small. Last time I went my cashier gave me a whole Ted talk about how Joe Biden is a communist and hes gonna remove paper currency from the country just like china so he can control us all through credit cards. Didnt catch her name but I pray to god Ill never check out with her again.

I could walk in there while someone held a fan near my face and told me I look great today while asking me to sit in a comfy chair while they did my shopping for me and paid and it still wouldnt erase both the bad experiences Ive had in multiple stores and just their general business practices

Prices are always great. They had multiple people stocking in the middle of the day on a Saturday blocking the aisles, not to mention the Walmart shoppers for people that placed orders on line, several were also blocking the aisles. It is so frustrating to have to manuever around these guys. They have huge carts and are too busy doing there jobs to be very polite about moving. Then there are always the long lines to check out.....

Not to crowded. Filled out required form. Basically a waiver. Received the Covid-19 vaccine at pharmacy. Moderna was available. Process took approximately 30 minutes. Pharmacist was very thorough in answering my questions. A little concerned about the side effects.I dont like feeling ill because of a vaccine injection. Pain at the injection site is going to happen. The following day was just like having the flu. Symptoms are real. So everyone, go get yours. The time is now. The following is my experience. They use to carry pants that fit me they must have given on men my size. I am a 29, inch waist 32 inch inseam. Use to buy them every pay day. No luck 4 pair a year. if bring back the size if be happy and would spend more $ weekly. Seems like not my store anymore,

The pickup people are great but I hard a hard time finding it because the pickup sign is clear at the other end ou f the store. Very confusing.

Thu Evening 7ish. Wasnt confident Customer Service would be open. But should have got to a different WM anyway... Because this WM plays by different rules than others IMO. Ive made 3 attempts to exchange/return items in the last month because it is < a ¼ mile away. Then, either it is not open or they cant do it because the employee behind the counter does not have the authority. Then have to go to the next nearby WM 2+ miles away. It is good here when you do anything other than go to CS. Slightly bigger than a Neighborhood Market WM, they dont always carry everything others do. It is a gamble here.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. James was quick to help me. After the write up my ocare went right in. The cashier was very pleasant and not in that phoney bologna way. It was seriously a very pleasant experience.

This Walmart Supercenter has always been pretty good as far as Walmart standards go imo. My only recommendations would be that they add more employees at the cash registers at a time to prevent those ridiculously, long lines and so you dont feel forced to go to the self checkout when you have a cart full of items. Also that they restock items they run out of quickly more often. Make those adjustments once a certain item starts selling out quickly on a regular basis. Otherwise, theyre great, the greeters are friendly to ALL and have decent produce. I also appreciate that as a woman of color (Im part Native American-part caucasian but am often mistaken as Latin or Mexican decent), I dont feel judged or looked over because of my assumed race when exiting the store like I have felt in other stores.I once had to take a HUGE cart full of items to the self checkout as there was only one other checkout line open at the time and I was in a hurry. $400+ later, I was exhausted and had somehow missed a head of lettuce that fell in the corner of my cart. The checkout greeter (a young, caucasian man) asked to check my receipt and found what I had missed. I was MORTIFIED and expected the worst as Ive been stereo-typed in the past as a brown woman (even though Im a middle-aged mother of two and would never consider doing such a thing as shop lifting). However the young man simply smiled, said no problem, it happens all the time, thats what were here for! 😊 He quickly rang me up for the lettuce and I was on my way in a jiffy! It was truthfully the most refreshing experience I couldve had for a simple mistake that couldve gone terribly wrong and been humiliating! I will continue to shop here for as long as your employees are this wonderful and respectful! And I now TRIPLE check my cart every time before I leave! 😉🤣

My parents had gone in on July 7, 2021 in the evening and an employee, they couldn’t get her name, but a taller, bigger, redhead lady confronted them. Mind you we are in the process of moving and have some odd stairwells. My mother has a few bruises on both of her arms from these. The employee came up concerned for my mother acting as if she knew her because of these bruises and insisted on asking if she was okay, steering away from my father. My mom caught on to what she was hinting at, trying to basically ask if she is safe, and steered the conversation away. Mind you, as soon as the employee turned around spoke through her walkie-talkie stating “it’s all clear over here” and kept an eye on them the rest of the time they were there. While I understand there are some people who do this for a clear reason, there was no obvious reason to do this. Both my parents now feel uncomfortable to walk into this store, let alone any store since this matter. I called the store and got a rude employee on the phone as if I had been a burden to her to even call, and while the manager was a bit nicer, I do not feel like anything is even going to be done about this situation.

They had a handicap cart for Me which was very nice to use, had lower Lumbar fusion surgery with 6 screws they added to My spine, so the cart was appreciated for Me .

This location is always out of at least 10 items on your list. I am a Plus member, and there have been 3 times in 6 weeks that my delivery never even got picked or left the store.

I checked online for a USB-C cable for my MacBook and it was in stock like it said it was online.

Per usual, it has all I need at an affordable price.

This Walmart is one of the smallest Ive ever been in. (The reason behind the 4 stars). Doesnt have a large variety of the things I usually shop for. The staff I have encountered are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked.

Not my favorite Walmart location. You have to go to the back of the store for a restroom. Really high security makes me feel like im a criminal and they really dont carry the good stuff. Its the closest one to me though

Ok location. This location is good for forgotten items, but lacks variety. Their produce tends to have fruit flys. I personally liked it better before they changed it to a super Walmart. They should have expanded the store rather than cutting back on variety to squeeze more in. It tends to be one of walmarts more expensive locations with a serious customer service issue. These issues have been ongoing for many, many years. I had an employee almost run me over with a pallet jack loaded with product on this recent trip. I was partially at fault since I wasnt looking up, however I was walking down a main aisle. I apologized profusely to the associate for not paying better attention and he just gave me a ton of attitude. Absolutely no responsibility from him for his part of almost driving straight into a customer. This location also has a bad habit of not following safety protocols in their meat, deli, frozen, and bread departments. So many expired or moldy or thawed items out for customers to buy. They have a great sewing department, but you cant get help so I dont bother anymore.

They need 4 times the checkers they have. No one like spending half hour trying to get out. Terrible experience. Also could use some decent management

Why does the customer service close at 4? How are people supposed to get anything done if they work later than 4 pm. Change the customer service hours.

They have improved over the years. Clean facilities, and a friendly staff. They do a receipt check as you exit; which I understand it is to deter shoplifting, but it is very annoying and I think cameras with active monitoring would probably be more favorable to the customers experience. If they are already doing active servalance, then stop it with the receipt checks!

I hate Walmart. I never buy what I go there for! Lol.

The lady who is working customer service by herself today at the Walmart in Midvale, Utah on Union Park at 11:30am deserves a raise!! She is such a kind woman. I was so impressed with her positive attitude, care, and quick service. She has made my day already. I didn’t think to ask for her name until after I left but Walmart better reward her for how hard she works and how lucky they are to have her in the store!

This place is a wreck. The produce is rotting and understocked. The dairy is running out. The sides are too narrow, and gives a cramped feel to the whole store. Its dimly lit and unclean. There is no good reason to come here instead of the Smiths across the parking lot.

Recommend this one as it contains a wider assortment than your neighborhood Walmart.

Upside...I was pleasantly surprised how courteous the people in Walmart that were not wearing masks were to those who were and Visa versa.Downside...There was only one register open which had a huge line and the self checkout had no line at all.

Don’t order a cake online and expect it to get done. They don’t have a cake decorator nor will they call you and tell you. So you’ll go there expecting to pick up your cake and they won’t have it. They should probably call people who have placed orders and tell them. Not cool.
